About: I have been a fan of dogs my whole life, have owned dogs in the past, and currently share responsibilities of caring for a male boxer cross with a friend. For the last 10 years I have been a reliable port of call for family, close friends, friends of friends and neighbours when a short-term solution is needed. Since hearing about Rover.com recently, I decided to reinstate this account and start offering these services to a wider audience. I work full-time, but only a 5 minute walk from home and will never leave a dog unattended for longer than 4 hours as a rule. My work hours at the office are 8:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs with an hour long break at midday, and 8:30-12:30 on Fridays. I usually use my weekends for hiking so can tailor walks to suit individual dogs and/or take specific exercise requests from owners. I have a high-fenced, secure garden with adequate space and shade and trustworthy, retired neighbours either side of my terrace. On pleasant days when I am required to be in-office, I will often leave Fred (my shared boxer-cross) outside with a big bowl of water so he can relax in the sun (or shade) at his leisure. With regards to overnight stays, it is a preference that dogs stay downstairs in either my kitchen or living room, but I can be flexible if certain dogs display any form of separation anxiety. Any dogs staying in my home must have been treated for fleas as standard so as not to jeopardise future pets from picking up hitch-hikers on their staycation.

About: I’m a mum to two little boys and work part time as a nurse in Skipton. I have a DBS check through work. I have two current cats but have been around cats all my life. I have two Ragdolls and previously had two British Shorthairs so I am used to caring for a multi-cat household. I’ve had cats all my life and know the importance of making sure they are cared for whilst you are away. I also know the importance of photos and video updates whilst you're away to ensure peace of mind. She is a real pampered pooch, regularly exercised and has lots of cuddles. Unfortunately we lost Ted our 8 year old Labrador to cancer in September 24, you will most likely read a lot about him in our reviews. We now have Nelly who is a 1 year old lab. Both are great with dogs, however they don’t always have to come to your house when I am dog sitting, sometimes they can stay at home. Monday to Friday Maria works from home so your pooch will have lots of company and cuddles. I work local to home for lunchtime walks. On evening and weekends I run or walk with Bella, so your dog will get plenty of exercise. We have a large enclosed garden for safety , Bella sleeps downstairs in the kitchen or living room, your dog can sleep up or downstairs.

About: I have grown up always having pet dogs and one dog previously had puppies. I currently have 2 dogs and walk them everyday. About: I have had dogs throughout my entire life, and more recently I became a registered veterinary nurse, where I work mostly with dogs. I often look after my dad’s dog Stanley, who is seen on my profile picture. We recently went on a solo holiday together, where we enjoyed going on lots of hikes. Being an RVN, I am trained in CPR and giving medications. I currently work a night shift rotation of 1 week on and 2 weeks off. I plan to only pet sit during my 2 weeks off so that I am available at all times during the day. I will diligently follow instructions from the owner, while also using my professional judgement on the wellbeing of the cat. If I have any concerns I will immediately contact the owner, and stay with the cat until I am sure that everything is okay. I have had dogs all our life and been surrounded by dogs in the family since childhood. I have a Labrador called Bella who is 7, she is great with other dogs and very well behaved. She is a real pampered pooch, regularly exercised and has lots of cuddles. Unfortunately we lost Ted our 8 year old Labrador to cancer in September 24, you will most likely read a lot about him in our reviews. We now have Nelly who is a 1 year old lab. Both are great with dogs, however they don’t always have to come to your house when I am dog sitting, sometimes they can stay at home. Monday to Friday Maria works from home so your pooch will have lots of company and cuddles. I work local to home for lunchtime walks. On evening and weekends I run or walk with Bella, so your dog will get plenty of exercise. We have a large enclosed garden for safety , Bella sleeps downstairs in the kitchen or living room, your dog can sleep up or downstairs.

About: Hi, I’m Isobel! I’m a graphic designer who works from home some days and I absolutely love animals. I live with my fiancé Tom (he’s in my photos) I have experience with both cat and dog sitting, walking, feeding, bathing, playing, and lots of cuddles! I’ve helped care for our family dogs and my fiancé’s (my fiancé is called Tom) pets — two big dogs and a cat — so I’m confident with pets of all sizes. As is Tom as well, he will be looking after your pet with me some days, due to the nature of his job he might not be in some days. Due to the nature of our work, one of us is nearly always home, your pet will get plenty of love, attention, and toilet breaks throughout the day. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and I’m also available on Thursday evenings if needed. Tom is usually home on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as he often flies on weekends. Between us, someone is typically around most of the week. We’ll do our best to work with your schedule — even in a last-minute emergency. We also have a car and can collect your pet if needed. We usually stay in on weekends and would be happy to look after your pet for the whole weekend if required. Both me and Tom will be at home most days, due to Toms job there might be days where he is working and will not be in the house. But I will be at home to give your pet care and attention. We have a lovely back garden — while it’s not fenced in, we’re happy to sit outside with your pet and keep a close eye on them, or keep them on a lead for safety. We also live near several parks and can drive them to the woods if they’d enjoy a longer walk. If your pet needs a pram, we’re more than happy to push them along for some fresh air! We can also feed and bathe your pet, and if they have any medical needs, we’ll do our best to ensure they take their medication (we’re fans of the classic cheese ball method!). We're happy to work around your schedule and will send regular updates and photos of your pet being thoroughly spoilt.

About: I have lots of experience looking after people’s pets. I worked at a dog kennels for just over 4 years, caring for all types of dog breeds. I am currently studying illustration at Leeds beckett university however I have 4 days of my week free (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to come home and do any available jobs. I currently have two dogs at home, an elderly springer spaniel and a miniature dachshund who has just turned one years old. They are both very well trained and get on very well with other dogs.
About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life, and after patiently waiting for the right time in my life, I finally got my own Cocker Spaniel Bella, in June 2024. About: I’ve always loved animals especially dogs and I treat them literally like fur babies! Ever since I was a young child I’ve had dogs around me and as pets. I use to always enjoy walking the neighbours dogs too. I’ve looked after friends and family’s pets numerous of times whilst they’ve been on holiday or just at work. I have a cocker spaniel of my own so he loves tagging along for the exercise and to socialise with other dogs! I’ve also helped friends when their dogs have had a litter. I helped them with feeding, toilet training and to keep clean. I’m currently working a 0 hour contract as a part time care assistant so I can be very flexible with time spent with your fur babies In my home I have a fenced garden with a locked gate to ensure safety the same goes for the back garden. When travelling with animals I will provide crates fitted correctly and also seatbelts for dogs that are not keen on crates

About: I have been a fan of dogs my whole life, have owned dogs in the past, and currently share responsibilities of caring for a male boxer cross with a friend. For the last 10 years I have been a reliable port of call for family, close friends, friends of friends and neighbours when a short-term solution is needed. Since hearing about Rover.com recently, I decided to reinstate this account and start offering these services to a wider audience. I work full-time, but only a 5 minute walk from home and will never leave a dog unattended for longer than 4 hours as a rule. My work hours at the office are 8:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs with an hour long break at midday, and 8:30-12:30 on Fridays. I usually use my weekends for hiking so can tailor walks to suit individual dogs and/or take specific exercise requests from owners. I have a high-fenced, secure garden with adequate space and shade and trustworthy, retired neighbours either side of my terrace. On pleasant days when I am required to be in-office, I will often leave Fred (my shared boxer-cross) outside with a big bowl of water so he can relax in the sun (or shade) at his leisure. With regards to overnight stays, it is a preference that dogs stay downstairs in either my kitchen or living room, but I can be flexible if certain dogs display any form of separation anxiety. Any dogs staying in my home must have been treated for fleas as standard so as not to jeopardise future pets from picking up hitch-hikers on their staycation.

About: Raised with a farm in the family I was surrounded by most animals growing up but dogs were always a constant companion. Now, having lost our family dog after enjoying his company for over 16 years we are without. The next 12 months for us involves GCSEs and A levels so a dog of our own is not the cards at the moment. I am a sat at home/home-educating mum and am needed less and less so I would like to get out in the fresh air and get those ‘steps in’ with a doggy companion and if a dog needs to stay over at our house, we would all enjoy that. I currently home educate my youngest son (GCSEs next year) so am at home most of the time and can fit walks in throughout the day I have a fenced garden and further gates/fences within it which were essential when I had my dog. When dogs visit, our back door can be opened for them to move freely from the house to the garden and back again.
