About: Having grown up surrounded by dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments, caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. From an early age, I developed a strong understanding of canine behaviour, routines, and the individual needs that make every dog unique. Over the years, I have regularly looked after dogs for neighbours, friends, and family members, providing attentive care, companionship, exercise, feeding, and maintaining established routines. These experiences have allowed me to build confidence working with a wide range of personalities, from energetic and playful dogs to those who are older, more reserved, or require extra patience and reassurance. I understand the importance of trust when caring for someone else’s pet and am committed to providing a safe, reliable, and nurturing environment where dogs feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for. I have recently completed my college studies and, as I am due to begin university in September, I currently have a highly flexible schedule with no ongoing commitments. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care, whether that involves regular walks, daytime visits, overnight stays, or accommodating specific routines and needs. During this period, I am available throughout the week and can offer reliable, consistent care with a high degree of flexibility. I understand how important it is for owners to know their pets are receiving attentive, dependable care, and I am committed to ensuring every dog feels comfortable, exercised, and well looked after while in my care. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a pet owner’s home, my priority is always to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while maintaining their usual routine as closely as possible. I provide regular feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, companionship, and plenty of attention, while also following any specific instructions regarding medications, dietary requirements, or behavioural needs. In my own home, pets will have access to a secure, large fenced garden where they can safely play, explore, and exercise under supervision. I also have a very friendly and playful Bedlington Whippet who is well-socialised and enjoys the company of other dogs. I always ensure introductions are carried out carefully and that every dog feels comfortable and relaxed. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I respect their established routines and environment, helping pets feel settled and reducing any stress while their owners are away. I understand that every pet is unique, so I tailor my care to their individual personality, energy levels, and needs, ensuring they receive the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve.

About: What sets us apart from other sitters is the warm, home-from-home environment we provide. We’re a dog-loving household, and with my retired mum at home during the day, there’s always someone around to give your dog plenty of love and attention. Our two friendly, well-socialised dogs also help new dogs feel settled and part of the family from the start. We have experience with dogs of all ages — from playful puppies to gentle seniors — and we always adapt our care to suit each dog’s needs. Whether it’s supporting with basic training, administering medication, or providing a calm space for older dogs to relax, we’re committed to making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I work full-time from home in a corporate role, so I’m around all day to provide consistent care and attention. On weekdays, I take my 4-year-old female Labradoodle out for a longer walk around 8am, and again in the evening around 5pm. Although I don’t have a garden, I’m only a 2-minute walk from Yeadon Tarn, so I can easily take dogs out frequently throughout the day for toilet breaks, short walks, or exercise. At weekends, we start the day with a longer walk in the morning, and dogs will usually join me in whatever I’m doing during the day, while still having plenty of rest time at home if preferred. I always prioritise each pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. In my home, pets are supervised and cared for in a calm, clean environment, with plenty of attention and regular walks throughout the day. I follow any instructions provided by the owner closely, including feeding routines, medication, and preferred walking habits.

About: I have grown up always having pet dogs and one dog previously had puppies. I currently have 2 dogs and walk them everyday. I still with my parents so there are multiple people in this household to watch over your dogs I’m currently unemployed and help take care of my two dogs along side my parents. I feed my dogs twice a day and walk them daily. We let them out into our garden regularly for toilet breaks I have a fenced garden and 2 friendly, playful dogs. If your dog can be nervous around other dogs, I am happy to come to your house to sit them or walking them separately depending on what service you require.

I can easily take dogs out for walks during my lunch break and again after work, and I’m flexible enough to adapt to your pet’s usual schedule. About: Your pet will become part of the family, and be cared for with lots of love and attention during the stay, as the owner you get regular updates and with years of experience and qualifications like pet first aid, your loved one will have the best holiday of their own. I'm at home full time, so your pet becomes part of the day, for the full day. From morning walks to lots of stimulation and play outside in the garden, they will have the best time. The garden is fenced and secure with double airlock system so no one can sneak out. It's fully concreted and cleaned multiple times a day. Air Conditioning cools and warms inside as needed and there's lots of space for them to stretch out if needed.

About: I am an animal lover at heart and have always had a cat in my life. I currently have the lovely Melvin, a grey tabby cat. I love animals and getting to know their individual personalities. I have had experience of giving my family's elderly cats (17/18 years old) medicine and looked after small/medium dogs. We have used Cat in a Flat often and have found it really helpful especially for short trips away and last minute cat sitting needs. I look forward to finding out about your pets and what they need! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to get in touch! I'm currently working part-time and have a flexible work day so have plenty of time to drop by and spend some time with your pets. My weeks can vary from week to week. Depending on what your pet needs, I can adapt to this. I will keep all dogs on leads to ensure their safety especially as I get to know them.

About: We’re a loving household with experience caring for our own 2-year-old Border Collie and two friendly cats, so we understand the attention, exercise and affection pets need to feel happy and secure. Our dog Lexi is energetic and friendly, while our cats are gentle, playful and used to dogs. Lewis, a teacher, is home during holidays, meaning your pet will have plenty of company, supervision, and care throughout the day. Leah works partly from home and is only in the office two days a week, ensuring your pet is never left alone for more than a few hours. We provide safe, caring environment where your pet will feel comfortable and well looked after. We fit pet care around Lewis’s teaching schedule, so we only take bookings during summer holidays, Christmas, half terms and weekends. This means Lewis and Leah have got plenty of time to give our pets and yours lots of attention, and they won’t be left alone for more than a few hours. We have a fenced garden and a friendly 2-year-old female Border Collie and two cats, so your pet will be in a sociable, home environment. Our dog has her own room with a crate, and we’re happy to provide space if you’d like to bring your dog’s crate too.
