About: I have had pets all my life, from chickens to dogs, guinea pigs and rabbits. There’s not many animals we haven’t welcomed into our home. I currently work 2 days a week, due to being a full time mum - this means I’m flexible throughout the week and weekends. Because my husband works shift I would like to know in advance when a pet needs looking to but don’t be afraid to ask at short notice. If I can help, I will! All of our pets that require vaccinations are vaccinated. All are up to date with flea and worm treatments. Given that I work in a vets they receive high end (pom-v) treatments not over the counter products. We previous had a little Westie, Pixie who was diabetic, her medication required a strict time routine to ensure she was stabilised well after meals.

About: Hi there! I’m Hollie – a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and genuinely thrive when I’m spending time with them. Whether it’s a quick drop-in visit, overnight pet sitting, or daily dog walks, I treat every pet like they’re my own—with care, patience, and plenty of love. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities—from a feisty Jack Russell to an energetic Newfoundland! I’m experienced in pet sitting and regular check-ins, and I’m confident in administering medication, including both oral and injectable types. Your pet’s health and routine will always be my top priority. A little more about me: I grew up with two black cats (Jack and Vera), and a relaxed tortoise named George. I also have my own horse and ride others regularly, with over 12 years of experience around horses and stable care. At my partner’s home, we have three playful Border Terriers who always keep us entertained! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I believe a home isn’t complete without them. I’m here to provide reliable, trustworthy care and to create meaningful bonds with every pet I meet. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members – feel free to get in touch with any questions or to arrange a meet and greet! ❤️🐾 I live in a two bedroom home in Thirsk with a fenced garden. I am available Mondays and Saturdays for dog sitting. And from 5pm Mon - Friday for Dog walking. Potentially available at other times and weekends on request 😊 To ensure I create a safe environment in a clients home I would ensure I stick to a schedule given by the owner which already meets the needs of there 4 legged friend! Making sure both owner and pet is comfortable of being in my home and creating a happy environment for all! All of this will be discussed prior❤️ I do meet and greets with all new clients before any house visits/boarding to ensure both owner and furry companion feel comfortable with myself. This also gives me the opportunity to talk to you more in depth about your pets requirements, quirks and personality😁

About: Hi, I’m Joe. I’ve dedicated over a decade to animal welfare, working in leadership and frontline roles with a Pet Rehoming Charity across Yorkshire and the North of England. I currently lead client services within a rehoming centre, overseeing admissions, adoptions, and volunteer support. Alongside my practical experience, I hold a BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour and Training, and I’ve worked as an Animal Behaviour Coordinator delivering coaching support, training advice, and support for pets with a wide range of behavioural needs. I also have experience of fostering. I have fostered Cats, dogs and a variety of small animals. I have experience with Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Chinchillas, Rats and Mice. I have a deep understanding of each species’ needs, temperaments, and welfare requirements. Animals are not just my passion — they are my profession. I’m confident with Pets of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments, and I take a calm, structured, reward-based approach to care. Because of my background, safety and wellbeing are always my priority. I take time to understand your pets routine, triggers, and comfort levels. I use positive, evidence-based handling methods.I provide clear communication and updates. I remain calm and consistent — particularly important for under confident pets. I treat your pet as an individual. I have supported hundreds of adopters through life-changing journeys with their pets, so I understand how important trust is when leaving your animal with someone new. Pet care fits carefully around my professional work schedule. To example, mornings, evenings, weekends and during periods of leave. I only take on pets whose needs I can fully support alongside and or outside my work schedule, ensuring they receive consistent, attentive care. I provide a safe, calm, and secure environment for every pet, whether in my home or yours. I carefully observe each animal’s behaviour and needs, adjusting interactions and routines to ensure they feel comfortable and confident. Safety is a top priority, I supervise play, follow feeding instructions, and ensure pets aren’t left in situations that could compromise their wellbeing. I keep open communication with owners, providing updates and guidance so pets feel secure and owners feel confident their animals are cared for responsibly.

About: Since childhood, I have always had a family dog, so being around and caring for dogs has been a big part of my life. I’ve been volunteering most weekends at Holly Hedge Dog Sanctuary, whenever my work schedule allows. During my time there, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of dogs, each with different personalities and needs. This experience has not only shown my love for animals but has also helped me develop a strong confidence in looking after dogs and understanding their behavior. It's something I really enjoy and feel passionate about. My work schedule changes each week, so feel free to send me a message! Your dog will always be my top priority, and I will make sure to find time to give them the attention they deserve. I’m currently living in military accommodation on Catterick Camp. While my living area isn’t very spacious, I can guarantee that your dog will receive plenty of attention and care. I’ll make sure to take them out for walks in a secure and safe environment where they can enjoy themselves. Your dog's well-being is important to me, and I want to ensure they have the exercise, love and attention they need.
