About: I have been a fan of dogs my whole life, have owned dogs in the past, and currently share responsibilities of caring for a male boxer cross with a friend. For the last 10 years I have been a reliable port of call for family, close friends, friends of friends and neighbours when a short-term solution is needed. Since hearing about Rover.com recently, I decided to reinstate this account and start offering these services to a wider audience. I work full-time, but only a 5 minute walk from home and will never leave a dog unattended for longer than 4 hours as a rule. My work hours at the office are 8:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs with an hour long break at midday, and 8:30-12:30 on Fridays. I usually use my weekends for hiking so can tailor walks to suit individual dogs and/or take specific exercise requests from owners. I have a high-fenced, secure garden with adequate space and shade and trustworthy, retired neighbours either side of my terrace. On pleasant days when I am required to be in-office, I will often leave Fred (my shared boxer-cross) outside with a big bowl of water so he can relax in the sun (or shade) at his leisure. With regards to overnight stays, it is a preference that dogs stay downstairs in either my kitchen or living room, but I can be flexible if certain dogs display any form of separation anxiety. Any dogs staying in my home must have been treated for fleas as standard so as not to jeopardise future pets from picking up hitch-hikers on their staycation.

About: I have owned 5 cats, 1 dog, 6 hamsters, 2 guinea pigs and a rabbit in my life. Regularly taken friends and neighbours dogs for walks, had a French bulldog with us for a week, and a German shepard puppy for a fortnight! Due to all my own animals I can't now take other pets into my home but can certainly stay at yours. Will happily bath & walk dogs. Currently own 3 cats & a Belgian Malinois who have everything they could wish for! Happy to pop in and feed/stroke cats, small animals etc. I'm currently working part-time for a charity so WFH Tues - Fri 9am-6pm. I also volunteer with children on a Tuesday evening from 5pm (term time) but I'm generally free Saturday - Mondays. I only had to cancel a sitting due a few days later in Nov 23 as I was hospitalised in a catastrophic emergency. I will feed and top up water for pets, change litter trays or clean out small animal cages/hutches and walk and collect poop for dogs. Will stay and play with animals and give love and strokes. Happy to sleep over and share a bed with pets as im used to 3 cats with me on a night or napping on the sofa with my giant dog.

About: If your dog could choose their own sitter, they’d probably pick someone who gives great walks, plenty of attention, and the occasional extra fuss — which is exactly what I do 🐾 I specialise in high energy dogs, with my puppy being young I know exactly how to tire her out, not even just walks! We do loads of fun activities to get the brain working! I’ve looked after many high energy dogs. I have also administered medication for dogs. I’ve grown up around animals and genuinely love being around them, so your dog will always be in safe, relaxed hands with me. I’m fully DBS checked and have a certified qualification in pet sitting and dog walking, so you can feel confident they’re being properly cared for. I also have my own dog, Winnie 🐶, who’s friendly and used to being around other dogs, so your pup will have a built-in companion if they enjoy company. My veterinary experience has given me a real understanding of how important it is to keep pets safe, happy and comfortable. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and horses, plus cows, sheep, cats, goats and chickens on our friends farm. I have had dogs, chickens and owned 2 horses of my own too. I’ve looked after friends dogs as well as pet rats and cats. I really do love animals. Our dogs have always been a huge part of our lives and have joined us on adventures whenever we could take them along for the ride. I am currently studying at university and over the summer months I will be at home with nothing to do, so Rover fits perfectly around my schedule. I only work Saturday mornings at my part time job which will not change over summer. Our garden is dog friendly. It is fenced and gated with plenty of space for your pooch to play. We live near a park too so walks are on our doorstep. We have always allowed our dogs on our bed and sofa as we believe that they are a part of our family.

About: I am caring in nature and completely prorituse their safety and happiness. I provide love, cuddles, laughter, walks, I love taking them to beaches and giving one to one quality time.... I simply love them all and see them as superior to most humans. I adore their nature, their complete 'in the moment' attitude and find that we can learn so much from them. The thought of spending time in nature with these beautiful animals and seeing them enjoy their lives is so fulfilling. They will be cared for and happy and will enjoy time spent with me. We go on lovely walks in and around otley and the chevin is a regular go to! I have a lovely house in centre of otley with a nice enclosed garden. About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life, and after patiently waiting for the right time in my life, I finally got my own Cocker Spaniel Bella, in June 2024. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made🥰 We walk for miles and miles together, exploring new places, whilst enjoying our regular favourite spots, and she loves to join me on my morning runs. We have the best time together, and we would love nothing more than your furry friend to join us on our adventures. Bella gets on well with other dogs, although a little cautious at first, she will soon be happily running along side them, and having competitions as to who can find the best stick😅 Equally, if your dog would prefer to be alone, that is absolutely no problem what so ever, and Bella can stay at home and get some much needed rest😅 Walks can be as long or as short as your pet desires. I currently work shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off, therefore I am available to walk your dog or drop on by on any of my days off. I am very flexible with times and will happily fit around your pets needs/schedule. I am also happy to drive within 30 minutes of Yeadon, to come walk or care for your dog. My dream one day is to eventually become a full time dog walker. I love dogs so much, and I would love nothing more than to spend my days outside, in the fresh air, walking with dogs in the good old English weather, come rain or shine (obviously mostly rain however the 4 days of sunshine a year are bliss)😁 Thank you for taking your time to read my problem and I hopefully look forward to hearing from you soon. About: I have always had cats growing up. I currently have my own called Milo who is a very loving clingy cat. I have done dog sitting for family members while they are on holiday. I have a lot of experience with both cats and dogs. This is my full time job so I am available anytime and anyday. I will respond to you within the hour and answer any questions you may have. I have a cat bed in my bedroom for my cat Milo and loads of cat toys that he loves! I have a cat flap on my front door so he can go in and out as he pleases.

About: I have been on rover since November 2023 and as massive dog lovers, we are having the time of our lives looking after other people's pets. Look at our reviews to see how happy and content all your pets are with us. I have recently started house sitting in your home too. I have had dogs all our life and been surrounded by dogs in the family since childhood. I have a Labrador called Bella who is 7, she is great with other dogs and very well behaved. She is a real pampered pooch, regularly exercised and has lots of cuddles. Unfortunately we lost Ted our 8 year old Labrador to cancer in September 24, you will most likely read a lot about him in our reviews. We now have Nelly who is a 1 year old lab. Both are great with dogs, however they don’t always have to come to your house when I am dog sitting, sometimes they can stay at home. Monday to Friday Maria works from home so your pooch will have lots of company and cuddles. I work local to home for lunchtime walks. On evening and weekends I run or walk with Bella, so your dog will get plenty of exercise. We have a large enclosed garden for safety , Bella sleeps downstairs in the kitchen or living room, your dog can sleep up or downstairs.
