About: Hello everyone . My name is Emma and due to a recent change in job I have found myself with an opportunity to offer my dog walking and other pet care services in my spare time. I have experience with most animals and both small and large dog breeds. I live in a house with my husband (no children) and I can be available for last minute or regular bookings. I work Monday-Thursday in the office and I am available all day on Friday, weekday evenings and most weekends. I always try to be as flexible as possible. About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover based between Leeds and Manchester, we recently were devastated to lose our fox red Labrador, Callie. We have everything a dog could want, and a lot of love to dive, visiting dogs tend to settle in quickly and feel at home. I work from home full-time in an open-plan house, so your dog will always have company, supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day—no long periods left alone. Our home is a relaxed, dog-friendly space where dogs are treated like part of the family. We’re lucky to have a fully enclosed garden with a secure double-gate system, so dogs can safely enjoy being outside whenever they like (weather permitting!). When it’s dry, they’re free to roam in and out as they please. Exercise is a big part of our routine. Our dog used to get three walks a day, usually up on the local moors and hills or along the canal—plenty of variety, fresh air, and stimulation. About: As well as our own 20 month old dog, Poppy, we care for our parents’ 14 year old dog on a regular basis as well as friends & families dogs. With us already having a dog of our own, we spend most weekends walking and taking her to the pub! We have a fenced, sizeable back garden which is perfect for your dog. We also have room for your dog to be kept separately from our own at night, whether that be on our sofa or in his/her own crate. We are really flexible and happy to accommodate your pets needs whilst staying with us. There will always be at least 1 adult around 24/7 when your pet stays with us. We are a family of 3 humans and 2 dogs, our son is well aware that every dog has different needs and has been around lots of dogs, horses, sheep and helped bottle feed puppies from birth. He can also give your dog space if that's what they need. Fully secured garden for toilet breaks, but most of the time we can walk down to the river in 5 mins from our house, explore the woods or go upto the moors. At weekends your pets will have full time care from At least 1 adult. During week we work from home but go walks 2 to 3 times a day and have a safe enclosed garden option at all times I have a fenced garden, we have a old beagle that keeps to himself and a playful Boston terrier if your dog wants to play. We booked a day with Helen so my husband and I could go out without worrying about them getting anxious at home, and it couldn't have been better. Helen and her handsome boy Ru are so warm and friendly. After an initial wariness about the new situation, mine settled down with their new BFFs. I got lovely photos and the sweetest text from Helen mid-day letting us know that everything was going great, and when we got home, the dogs immediately had a most contented nap. It's now the next morning and they are still so happy and tired from their adventures. Helen is HIGHLY recommended and we will definitely be returning in the future!!”

About: We had dogs and birds as children. We have had cats throughout our married life. Unfortunately we both work full time and cannot offer the care and love needed for a dog at this moment in our life. The children are so desperate for a dog and love any sort of animal. We have a 13 year old son and 9 year old daughter. I am a headteacher. I work full time but have 13 weeks holiday plus weekends with 2 very keen children and a husband, Andy, who love animals and will help to look after them. About: From a young age I have always been fond of all animals and as a family we took on the role as puppy walkers for Guide Dogs. One puppy we adopted unfortunately developed arthritis so could no longer carry on the training but this allowed us to keep him and we had a fantastic 13 years together. He made my childhood and although in adulthood I haven't taken a dog on myself, I am a serial dog auntie to many and offered dog walks and pet sitting to friends/family/colleagues/neighbours etc before I started extending this to services on Rover. About: I’ve been looking after my family’s, friend’s and own dogs for over five years now. I have a beautiful 4 year old black Labrador called Harry who I have had since he was a puppy and trained him well. He is a very spoiled pampered pooch and I treat all dogs in my care the same. I have experience looking after dogs of all shapes and sizes from Frenchies and Beagles to German Pointers and young puppies. We walk for miles each day and there are some beautiful walks on my door step. But Harry also very much enjoys sleeping and lazy days so we can cater to your dog’s needs. I work from home most days. I have to go into the office once or twice a week but I could not go in if your dog isn’t happy being left alone (with Harry) for a few hours. Harry isn’t neutered - he is very soft and friendly and gets on with all dogs but I would do a meet and greet before agreeing to any boarding or walking as his safety and wellbeing is my priority. Dogs are welcome on the furniture but I am also happy to keep them off if that’s what you would prefer. I have an enclosed front garden but only let the dogs out with my supervision. I have experience giving medication to my own dog and am happy to do whatever is best for your dog. About: As well as our own 20 month old dog, Poppy, we care for our parents’ 14 year old dog on a regular basis as well as friends & families dogs. I currently don't work, so I'm home all day now. Home sitting is available on Friday & Saturday nights. Unfortunately, I can't board pets due to my own dogs/cats/snakes etc My pets want for nothing.
