“Kelsie was great. She even took the time to meet up for a little walk before hand to see how my dog was with her lovely border collie. There is a wonderful field just seconds from the house for walks. Highly recommend!”

About: I am 22 years old, from Boston Spa, Wetherby. Im active and love the outdoors where I spend my free time horse-riding. I recently graduated as an Equine Sports Science graduate, the study of horse biology and exercise physiology, which also covers cats and dogs, due to similarities. I’ve gained better knowledge of animal health/welfare, understanding of behaviour and first aid, all of which can be transferred to pet sitting. I’ve had the pleasure of having pets my entire life from family dogs, cats and horses, therefore, have a good understanding on how they work. I have previous experience in pet sitting as for the past few years I have dog sat as a part time job, gaining knowledge on caring for other dogs/cats on a deeper level, living with them in their own home whilst learning how pet sitting works (I can provide multiple references, if requested). In 2021, I travelled to Aruba for 3 months for work experience with animals. I shadowed at the local vets and worked at a sanctuary. After this I worked at an equine retraining centre in Australia for 4 months and lived with a family, caring for their 6 dachshunds and one great Dane! I understand every animal is unique, which is why I approach each pet with a tailored, gentle and professional mindset. With a strong background in animal care and genuine love for them, I create a stress-free environment where pets feel happy in their home. I am currently at University, however have my car so am available whenever needed ! I have my entire summer (may-sept) free too along with yearly holidays such as easter etc. I have a fenced off garden and live in the countryside, therefore there’s plenty of good walking routes. I have a cockerdore at home give them company. I also own a cat, so only cat friendly dogs please.
About: What sets me apart is the level of care, patience, and attention I give to every pet — I treat them like they’re my own. I have over 11years of experience caring for animals, including puppies and senior dogs . I’m comfortable with giving older pets the gentle care and extra time they need. With puppies, I’m patient, consistent, and experienced in basic training, housebreaking, and helping them feel secure while their owners are away. Most importantly, I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine — so they feel safe, loved, and relaxed in my care. I also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos for peace of mind. Currently have left the corporate wheel to spend 24hrs in a day doing something I actually love which is caring for doggies . I am available all days of the week . I care for pets like they’re part of the family, whether in my home or theirs. At my place, I have a massive fenced backyard, perfect for safe play, running around, and getting plenty of fresh air. I also have a 1 year and 4-month-old Cockapoo who’s fully house-trained, very friendly, and loves the company of other animals — so your pet will have a happy playmate! Inside, pets have full access to the home, comfy spots to relax, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I keep to their usual routines, whether that’s feeding, walks, or quiet time, and make sure they feel safe and settled. In a pet owner’s home, I respect their space and routines. I make sure your pet feels comfortable in their own environment, follow all care instructions carefully, and provide regular updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.
About: We have taken care of dogs since a young age and we have a young boy of our own , Paul a bedlington terrier x cocker spaniel. Paul loves having another dog to run around with and loves being chased. My husband works from home and I am home at weekends and Mondays. We walk Paul in the morning and evening and he plays outside during the day. We have an enclosed large garden with lots of country walks a short walk away. Paul sleeps in the kitchen on our couch, sometimes sleeps in his crate if he is staying at someone else’s house.
“Very happy dog owner, klara has been so good at communicating with us before and during dog sitting kobe. Kobe seems a very happy dog now and is knackered after lots of attention and walks from klara. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dog sitter in Leeds city centre! 😊”

About: Hi, I'm Emily, a mum of two who has recently found herself with a little more time on her hands while taking a break from ICU nursing after 12 rewarding years in the profession. Because of my long working hours, we've never been in a position to have a dog of our own, but our family is absolutely dog-mad! I love any opportunity to care for dogs, whether that's pet-sitting for friends or taking their dogs out for walks. Having grown up in a home full of pets, including both dogs and cats, I've always been surrounded by animals and understand the love, care, and attention they need. I would love to combine my passion for animals with my enjoyment of the outdoors by helping to care for your furry friends. Whether it's walks, companionship, or pet sitting, I will treat your pets with the same care and affection as if they were my own. Following some recent family bereavements, I've taken the opportunity to reassess my priorities and spend more time doing things that bring me joy and fit around family life. As a result, I now have excellent availability, particularly during school hours. I am a reliable and trustworthy person with a strong background in caring for others. I hold a current DBS check and have spent my entire adult life working in healthcare, where responsibility, compassion, and attention to detail are essential. Caring for others comes naturally to me, and I will provide your pet with the same level of care, kindness, and dedication.
About: Hi! I am a recent university graduate who is now living at home. My job allows me to work entirely from home so I’m always on hand to take care of your pet! I’ve owned and cared for dogs and various other pets (cats, rabbits, chickens etc) since I can remember and I would care for yours as if they were my own. I live in a detached house with a sizeable, fenced garden in a secluded area on the edge of Tadcaster so there’s easy access to great walking areas nearby. Please don’t hesitate to request any more information or ask any questions, if you have them! I am currently working full time but entirely from home so I’ll always be around! And if I’m not for a couple hours (eg I have rugby training every Tuesday and Thursday 7-9pm) then my parents will be. I have a completely fenced off, large garden area for your pet to run around and explore. We don’t allow dogs upstairs in our house but there is a room where they can get up on the sofas (we have covers), however if this is something you don’t allow in your home then we will, of course, follow suit.
About: I have had a dog practically all my life since I was 11. I have recently raised 2 weimaraners (1 male & 1 female) alongside my family as they were growing up, over a period of 18 years. I am retired so this leaves me with plenty of free time to spend with animals during my day. I love to take them out for walks at any time, week or weekend. I have a very large garden as well as a lot of indoor space so any animals coming to stay have lots of room to roam around regardless of the weather. It's also a fenced and gated property so they can't access the road. There are lots of surrounding fields where I live for long walks. I do not have young children around and no potentially harmful plants so the animals will be safe.
“Thanks so much for having Ella this week. We were really happy to leave her with Will because she was well looked after and taken for more than one walk a day. She seemed really happy every morning and rushed up to the house with a waggy tail. Will was also good with communication and sent updates to let us know how she was getting on. Thanks again!”

“Meg had her first time staying with Jessica and Luna yesterday and she loved every minute of it! Jessica is a very hardworking and friendly individual that catered to my dogs needs. She regularly sent me updates, photos and videos of them playing together and sleeping. Jessica is a credit to Rover, she goes out of her way to help and is very flexible. We will definitely be seeing Jessica & Luna again in the near future. Thank you very much xx”

“Julius and Mila took excellent care of our little Shih Tzu Gonzalez on short notice for the day. They really made the effort to make him feel at ease, and our little fur baby had a great day - thanks again!”
