About: I’ve grown up with dogs being a huge part of my life and have always loved looking after them. I’ve regularly cared for dogs belonging to family, friends and neighbours, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog and their personality. I’m currently home from university, so I have lots of free time and a really flexible schedule. I’m available throughout the week and at weekends, and I’m more than happy to work around your pet’s usual routine. I can give them plenty of attention, walks and company throughout the day. About: I have had dogs throughout my life and have cared for several rescue dogs, from tiny breeds to large dogs. I have also spent significant time in India caring for street dogs, including helping injured dogs and vulnerable puppies. I’m confident caring for dogs with different personalities, needs and backgrounds, and genuinely love giving them the patience, attention and affection they deserve. I’m currently studying with a flexible schedule, so I’m available most days and times. I can be flexible around your pet’s routine and am happy to accommodate different care needs and schedules. I believe pets are happiest and most relaxed in their own familiar surroundings. I’m unable to offer boarding in my home, but I absolutely love spending time with animals in theirs. I’ll give your pet plenty of attention, affection, play and companionship while respecting their routines, personality and individual needs. About: I adore dogs! I have helped run a dog kennels for over 3 years before I went travelling. I have also worked at a dog and cat animal charity for 1.5 years in Edinburgh, where I'm from. When I was travelling in Australia I also done dog walking as I needed my doggy fix down under as well. I had a family dog who was my absolute soul dog and best friend. I would care for your dog like it was my own furry pal. I currently work in the nhs supporting children with mental health issues. This is a challenging but very rewarding career. I do miss having furry, four legged friends in my life though. My schedule changes each week and I can be working different days each week but my work can be flexible if I'm given enough notice as to what days you need pet cover. We have a fenced garden at the back of the property. We now have our own golden retriever pup called ozzy who is the centre of our universe. Due to this I have put a hold on dog boarding in my house but still more than happy to drop by to owners houses to keep your pooch company as well as offer dog walking services.

About: I have been around working dogs since I was a child. When I was younger I had the ambition of being a veterinary surgeon and so had to gain animal experience to apply for the course. This included farm work, doing multiple weeks at 2 vet's practices and over a year and a half dog walking for the RSPCA. Since moving to Harrogate many years ago, I have walked and looked after 30 + dogs in the area; including house-sitting and drop-in visits. My job requires me to have a current DBS check in place. I am confident with big dogs as well as small ones and would happily meet beforehand to hopefully put your mind at ease. I am free on weekends all day, although do visit family etc on these days but not on a regular basis. I mostly work from home (usual office hours). I can walk the dog before and after work, combined with play and scent work during the day. Usually, if I were lucky enough to look after your dog, this would involve lots of outdoor exercise (providing the dog is able to). I live very close to the Stray in Harrogate, so if needed it would not be far to quickly bring him or her home briefly for a drink or rest. However, I do drive so would be comfortable walking / looking after wherever your home is. Rover now encourages you now to message more than one person, this is a new feature and it isn't necessary, as I do reply quickly. I take great pride in my reviews and the service I offer. I have so much dog-handling experience and lots of common sense!

“Courtney helped us out massively when we had a super quick turn around organising a wedding at Harrogate registry office. We needed someone to walk our two little pooches during the ceremony so all our loved ones could attend and she was there as soon as we arrived, and kept them for a little longer as the ceremony ran over. About: I have grown up around dogs since the age of 10. With 2 family cocker spaniels I am used to the craziness that having a dog brings to a household. I no longer live with my family dogs and miss being around them. I have experience with elderly dogs, one of my family dogs died this year at the age of 14 and she needed full time cars for months. We had a litter of puppies when I was younger, so I am experienced with younger dogs as well. I graduated from university 2 years ago and now work from home almost full time (I tend to go into the office once a week, but this is flexible). I would care for your dogs in the same manner you would. Whatever they need I am able to provide. I understand all dogs are different. I love long walks and they can accompany me daily.

About: Me and my partner Edward are long-term dog lovers with experience looking after dogs. We have a little cockapoo called Dotty who is rather timid but loves company of other dogs. We have experience teaching tricks, are avid dog cuddlers and love a nice walk. We have recent experience with puppies and are very patient. Edward is fully remote so always available to help and I work around client requirement wherever possible to be as available as you need. We love centrally and are flexible in terms of other commitments. We can assist with daytime dog care and offer overnight dog sitting in our home, with the requirement of us meeting before to ensure your dog and you feel as comfortable as required. Typically with longer-term overnight stays we require a trial night to ensure your pouch feels happy to be with us before staying for a long time.
