About: I have had dogs throughout my entire life, and more recently I became a registered veterinary nurse, where I work mostly with dogs. I often look after my dad’s dog Stanley, who is seen on my profile picture. We recently went on a solo holiday together, where we enjoyed going on lots of hikes. Being an RVN, I am trained in CPR and giving medications. I currently work a night shift rotation of 1 week on and 2 weeks off. I plan to only pet sit during my 2 weeks off so that I am available at all times during the day. I will diligently follow instructions from the owner, while also using my professional judgement on the wellbeing of the cat. If I have any concerns I will immediately contact the owner, and stay with the cat until I am sure that everything is okay. During my visits I will spend time with the cat, and try to gain their trust. However, I also understand that cats like their space and boundaries respected. I am available to go on either short walks with your dog or longer walks with a maximum of 2 hours. I will diligently follow your instructions on what your dog likes during their walk!

About: Having grown up surrounded by dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments, caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. From an early age, I developed a strong understanding of canine behaviour, routines, and the individual needs that make every dog unique. I provide regular feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, companionship, and plenty of attention, while also following any specific instructions regarding medications, dietary requirements, or behavioural needs. In my own home, pets will have access to a secure, large fenced garden where they can safely play, explore, and exercise under supervision. I also have a very friendly and playful Bedlington Whippet who is well-socialised and enjoys the company of other dogs. About: Hi, I'm Daisy! I’ve recently completed my A Levels and now have plenty of free time over the summer, which I’d love to spend helping local dog owners by walking their dogs. I have two dogs of my own, a Black Labrador and a Poochon, so I’m very comfortable around dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. I’ve grown up with dogs and understand the importance of keeping them safe, happy, and well exercised. I have always enjoyed walking and hiking, and I know lots of great local walking routes and green spaces in the area. About: I am caring in nature and completely prorituse their safety and happiness. I provide love, cuddles, laughter, walks, I love taking them to beaches and giving one to one quality time.... I simply love them all and see them as superior to most humans. I adore their nature, their complete 'in the moment' attitude and find that we can learn so much from them. About: I’ve always loved animals especially dogs and I treat them literally like fur babies! Ever since I was a young child I’ve had dogs around me and as pets. I use to always enjoy walking the neighbours dogs too. I’ve looked after friends and family’s pets numerous of times whilst they’ve been on holiday or just at work. I have a cocker spaniel of my own so he loves tagging along for the exercise and to socialise with other dogs! I’ve also helped friends when their dogs have had a litter. I helped them with feeding, toilet training and to keep clean. I’m currently working a 0 hour contract as a part time care assistant so I can be very flexible with time spent with your fur babies In my home I have a fenced garden with a locked gate to ensure safety the same goes for the back garden. When travelling with animals I will provide crates fitted correctly and also seatbelts for dogs that are not keen on crates

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and horses, plus cows, sheep, cats, goats and chickens on our friends farm. I have had dogs, chickens and owned 2 horses of my own too. I’ve looked after friends dogs as well as pet rats and cats. I really do love animals. Our dogs have always been a huge part of our lives and have joined us on adventures whenever we could take them along for the ride. I am currently studying at university and over the summer months I will be at home with nothing to do, so Rover fits perfectly around my schedule. I only work Saturday mornings at my part time job which will not change over summer. Our garden is dog friendly. It is fenced and gated with plenty of space for your pooch to play. We live near a park too so walks are on our doorstep. We have always allowed our dogs on our bed and sofa as we believe that they are a part of our family.

About: Hi, I’m Isobel! I’m a graphic designer who works from home some days and I absolutely love animals. I live with my fiancé Tom (he’s in my photos) I have experience with both cat and dog sitting, walking, feeding, bathing, playing, and lots of cuddles! I’ve helped care for our family dogs and my fiancé’s (my fiancé is called Tom) pets — two big dogs and a cat — so I’m confident with pets of all sizes. As is Tom as well, he will be looking after your pet with me some days, due to the nature of his job he might not be in some days. Due to the nature of our work, one of us is nearly always home, your pet will get plenty of love, attention, and toilet breaks throughout the day. I’ll always treat your dog or cat like part of the family. If you think we’d be a good fit, feel free to pop by for a cuppa! I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and I’m also available on Thursday evenings if needed. Tom is usually home on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as he often flies on weekends. Between us, someone is typically around most of the week. We’ll do our best to work with your schedule — even in a last-minute emergency. We also have a car and can collect your pet if needed. We usually stay in on weekends and would be happy to look after your pet for the whole weekend if required. Both me and Tom will be at home most days, due to Toms job there might be days where he is working and will not be in the house. But I will be at home to give your pet care and attention. We have a lovely back garden — while it’s not fenced in, we’re happy to sit outside with your pet and keep a close eye on them, or keep them on a lead for safety. We also live near several parks and can drive them to the woods if they’d enjoy a longer walk. If your pet needs a pram, we’re more than happy to push them along for some fresh air! We can also feed and bathe your pet, and if they have any medical needs, we’ll do our best to ensure they take their medication (we’re fans of the classic cheese ball method!). We're happy to work around your schedule and will send regular updates and photos of your pet being thoroughly spoilt.

About: I have grown up with dogs since about the age of 10, and always take care and walk my parents dog. I work alongside my full time job as a puppy yoga assistant too. I have a dog First Aid qualification also. I work from home with regular breaks so am available all week to look after pets. They fit perfectly into my routine as I already go for regular walks. I own a very safe 2 bed house, with plenty of room in the living room and kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms, so your dog will have lots of space to feel comfortable. I also have a decent sized back porch for your dog to safely play in.

About: I have been on rover since November 2023 and as massive dog lovers, we are having the time of our lives looking after other people's pets. Look at our reviews to see how happy and content all your pets are with us. I have recently started house sitting in your home too. I have had dogs all our life and been surrounded by dogs in the family since childhood. I have a Labrador called Bella who is 7, she is great with other dogs and very well behaved. She is a real pampered pooch, regularly exercised and has lots of cuddles. Unfortunately we lost Ted our 8 year old Labrador to cancer in September 24, you will most likely read a lot about him in our reviews. We now have Nelly who is a 1 year old lab. Both are great with dogs, however they don’t always have to come to your house when I am dog sitting, sometimes they can stay at home. Monday to Friday Maria works from home so your pooch will have lots of company and cuddles. I work local to home for lunchtime walks. On evening and weekends I run or walk with Bella, so your dog will get plenty of exercise. We have a large enclosed garden for safety , Bella sleeps downstairs in the kitchen or living room, your dog can sleep up or downstairs.

About: I have lots of experience looking after people’s pets. I worked at a dog kennels for just over 4 years, caring for all types of dog breeds. I am currently studying illustration at Leeds beckett university however I have 4 days of my week free (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to come home and do any available jobs. I currently have two dogs at home, an elderly springer spaniel and a miniature dachshund who has just turned one years old. They are both very well trained and get on very well with other dogs.
