About: Hey, I’m Frances, a York/Selby local! I’ve grown up having many pets – dogs, birds and guinea pigs. ☀️ Being around animals has always felt natural to me. Throughout my life, I’ve lived in a home that has always had dogs, including many Boxers, so my love for dogs grew from there. We adopted Isla, a 10-year-old White Boxer, who still has lots of energy! She’s a strong, energetic girl who requires longer walks and a solid routine, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs with plenty of energy and personality. I’m the main person who will be caring for your dog, and I’ll sometimes be accompanied by my partner, Charlie. Charlie has also grown up around dogs and has lots of experience with them. He’s naturally very good with animals and, like me, absolutely loves getting out for long walks. We both enjoy quiet, chilled weekends and spending time outdoors, so having a dog to join us on walks and relax with is something we genuinely love. 🐾 Clear communication is really important to me. I’ll always respect your instructions around training, routines and care, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and little check-ins so you know your dog is happy and settled. 🐶 I attend dance classes 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 4pm and 8pm, so I've got plenty of time to spare for your dogs during the day. I’m happy to care for dogs in their own home and will always make sure they feel safe, comfortable and well looked after. I love taking dogs on walks and exploring different routes, parks and green spaces so they can get plenty of exercise and enjoy lots of new smells. I’ll follow their usual routine, give them plenty of attention and make sure they’re happy and settled before I leave.

About: I have a lifelong love and experience with animals. I have three dogs and two cats, so I’m very comfortable caring for multiple pets and understanding their individual personalities, routines and needs. I have had dogs all my life, giving me extensive experience with feeding, walking, playtime, grooming, companionship and general day-to-day care. I’m confident around dogs of different personalities and understand the importance of keeping them happy, safe and well exercised. I have also had cats for the past five years, so I’m experienced with their feeding routines, litter trays, grooming, playtime and providing them with a calm and comfortable environment. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and self-employed so I have lots of time on my hands now and in the near future, spending time with animals is always top priority in my schedule :) I have all the correct safety precautions for my pets already so yours will be perfectly safe with me I already have three dogs and two cats!

I am a full time pet walker and sitter. My personal life is entirely blended into my work life and I offered a tailored service to work for all. I operate through a ltd company, all fully insured and I tailor the services as required to your needs. I don’t currently board in my own home.

About: I’ve recently lost my beloved 13 year old dog and I would like to keep up with dog walking and dog cuddles. I have 2 granddogs that I look after regularly. I am retired so have lots of time available. I live in a quiet village setting with nice off road walks and open spaces and dog paths. I have a fenced large garden. I have plenty of indoor space with no other pets or children. I am able to crate dogs or not if required.

About: Having grown up with different breeds and owning a three-legged rescue dog who required additional care and training, I have developed a strong understanding of the individual needs and personalities of dogs. About: Founded on a genuine love for dogs my mission is simple; to provide a safe, reliable, and fun walking environment to keep tails wagging and owners worry free. Whether it's a gentle walk around the neighbourhood or energetic outings with friends, I tailor every walk to suit your dogs needs, personality and pace. I am a professional dog walker. I have three walk slots a day. Morning/lunch/afternoon with home visits in-between. Which time best suits you? I have the following; Emergency canine first aid qualification (CPD accredited), Professional dog walker certification (MDWA accredited) and crash tested crates for your dogs safety (DTboxes)

About: I have been around animals all my life, having cats, rabbits and a horse as pets in my childhood. I have gained experience of pet sitting over the last three years with cats, dogs, fish and ferrets. I love meeting new animals. I currently work part time so I have lots of availability for pet sitting around this. I do early morning and late visits on work days and have several full days free each week. I will care for you home and your pet whilst you are away. I am happy to look after plants as well. I will follow the instructions provided by yourself.

About: I have experience looking after dogs of all sizes and ages, cats, guinea pigs & hamsters over the past 15 years and have loved them since I was young. I enjoy being with animals and the company that they bring and welcome any type of dog or age! I have a 2 year old Miniature Dachshund, she is calm, has been brought up around children and gets on well with all dogs she meets on her walks or through other family members/friends that have dogs. We have recently returned from 3 months travelling Europe with our dog, we fell in love and cared for many stray dogs and cats whilst we were away. Now we have returned, this means we have lots of time to dedicate to your animals. My maximum number of dogs at once would be 3. Please note I am not trained in giving your pet any medication. I have an enclosed yard for animals to play in and live very close to a field with a long walk too where dogs can be let off the lead and run around exploring new places and faces! Please let me know if there is anything I need to know about your dog eg if your dog doesn't like being around other dogs or has special requirements and then I can plan for it! I am a student and I work part time, so I have lots of time in the day and night to fuss over your pup and play with them. I will prioritise your dog’s comfort, routine, and safety above all else. I’ll make sure everything feels calm, consistent, and reassuring while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions closely—whether that’s around feeding, walking, training, or cuddles—so your dog feels as settled as possible. I’m experienced with dogs of all personalities and behaviours, including those who are reactive or nervous, and I always approach them with patience, empathy, and gentle care. While staying in your home, I’ll treat the space with complete respect, keeping things clean and leaving everything just as I found it. I’ll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can feel confident your pup is happy, safe, and well loved.

About: Ever since a young age, i have taken care of all animals due to family and friends pets. My Grandmother, who had 7 dogs and 3 cats, taught me how to care for animals both stray and tamed from the age of a puppy to an elderly dog. This taught me many skills on how to care for animals, fulfilling not only their physical needs but emotional too. I am currently on the summer break with no jobs and no upcoming holidays trying to save for university and will therefore be free daily for anyone who needs any pet sitters or dog walkers. I currently only have a cat at the moment as my dog lives with my dad in Scotland, however, i can ensure your pet, whether thats a dog, cat or other, will be kept safe and entertained. As long as boundaries regarding the animal are understood beforehand they will be kept safe and secure.
