About: Our experience with dogs 🐾 Ellie has always had dogs and has experience with a wide range of breeds, including rescue dogs with different backgrounds and needs. She also set up her own rescue, Praxie’s Promise, through which she has helped rehome hundreds of dogs. She is Canine First Aid trained and has a real understanding of how important it is to provide dogs with patience, care and a safe, loving environment. Gethin has always grown up around pets and has plenty of experience caring for dogs. Over the years, we have regularly looked after friends’ dogs, from walks and day-to-day care to having them stay with us while they're on holiday. Between us, we have a great deal of experience with dogs of different personalities, breeds and needs, and we want every dog staying with us to feel comfortable, settled and part of the family. We both work shifts, but Gethin works from home full-time, so there will always be someone around to care for your dog and provide company throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of attention, affection and company while staying with us. We’re both active people and enjoy getting out for walks, so we’re happy to provide as much exercise and outdoor time as your dog needs, whether that’s relaxed walks or something more energetic. We are both very flexible and happy to fit into your dogs schedule, whatever they need! We also have our own dog, Chevy, who is 11 years old and very calm and friendly. He is very adaptable to all kinds of dog personalities and is used to being around dogs with different temperaments and energy levels. We’ll make sure every dog staying with us gets the attention, exercise and care they need, while also giving them the space and time to settle in and feel comfortable. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing will always be our priority. We have a secure, dog-friendly home with a fully enclosed 5ft fenced garden, giving dogs safe access to fresh air and outdoor space throughout the day whenever they need it. As Gethin works from home, there will usually be someone around throughout the day, meaning dogs won’t be left alone for long periods. With Ellie’s extensive experience caring for and rehoming dogs, including rescue dogs with a variety of personalities you can feel confident that your dog is in experienced and caring hands. We have kept our own dogs safe for 20+ years and your dogs will be looked after like one of our own. We’ll introduce dogs to Chevy carefully and at their own pace. We’re happy to follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible and will keep you updated during their stay, so you can relax knowing they’re happy, safe and well cared for.

About: I’ve grown up around animals and have had dogs and cats throughout my life, including a Labrador and a Cocker Spaniel, both of whom I helped raise from puppies. I’ve also had cats of my own. Over the years, I’ve looked after lots of different dogs for friends and family, including Labradors, Spaniels, Golden Retrievers, Saint Bernards and Bernese Mountain Dogs, so I’m comfortable with dogs of very different sizes, ages and personalities. I’m also a volunteer dog walker for a local dog charity and usually spend part of most weekends walking and spending time with the dogs there. I absolutely love animals and genuinely feel happiest with a dog around the house. I’m not in a position to commit to having my own dog at the moment, which is why dog sitting suits me so well. I get to enjoy having animals around while giving someone else the reassurance that their dog is being looked after by someone who genuinely loves having them there. I work from home the vast majority of the time, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. Because I’m home most of the day, pets would have plenty of company and wouldn’t be left alone for long periods. I have a fully secure yard for toilet breaks, as well as a park just five minutes from my home, so it’s very easy to get outside whenever needed. About: I have always been surrounded by pets since childhood. I currently reside in a lovely new build property in Bradford, featuring five bedrooms and a large rear garden located on a quiet cul-de-sac. I've set up a small play area inside our garage specifically for the pets. I have a five-year-old Yorkshire Terrier whom I take for walks twice a day. As I work full-time working from home , Hence I am home with my dog for most of the time. Additionally, I have installed CCTV inside the house to keep a close eye on them. About: Having grown up with a dog and now have a cat, I have cared for many other dogs both professionally and in my family I have experience with dogs ranging from puppies to older and much larger dogs. I have been trusted to walk, play with and bathe dogs and have experience with dogs with challenging behaviours. I am a freelance photographer so I will have a lot of days free in-between shoots or weddings, I can be available most days and nights provided I have enough notice. I can come to your home where your pet is more comfortable and play with them, let them out and take them for walks around an area that they know. I will always be vigilant and ensure your dogs and others safety at all times.

About: From a young age I have always been fond of all animals and as a family we took on the role as puppy walkers for Guide Dogs. One puppy we adopted unfortunately developed arthritis so could no longer carry on the training but this allowed us to keep him and we had a fantastic 13 years together. He made my childhood and although in adulthood I haven't taken a dog on myself, I am a serial dog auntie to many and offered dog walks and pet sitting to friends/family/colleagues/neighbours etc before I started extending this to services on Rover. I am a really keen walker and know some great dog friendly routes but also always keen for the excuse to find new ones. I do work but have flexibility in my schedule and can work from home too which means I am on hand to be with pets in the day. I do not have the commitments of kids or other pets myself so again can offer that flexible care in the week to meet the needs of different people and their pets. I offer hands on care to ensure the safety and comfort and any pet I am responsible for. I want owners to feel assured their beloved animals are in safe hands.
