“Sarah has been brought up with dogs her entire life. Whilst at home she lived with rescue dogs, who were lurchers. We also had Yorkshire Terriers. Once Sarah left home, she then got her own rescue dog, Missy who was the softest Staffy ever. Missy sadly passed away before Christmas 2022. Sarah has always looked after family dogs, whilst we went on holidays. Sarah would care for other people's dogs like they were her own. Sarah has a caring and compassionate nature. About: I have taken care of 4 wonderful dogs every weekend for the whole year last year, each of them with their own special personality. I have provided a safe and happy environment for them to make sure they have everything they need from me. Furthermore I am currently doing a “Pet sitting and dog walking” certificate which helps me to gain further knowledge that I will be able to use while doing something I love, which is taking care of all pets Currently working full time, I am available to pet sit or dog walk every evening during weekdays, and some weekends for the whole day, which I can always plan around even with a short notice Whilst I was taking care of 4 dogs last year in the owner’s house, my first priority was to always ensure that I do a safety assessment before to make sure there is nothing around that could cause the pet to hurt themselves or be in distress that included any sharp objects as well as making sure the dog is closed so that the pet can be safe in their own house

“Lijanna has looked after our dog Elwood twice. We used to have two dogs but when one passed away it hit Elwood hard and he struggles to be by himself. Lijana cared for him so well, took him out for lots of walks, gave him lots of cuddles and always sent beautiful pictures of him out on his adventures. It was reassuring to know he was being cared for so well. I think he was disappointed when we came home!”

They thoughtfully put his basket in the coolest part of the flat in the heatwave. It’s nice that they only take one dog as he gets full attention. I thoroughly recommend using Diane’s service.”

About: I have a lot of patience, as I really like taking care of animals. And I also have a dog who is already elderly and has a little pain in her back and I take care of her as if she were my daughter. I usually work until 2:30 am, get home around 3 am and am available to take care of the animals. On my days off I have full day availability and I can take care of more animals. I make them feel comfortable and can walk around the house and sit with me on the couch watching television together under the covers. If it's cold. And I have a little dog that she can be their friend too.

About: Offering dog boarding in my home as an oppertunity for my own pet to enjoy some doggy company :-) I live just near the centre of Harrogate and am always out and about with my own dog Weezy... he’s super friendly, 12 years old and so still loves getting out & about for walks although he's slow these days! Weeze would love a playmate to go on those walks with him which is why I’m offering such a low rate, to be honest it’s fun for us just to have new dogs to play with. I work primarily from home so am around most of the time for cuddles and playtimes! Weeze is looking forward to meeting your doggy friends! We currently take 4 short walks a day, usually 2 are just around the block near my flat, but we tend to go to the valley gardens a lot for longer walks. I live in apartment with a small garden for emergency pee's, its on the first floor. Weeze has 2x beds in the flat, 1 in the living room and 1 outside my bedroom, usually preferring to be outside my room on a night so boarding dogs can sleep in the living room
