About: Me and my partner have had our own dogs around 10 years when we were younger and since have looked after family dogs and friends dogs and use borrow my dog to walk and look after dogs Your Dog’s Home Away from Home! 🐾 Hi! We’re passionate, lifelong dog lovers with four years of experience on Rover and a lifetime spent caring for our own dogs. From playful puppies to wise old seniors, we’ve had the joy of sharing our home and hearts with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. We’re currently in the process of adopting a rescue dog from Dogs Trust, which is something we’re incredibly excited about! But while we wait for our new four-legged family member to arrive, we want to keep our home full of wagging tails, happy paws, and joyful energy. That’s why we absolutely love opening our doors to other people’s beloved dogs—offering them a safe, loving, and fun-filled environment while their owners are away. About: I’ve been around cats and dogs my whole life, caring for all breeds, newborn puppies, senior and unwell pets, while confidently handling challenging situations with patience and care. I currently work 8am-5pm during the week with a 1 hour lunch break, I work in Wetherby so able to fit in walks and pet visits if local during lunch hours. I can offer weekends and any evenings for any pet care When caring for pets in their own home, I ensure they remain comfortable in their familiar surroundings while sticking closely to their usual routine. I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, companionship, and plenty of love and attention, while following all instructions provided by the owner. I also keep your home tidy, can administer basic care if required, and will send regular updates and photos so you have complete peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats all my adult life, which means I have real, hands on experience with every stage of pet care. From energetic puppies to gentle senior pets. I’m confident administering medication, supporting older dogs who need a slower pace and keeping routines steady so pets feel relaxed and secure. I love walking and caring for all dogs, big and small, including those who are reactive or need a calm, steady approach. When you ask me to look after your pet, you can be assured of my full attention, patience and plenty of cuddles. I always follow your pet’s usual routine closely so everything feels familiar and comfortable for them. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I plan my day around the pets I’m looking after, making sure they have regular toilet breaks, calm walks, fresh water and company. During house sitting, I provide morning and afternoon walks and an evening walk before settling in for the night. Drop‑in visits and cat care are scheduled throughout the day, and I always follow each pet’s usual routine so everything feels familiar and relaxed for them. My days are flexible, and I make sure pets are never left longer than they’re comfortable with. I take a calm, steady and friendly approach in every home I care for. When I’m looking after pets in your home, I follow your routines closely so everything feels familiar and safe for them. I keep doors and gates secure, check that the environment is hazard free and make sure pets are never left longer than their usual comfort level. Dogs receive regular toilet breaks, calm walks, fresh water and plenty of reassurance. Cats and small pets are cared for gently, with attention to feeding, litter trays, bedding and keeping their space clean and comfortable.....all with plenty of cuddles! I respect your home as if it were my own — keeping things tidy, locking up properly and maintaining a quiet, relaxed environment for your pets. You’ll receive updates so you always know how they’re doing and I’m confident supporting nervous pets, seniors and those who need medication or a slower pace.

About: Animals have always been a part of my life. Since I was a child our family home welcomed different kinds of pets and I enjoyed looking after them. I love being around animals as they simply make me smile and feel happy. In my home country we have a dog called Phoebe, a cat called Joey, and a hamster called Tengu. I also have taken care of friends and family's pets where i have walked, fed and cared for them. I'm a reliable, patient and neat person. I'm fully DBS checked. I'm happy to offer drop-in visits, dog walking, pet and house-sitting services. I’m self-employed and my schedule is very flexible, so I’ll have plenty of time to look after your pets and give them all the attention they need. I’m fully DBS checked for your peace of mind. About: I have my own dog walking business. I've lived in Wetherby all my life and im proud to offer a trusted, local dog walking and pet care service loved by many in our community. My journey into dog walking began with my own rescue, Duke, who came to me as a reactive boy with a big personality. He taught me patience, confidence, and the incredible importance of understanding what dogs truly need, lessons that shaped how i care for every animal i meet. I'm IMDT accredited in canine body language, i've attended their puppy course and i continue to expand my qualifications. I'm canine first aid trained, and fully insured, with a wealth of knowledge across breeds and temperaments. Before starting my business, i had hands on experience working with all kind of animals from calves and lambs to collies on the farm, giving me a well rounded understanding of animal behaviour and care. Whether i'm walking your dog, visiting your puppy, or checking in on your cat, i treat every pet as if they were my own, with kindness, respect and a big dose of enthusiasm. I'm proud to be known locally as "Local, Loved, and Trusted" I work full time as a dog walker between 8am–3pm on weekdays, alongside pet sitting and cat care visits before and after these hours. My schedule varies daily as I plan walks in small, well-matched groups to suit each dog. Dogs in my care should be comfortable being left for up to 4–5 hours, although I often bring pet sitting dogs along with me so they can enjoy walks and social time. A walk is always included. I live with my boyfriend and our dog, and I have experience with a wide range of breeds, sizes, and ages. This is my full-time job, and I plan my days around the dogs in my care. I currently offer pet care in owners’ homes, as I have recently moved and am in the process of obtaining my home boarding licence. In your home, I follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and settled. I provide daily updates with photos via social media and text, so you always know how your pet is doing. I take pride in being clean, respectful, and leaving your home exactly as I found it, if not better. For walks, I use my own secure leads and provide an additional tag with my details for extra safety. I always prioritise your pet’s wellbeing, security, and comfort while in my care.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old and have always had a passion for animals. Having grown up around dogs and cared for my own, I have developed a strong understanding of their needs, routines, and behaviours. I am home full-time and available seven days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I always take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I have my own Lhasa Apso called Romeo, who I walk twice a day, so I understand the importance of regular exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship. About: I adore dogs! I have helped run a dog kennels for over 3 years before I went travelling. I have also worked at a dog and cat animal charity for 1.5 years in Edinburgh, where I'm from. When I was travelling in Australia I also done dog walking as I needed my doggy fix down under as well. I had a family dog who was my absolute soul dog and best friend. I would care for your dog like it was my own furry pal. I currently work in the nhs supporting children with mental health issues. This is a challenging but very rewarding career. I do miss having furry, four legged friends in my life though. My schedule changes each week and I can be working different days each week but my work can be flexible if I'm given enough notice as to what days you need pet cover. We have a fenced garden at the back of the property. We now have our own golden retriever pup called ozzy who is the centre of our universe. Due to this I have put a hold on dog boarding in my house but still more than happy to drop by to owners houses to keep your pooch company as well as offer dog walking services.

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a child. I have had a Cane Corso and a French Bulldog. I am extremely responsible and treat all dogs I sit as my own. In the past year I took full time care of a French bulldog whilst his owner was at work. This included looking after him 7am - 5pm involving everything from feeding, walkies, playtime to bathing, brushing and sleepovers. My schedule is flexible as I work from home most of the week. I can also sit during the weekends, overnight or do stays when you go on a holiday. I always ensure maximum safety for my dogs. Depending on their personality, I remove objects they might chew / eat. I have them on the lead unless it is safe for them to be off and you give me prior permission. I ensure they have access to water at all times. I do not leave them alone at any time to ensure they are safe and are well taken care of.

About: I have grown up around many animals hamsters, rabbits, fish, cats and dogs. I have a pet of my own, a cockapoo (June 2021) so I am use to looking after a pet 24/7. I also have CPD accredited dog first aid training :) I work from home so have the opportunity to look after pets alongside my everyday routine. I have lots of spare time at the weekends to give a pet full attention. I have a large outdoor space with private access for a pet to run around and live near lots of parks and trails to give animals more space that they may require. I have room to cater for pets and their needs.
