About: Our experience with dogs 🐾 Ellie has always had dogs and has experience with a wide range of breeds, including rescue dogs with different backgrounds and needs. She also set up her own rescue, Praxie’s Promise, through which she has helped rehome hundreds of dogs. She is Canine First Aid trained and has a real understanding of how important it is to provide dogs with patience, care and a safe, loving environment. Gethin has always grown up around pets and has plenty of experience caring for dogs. Over the years, we have regularly looked after friends’ dogs, from walks and day-to-day care to having them stay with us while they're on holiday. Between us, we have a great deal of experience with dogs of different personalities, breeds and needs, and we want every dog staying with us to feel comfortable, settled and part of the family. We both work shifts, but Gethin works from home full-time, so there will always be someone around to care for your dog and provide company throughout the day. We’re both active people and enjoy getting out for walks, so we’re happy to provide as much exercise and outdoor time as your dog needs, whether that’s relaxed walks or something more energetic. He is very adaptable to all kinds of dog personalities and is used to being around dogs with different temperaments and energy levels. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing will always be our priority. We have a secure, dog-friendly home with a fully enclosed 5ft fenced garden, giving dogs safe access to fresh air and outdoor space throughout the day whenever they need it. As Gethin works from home, there will usually be someone around throughout the day, meaning dogs won’t be left alone for long periods. With Ellie’s extensive experience caring for and rehoming dogs, including rescue dogs with a variety of personalities you can feel confident that your dog is in experienced and caring hands. We have kept our own dogs safe for 20+ years and your dogs will be looked after like one of our own. We’ll introduce dogs to Chevy carefully and at their own pace. Dogs have always been a big part of my life, so looking after them feels natural and enjoyable to me. Back at my mum’s home, we have a Beagle, and I also have a Cockapoo. I have a fully secure yard for toilet breaks, as well as a park just five minutes from my home, so it’s very easy to get outside whenever needed. I’m very happy to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including: * Feeding times * Walks and toilet breaks * Sleeping arrangements * Any little habits that help them feel comfortable and at home If they normally sleep on the sofa, in the bedroom or even on the bed, that’s absolutely fine with me if their owner is happy with it. About: I have taken care of many of my friends dogs whilst they go on holiday(s) over the last 5 years. This has included two beautiful, high energy spaniels and older Dachshunds. I work from home and have a spaniel myself so I’m constantly out and about making sure they have the best day. I wake up around 5.45 on week days and take George (my spaniel) on a nice 5k walk along the canal. I work from home so will get my morning meetings out of the way, let George out in the back yard in between. I usually walk to the local park at lunch which is around 2.5k round trip. And after work, depending on what I have planned we usually are out and about places. Quick walk around the block just before we go to bed. I have a fenced yard. Plenty of room in the kitchen to keep a cage. A ring camera that overlooks into the kitchen for if I need to nip out to the shops. And George is the most loving companion, he has been so socialised since I’ve had him that he loves having other dogs over for sleepovers.

About: I have worked full time as a junior canine carer - I would look after, alongside my colleagues up to 60 dogs at a time. I have been trained to walk 6 dogs at a time and look after all breeds and sizes. At the time I was taught about dogs behaviour and how they react together. About: I am both a HUGE cat and dog lover! I’ve always grown up with animals and so I’m very comfortable caring for pets. I have lots of flexibility and would love to look after your pet! I’ve returned home after travelling Canada and working part-time as a supply teaching assistant, therefore I have lots of flexibility and I am able to easily change my schedule to take care of your pet. I live at home with two cats and my leopard gecko who generally like to keep themselves to themselves. We have a fenced garden which in which your pet can roam free in.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was kid, having grown up in an animal-obsessed family. I have my own cat and hope to one day have a little puppy too! About: I have worked full time as a junior canine carer - I would look after, alongside my colleagues up to 60 dogs at a time. I have been trained to walk 6 dogs at a time and look after all breeds and sizes. At the time I was taught about dogs behaviour and how they react together. About: Raised with a farm in the family I was surrounded by most animals growing up but dogs were always a constant companion. Now, having lost our family dog after enjoying his company for over 16 years we are without. The next 12 months for us involves GCSEs and A levels so a dog of our own is not the cards at the moment. I am a sat at home/home-educating mum and am needed less and less so I would like to get out in the fresh air and get those ‘steps in’ with a doggy companion and if a dog needs to stay over at our house, we would all enjoy that. I currently home educate my youngest son (GCSEs next year) so am at home most of the time and can fit walks in throughout the day I have a fenced garden and further gates/fences within it which were essential when I had my dog. When dogs visit, our back door can be opened for them to move freely from the house to the garden and back again.

About: I’ve grown up around animals and have had dogs and cats throughout my life, including a Labrador and a Cocker Spaniel, both of whom I helped raise from puppies. I’ve also had cats of my own. Over the years, I’ve looked after lots of different dogs for friends and family, including Labradors, Spaniels, Golden Retrievers, Saint Bernards and Bernese Mountain Dogs, so I’m comfortable with dogs of very different sizes, ages and personalities. I’m also a volunteer dog walker for a local dog charity and usually spend part of most weekends walking and spending time with the dogs there. I absolutely love animals and genuinely feel happiest with a dog around the house. I’m not in a position to commit to having my own dog at the moment, which is why dog sitting suits me so well. I get to enjoy having animals around while giving someone else the reassurance that their dog is being looked after by someone who genuinely loves having them there. I work from home the vast majority of the time, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. Because I’m home most of the day, pets would have plenty of company and wouldn’t be left alone for long periods. The garden is fenced and secure with double airlock system so no one can sneak out. It's fully concreted and cleaned multiple times a day. Air Conditioning cools and warms inside as needed and there's lots of space for them to stretch out if needed.
