Your Dog’s New Best Friends!
We’re a dog-loving couple who can’t get enough of furry friends! We both grew up with dogs and have cared for a variety of breeds over the years — from Border Collies and Golden Retrievers to Pitbulls and Rottweilers. Aurelien was a dog walker from a young age, and our friends have always relied on us for dog-sitting. We moved to Vancouver (Canada) for a year in 2024 and started using Rover because we missed our family dogs. Vancouver was big on dog-sitting so we spent most of our year there with a dog in the house! Now we're back in Leeds and we can’t wait to have some wagging tails around us again!

Ellie and Aurie have been brilliant with our dog. Very patient with him settling in with them - and great at keeping us posted with updates. He clearly enjoys going there and we feel so comfortable leaving our dog with them!
Ellie and Aurelien were super welcoming and reassuring with me and our pet pooch Joni. Joni had the best time and if I didn’t know any better I’d think she didn’t want to come home 😂 I can’t recommend them enough.
Juno and Reva had a great time with Ellie and Aurélien. They settled right in and we got lots of updates throughout the day. Would completely recommend them and can confirm they are my dogs new best friends as advertised 😊

We had a Trial stay with Ellie and Aurelien, and feel so excited to have found such a lovely couple to look after our dog! I didnt realise how nervous i was to leave our dog with someone new - but they made me feel completely at ease - sent regular updates and just had such a calm and friendly environment that im sure our dog enjoyed it more there than at home!

Schedule
We both tend to work from home at least 3 days a week but we can be flexible to make weekday bookings work. Being home most of the day means we can provide a stable and consistent environment for your dog, filled with walks, play-time, toilet breaks, and attention. We will accommodate your pet's routine and any special needs they might have, making us your go-to reliable and attentive sitters.

Our home is a spacious, safe, and dog-friendly environment with a secure, pet-proof living space where your dog can feel comfortable and relaxed. We also have a lovely garden for dogs to run around and play in, perfect for a bit of fresh air and exercise. We take all necessary precautions, like keeping food and harmful substances out of reach, ensuring a safe and worry-free stay for your dog.
A typical day
A typical day for us starts with a 20 minute morning walk when we wake up, a 40 minute lunchtime walk, and a 30 minute after-work walk. During work hours, we take plenty of breaks for play-time and relaxing with the dog (we welcome every excuse to look away from our computer screens!) On weekends, we are avid walkers, and the open countryside is less than a minute walk from our front door!

- We think that it's important to know a pet's routine, dietary needs, and any medical conditions to ensure their comfort and well-being. We also want to know their temperament, favorite activities, and any behaviors or anxieties to watch for. Knowing if they’re good with other animals, how they react to new people, and their preferred play style helps us tailor the care to suit their personality.
