“Highly highly recommend Daniel to everyone. Especially if you have a larger/giant breed dog! We have a great dane, Venom. Venom's an anxious and nervous dog and is scared of new people and places. Daniel did a meet and greet initially to meet venom to understand his behaviour and discussed at length what he would recommend doing with venom. He's just completed his first day care at Daniels home and Daniel and his partner worked patiently and calmly with venom, including pictures videos and updates. Venom was calm, settled quickly and even allowed them to walk and touch him! I highly recommend and you will not be disappointed. Totally relieved to have found someone with care and compassion. Will be returning for sure.”

About: I’m a professional 21yo student paramedic! I have a variety of knowledge on breeds and age:)! I own/have owned every animal under the sun, dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, frogs, gerbils, hamsters, snakes, bearded dragon, geckos.. the list goes on! i was also a supervisor of a dog friendly cafe for 2 years where i have come across many breeds and personalities. Have house/dog sat previously! As a student paramedic, I work strange hours, meaning I’m home during the usual 7am-6pm standard time, making me available and flexible morning and evening daily! and i drive x I’m Reliable and will follow instructions to a T and can accommodate for any special requests.. crating, keeping certain doors locked, no off leash, ect!

About: As well as our own 20 month old dog, Poppy, we care for our parents’ 14 year old dog on a regular basis as well as friends & families dogs. We have over a years experience using Rover and caring for dogs privately too. We have cared for dogs for up to 3 weeks at a time, and very comfortable adjusting our lifestyle to suit the needs of dogs in our care. We have even taken dogs on holiday with us! Our lovely dog Poppy (a cross Spaniel/Beagle/Terrier) loves the company of other dogs, which is part of the reason we have signed up to care for other dogs. We are really comfortable with other pets, have a very dog friendly home, where they will be treat like our own and kept safe, warm and loved for as long as they are here. We recently welcomed a lovely baby boy into the world, so please note that any dogs we care for MUST be happy and comfortable around children and babies. I (Emily) work from home flexibly, and currently walk our own dog 3 times a day between us. We have an active lifestyle and love being at home. With us already having a dog of our own, we spend most weekends walking and taking her to the pub! We have a fenced, sizeable back garden which is perfect for your dog. We also have room for your dog to be kept separately from our own at night, whether that be on our sofa or in his/her own crate. We are really flexible and happy to accommodate your pets needs whilst staying with us. We live across the road from a big playing area where there are plenty of dog walkers, and have a park and woods on our doorstep too. Our dog walks off the lead, but we’re happy to keep yours on a lead, or off - whatever you are comfortable with.

About: You may notice a gap in our recent reviews, we took a short break for personal reasons, but we are so excited to be back! We truly love every 'furry' guest we host and can’t wait to meet yours. ​I currently work a hybrid schedule, so I am unable to accept dogs with severe separation anxiety. However, I am a great fit for pups who are comfortable being home for up to 4.5 hours (half a workday). For the other half of the day, I work from home and your little one will have my full attention! ​Every dog has a unique personality. The more you share about their specific needs and quirks, the better we can ensure they have a wonderful 'staycation' while you’re away. Please reach out with any questions! We know leaving your dog can be stressful for both of you. Your pet's well-being is our top priority. A meet and greet is essential so we can assess compatibility and how quickly your dog settles into a new environment. If everything goes well, we recommend a trial stay. We want to ensure your dog is happy and relaxed while you're away. While we'd love to care for every dog, we're unable to accept pets with separation anxiety or those who cannot be left alone, as our setup doesn't allow for 24/7 home care. However, you can be confident that your dog will receive lots of love and attention during their stay with us! For the garden: "We have a private, fenced-in garden in the front and a tiered garden in the back, offering your dog safe spaces to explore and relax." For the canal walks: "I'm familiar with some scenic canal paths perfect for calm walks and playtime. These offer a peaceful alternative to busier city areas."

I work best with dogs that are settled in a normal home routine, happy to snooze, potter around the house, enjoy their walks, and relax afterwards. I live in an apartment with plenty of space, however there are a few dogs in the building which yours is likely to meet so needs to be fine with them. My building is secure with an underfloor car park so when going in the car, your pet won’t leave the building until they’re belted in. I can adapt my place to suite your pet’s needs and they will be allowed in any room. I can also stick to any rules you may already have for them.

About: My partner and I have had dogs for most of our lives. We now live away from home so are missing the time with our furry friends. We'd love to look after your pets, were athletic, enjoy the outdoors and are very flexible. I (Oliver) work from home, with a flexible working schedule. My partner (Imogen) works part time within the area. We're flexible and we have no dependents. We have a small fenced garden enough for small breaks but we would take dogs out at least twice a day to the local park.

About: Hi, we’re Annabelle & Chris! and we have had dogs around us ever since we were both little or born so we have always been around dogs, we absolutely LOVE them. We would even say they are better than people!! We’re used to all different breeds and sizes of dogs and no dog is ever too much to handle. Annabelle - I currently work full time from home so can offer your furry friend company all day long. I have 2 dogs of my own so I am used to the routine of getting up at 5:30am to give them a good walk, breakfast and playtime before starting work (from home) I then finish work and take them for another long walk in the evening followed by dinner and playtime in the garden or living room ( weather dependant) so they’re tired out before bedtime. Chris - has his own business so is also very flexible on when and where he can work. So there will always be someone available for your furry friend! If you’re like us, do you hate the thought of your pet being left alone for hours on end while you go out to work? Do you pay ridiculous costs just for someone to drop in and walk your dog for a short while? We are here to help! We are offering daycare, boarding, pet walking, all you’re pets needs! Our biggest objective is that your pet feels safe and always has company. I have a fully fenced and gated garden at our home address, so there will be no escapees. However before taking on any boarders we would be looking to offer dog walking, day care services, to get to know each pup personally and to make sure you and your beloved pup are comfortable and all needs are catered for. We personally like to know our dogs feel at ease when staying with someone and that we’re not leaving them with a stranger, this is the relationship we’d love to build with you and your furry friend!
