“This was the first time we used Jessica, and we were not disappointed. From the messages before the visit to the care and photo updates while we were away, everything was excellent. Boris, being a bulldog, has specific food requirements and a set routine, which Jessica and her family adapted to perfectly. We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be using Jessica again in the future. Boris does not like the car and we always have trouble on collection but Jessica’s husband helped get Boris in the car with care, he is now snuggled up having had his favourite dinner , doing his favourite hobby of snoozing 💤”

“Lucia took great care of Scout, she kept me updated and sent pictures the whole weekend which was much appreciated and put me at ease. Would definitely use Lucia again, she seems very knowledgeable and unfazed by rescue dogs”

“Hollie and her partner provide a fantastic service, first time leaving our French Bulldog Dolly with any one and we were a little nervous! We had regular updates and pics throughout her stay. Dolly couldn't have been in safer, caring hands - she made herself right at home and enjoyed playing with Oscar!! Thank you again Hollie - Dolly will be back!!!”

“Our usual dog sitter moved recently and we were pretty hard-pressed looking for someone close by. We then came across Constancia and her son Ivan. I am so happy that we chose them. Bella has been looked after and pampered. I couldn't have asked for anything more. She is happy and content. Constancia kept us up to date with pictures and video's of her time. I would highly recommend them and use them again. Thank you.”

“Amanda and Paolo were great with my boys. I was kept up to date throughout the time they stayed and I can tell they had a fantastic time. Thanks for loving them just as much as I do!”

“Jane was fantastic. She made us feel really comfortable leaving our dog with her. She sent regular updates/photos and it was easy to see our dog was having a great time. Would highly recommend!!”

“This was my first experience of Rover, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Finding Faye through the platform has been transformational to how I'll manage dog care for my precious pup, though! Faye is a fantastic, warm and engaging person who dispelled any reservations about leaving my dog with a stranger in an instant! Her love of dogs was palpable from the outset and she made Poppy feel completely at home! I looked forward to the regular updates on the adventures they had been on and the games she'd been entertaining Poppy with, and loved seeing the bond she'd formed with my little dog! I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Faye - she's been an incredible find and she'll definitely be my first choice for dog care in future! 😊”

“Amazing! I was worried about leaving my dog with Hollie as he’s a rescue and I didn’t know if he would think I have left him and display tricky behaviour, he felt so content and happy with Hollie and I was kept up to date all day and felt comfortable and assured! I went to pick him up and he didn’t even want to come home! Hollie catered to all his needs such as walks, cuddles and toilet breaks and kept me up to date continuously throughout the day! Hollie is definitely Pepe approved 🤍 Thank you Hollie!”

“Our 3.5 month pup had a lovely day with Jessica and her husband. We plan for him to stay while we go on holiday and wanted to give him chance to get to know them first. We were anxious as we had not left him with anyone else, but we didn’t need to worry as he settled straight away- and had lots of fun. Jessica is quick to respond to messages and sent photos of his day. Thank you”

“Coco had a fantastic time with Vivianne - she enjoyed every minute and was well looked after. She had fun in the garden and thrived on the company of the other dog. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away and Vivianne’s attention to detail in sending me a video of Coco playing was greatly appreciated and a lovely touch. I will definitely have Coco looked after by Vivianne again in the future when in the Harrogate area!”

“Absolutely incredible experience. Hannah took great care of Ewok, and kept us in the loop throughout the day while she got much-needed socialization time with the other dogs. Could not have asked for a better sitter - highly recommended.”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and caring for pets is something I truly love. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or senior, I will treat them like family and make sure they receive the care, love, and attention they deserve. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I truly enjoy spending time with animals. I’m flexible, attentive, and make sure every pet gets love, playtime, walks, and personalized care every day. About: When boarding with me your dog will become part of our family and be cared for as if they were my own. I provide a genuine home-from-home boarding experience where every dog receives individual care and plenty of affection. I am a fully licensed and insured home dog boarder with many years of hands-on animal care experience. Prior to dog boarding I worked as a veterinary nurse and owned my own dog, giving me valuable knowledge of canine health, behaviour and welfare. Animals have always been at the heart of my life, and caring for them is something I am truly passionate about. To ensure every dog receives the highest level of care and attention, I intentionally keep my numbers low. Although I am licensed to board up to three dogs, I generally care for no more than two at a time. This allows me to provide each guest with plenty of one-to-one attention and maintain a calm, relaxed environment. My home has a secure, fully enclosed grass garden where dogs can safely play, relax and explore. I am also fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful woodland walks and open countryside, giving dogs plenty of opportunities for enjoyable walks, sniffing adventures and mental stimulation. As a family home, your dog will enjoy lots of companionship throughout the day. My children absolutely love animals and enjoy spending time playing, cuddling and giving our canine guests plenty of affection. Every interaction is carefully supervised, creating a safe, loving environment where dogs quickly feel at home. I understand that every dog is unique, so I take time to learn about their personality, routine and individual needs. Whether they enjoy long countryside walks, playing games, relaxing or simply being close to people, I will do my best to mirror the routine they are used to at home. Thanks to my veterinary nursing background, I am confident administering prescribed medications where required and providing extra support for dogs with additional care needs. For complete peace of mind, I provide daily updates, along with plenty of photos and videos, so you can enjoy seeing your dog happy, relaxed and enjoying their own holiday while you’re away. Before every booking, I offer a complimentary meet and greet. Following this we would complete an overnight trial at the cost of an overnight stay. This gives you the opportunity to visit our home, ask any questions, and allows us to make sure your dog feels comfortable before their stay. Whether your dog is joining me for one night, a weekend away or a longer holiday, you can relax knowing they will receive professional, loving care in a safe, licensed and fully insured family home. I look forward to welcoming your four-legged family member to my home! I occasionally ride/teach horses and have school runs in between looking after the doggies. So they must be comfortable with being left for short periods of time. Never longer than 3 hours at a time. I have a securely fenced garden with some grass and plenty of toys offering enrichment. Dogs are walked regularly and offered as much outdoor time as possible. As a licensed boarder my home and care is regularly assessed and I hold a 5* license.
“We were so impressed with the care and love Emily gave to our Lhasa Apso Bobby ( Bob the Dog). It is the first time we have left him outside family and we were nwrvous. But Emily clearly had the knack of making him completely at home and Bob made friends with her dog Lando. She texted us after an hour to reassure us all was good and the photos were lovely of his stay. We would absolutely recommend Emily to other owners.”

About: I’ve lived with dogs my whole life, but my passion for training really took off when i rescued a Spaniel x Beagle. He started out reactive to other dogs, with no recall and a habit of disappearing after anything that moved. Through daily training and hundreds of hours of learning, I transformed him into a confident, social dog with reliable off-lead freedom, excellent recall, and advanced obedience. That journey gave me a genuine passion for helping dogs learn and building their confidence. I now volunteer every week at a dog rescue, working with dogs of all breeds, ages and temperaments. I’m comfortable handling everything from nervous and reactive dogs to strong pullers and high-energy working breeds. Whether your dog simply needs a fun walk, plenty of attention and a home away from home, or would benefit from some extra work on recall, lead manners, general obedience or behavioural issues during their stay, I’d love to help. I genuinely enjoy training and am happy to take on dogs that need a little extra guidance. We also have private, secure land, giving dogs a safe space to exercise and train away from distractions when needed. I work full time from home so always able to keep an eye on dogs. Normally the day starts with a walk round the fields/local paths. Then we settle down, few 5 min spurs of obedience training through the day and then a big afternoon walk. Evening will maybe have a small additional walk or some training. We have a fenced garden, fenced private fields - all possible escape routes have been found and fixed thanks to our escape artist. My dog is always around - he’s a beagle x spaniel full of energy.

Made us feel a lot more relaxed about going away without her and we will be coming to Laura in the future when we next need a dog walker. Would definitely recommend to a friend:)”

About: I’ve always owned dogs and cats growing up and I am always excited to meet all kinds. I currently own a senior greyhound, so I understand the importance of taking things slow or adapting walks to dogs that may need extra time, love and care. I’m currently on summer break from Uni, so open most days of the week. I prefer late mornings to afternoons to take full advantage of the sunshine! I can safely take your pets on a walk in your neighbourhood so they are familiar with the area, or if you think they might need a change of scenery, I can drive them to a different location.

“Courtney helped us out massively when we had a super quick turn around organising a wedding at Harrogate registry office. We needed someone to walk our two little pooches during the ceremony so all our loved ones could attend and she was there as soon as we arrived, and kept them for a little longer as the ceremony ran over. Marlow and Reggie returned super happy! The wedding was so special and we are so grateful to Courtney for helping us out 🥰”

“Maria took excellent care of our Max. She was punctual, friendly, and very pleasant to deal with throughout. Max was happy and well looked after, and we were very pleased with the service provided. We would happily recommend Maria and would not hesitate to use her services again. PS: she kindly agreed to help us literally last minute arrangement. Contacted her in the morning for afternoon care, thank you”

About: I adore dogs! I have helped run a dog kennels for over 3 years before I went travelling. I have also worked at a dog and cat animal charity for 1.5 years in Edinburgh, where I'm from. When I was travelling in Australia I also done dog walking as I needed my doggy fix down under as well. I had a family dog who was my absolute soul dog and best friend. I would care for your dog like it was my own furry pal. I currently work in the nhs supporting children with mental health issues. This is a challenging but very rewarding career. I do miss having furry, four legged friends in my life though. My schedule changes each week and I can be working different days each week but my work can be flexible if I'm given enough notice as to what days you need pet cover. We have a fenced garden at the back of the property. We are hoping to get a dog this year which would offer company to your dog, if that's what they like. We will be patient with your dog and keep it's routine as close to being at home as we can.
About: I have grown up around dogs since the age of 10. With 2 family cocker spaniels I am used to the craziness that having a dog brings to a household. I no longer live with my family dogs and miss being around them. I have experience with elderly dogs, one of my family dogs died this year at the age of 14 and she needed full time cars for months. We had a litter of puppies when I was younger, so I am experienced with younger dogs as well. I graduated from university 2 years ago and now work from home almost full time (I tend to go into the office once a week, but this is flexible). I would care for your dogs in the same manner you would. Whatever they need I am able to provide. I understand all dogs are different. I love long walks and they can accompany me daily.

I have grown up around dogs and currently have 2 family dogs I love to pieces and I am often trusted with their care. This means I’ll be available to keep your pets company on weekends, Wednesdays and Friday evenings. I ensure any opening is closed/ locked up before letting my dogs roam or leaving the house. My mum is big on keeping things clean so I also make sure dirty paws stay away from carpets if possible. Along with that comes lots of snuggles and play time!
About: Me and my partner Edward are long-term dog lovers with experience looking after dogs. We have a little cockapoo called Dotty who is rather timid but loves company of other dogs. We have experience teaching tricks, are avid dog cuddlers and love a nice walk. We have recent experience with puppies and are very patient. Edward is fully remote so always available to help and I work around client requirement wherever possible to be as available as you need. We love centrally and are flexible in terms of other commitments. We can assist with daytime dog care and offer overnight dog sitting in our home, with the requirement of us meeting before to ensure your dog and you feel as comfortable as required. Typically with longer-term overnight stays we require a trial night to ensure your pouch feels happy to be with us before staying for a long time. We offer lots of love and kindness to dogs and would be so excited to help with yours!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and absolutely love caring for them. Doggy day care & dog walking - Needing somewhere to drop your beloved pooch for the day? Look no further than here! Your pooch will be treated to walks, playtime and feeding (if applicable) whilst in my care for the day. If there is a day you need that is unavailable on my profile, please send me a message as I may be able to help out! Both of my dogs roam about the house all day and get taken out on regular walks around the area. I can get to great walking routes by car from the house but also have some lovely walks around us as well. I work from home on a Tuesday so am able to do doggy day care or dog walking in my local area. Dogs will have free roam in my house and are allowed on all furniture. My home is next door to a massive enclosed field as well which is great for lots of off lead play!
“Lucy was excellent. We were up in Pateley Bridge for a wedding and nervous leaving Jeff alone. She filled us with confidence that he was in safe hands. She kept us updated with photos and texts on how he was. Thank you Lucy ☺️”

About: Hi, I’m Emily, and dogs are a huge part of my life. I’m the proud owner of Lando, our energetic cocker spaniel, who has taught me so much about training, enrichment, routine, and understanding canine behaviour. Like many spaniels, he keeps me on my toes, so I know just how important patience, consistency and plenty of exercise are! Growing up around dogs of all breeds and personalities has also given me a real appreciation that every dog is unique and deserves care that’s tailored to them. Whether your dog is staying with us, joining us for a walk, or simply needs a friendly visit while you’re away, my priority is making them feel safe, happy and loved. I care for every dog as if they were my own, taking the time to understand their routine, personality and individual needs. I offer: • Safe, home-from-home boarding • Fun, enriching dog walks • Day care with plenty of companionship and play • Pop-in visits for feeding, toilet breaks and cuddles Finding someone you trust with your dog is a big decision, and I know exactly how that feels as a dog owner myself. I’d love the opportunity to get to know your dog and provide the same level of care, attention and affection that Lando enjoys every day. If you have any questions, just send me a message—I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend! As a full-time remote worker, I have the flexibility to be present for your pet throughout the day. Working from home allows me to provide regular companionship, quick toilet breaks, and plenty of attention while ensuring that pets in my care feel comfortable and attended to. My schedule allows me to easily incorporate walks, playtime, and check-ins, so your pet will never feel alone or bored. Whether it’s day care, boarding, or scheduled walks, I’m able to provide a stable, caring environment that fits seamlessly into my work-from-home routine. In my home, I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for all pets. For boarding and day care, pets can have designated spaces to relax, play, and feel at ease. I make sure to keep a balanced routine of playtime, training, and rest, similar to the structure I use with my own dog, Lando. With flexible breaks throughout the day, I’m able to provide walks, potty breaks, and plenty of attention, making sure pets stay happy and engaged.
About: I grew up with dogs and absolutely love having them around. I work from home, so I have plenty of time for lunchtime walks, playtime, and giving your dog lots of attention. I’m also very happy to have a snuggle on the sofa in the evenings. I work from home three days a week, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to give dogs real attention throughout the day. I also have the option to bring a dog into the office, so they’re never left alone for long periods. I love being active and would always make sure they get a morning and lunchtime walk so lots of company. I have a fenced garden in a three bed new build property and I live close to fields and nice walks, which I love to go on.
“Tiggy and I really enjoyed meeting Halle for our first walk together. I'm very confident that the two of them are going to get along really well. My dog is fairly anxious but she was very relaxed with Halle, which is great sign, and I'm excited to get more walks booked in!”

“Annie (my 8 year old cockerpoo) had a lovely time with Heather. I can highly recommend her, Heather is absolutely lovely. We met Heather in Harrogate, she took Annie for walks & cuddles whilst we had a family lunch.”

“Kira and Henry took fantastic care of Bertie on his stop over. They communicated regularly and kept us reassured that all was well. Bertie loved being with them. Will definitely use again. 👍👍👍”

“My 2 fur babies Charlie and Nelly stayed with Hannah for 2 nights and had a great time. Hannah is very accommodating, helpful and professional. She sent me lots of photos and updates. They had a trial sleep over which is great and made me feel at ease. Nelly is a bit anxious at times, but she loves going to Hannah’s and it is very good for her to spend time with other dogs. I have already booked the dogs in to stay with Hannah again.”

“Luke was great, he was enthusiastic and friendly and clearly gave them both lots of fuss and attention which they love. He was happy to stick with their usual routines and their little quirks were no problem which was very reassuring as an overprotective dog owner :)”

“Felt really happy leaving Pip with Emily. She sent regular updates and we thought she cared for the dogs very well. Pip was happy and content when I picked her up and would have no problem leaving Pip again. Thank you”

“Stefanie and her family have cared for Ruby (Labrador) with much consideration to her needs as an older dog. Stefanie sent frequent updates and photos of Ruby and descriptions of their daily activities. Ruby sounds to have had a great stay with her and their own young dog , Gus. It is nice for the old and young dogs to be able to mix under knowledgeable and experienced dog lovers. I feel very confident in recommending Stefanie to others. I shall definitely be using her services again in the knowledge that Ruby was safe and happy with her and her family.”
“My GSP had a great stay with Daisy and was well looked after which was evident from the photo updates of her running around on walks and relaxing and settled in at home too. Would recommend”
