Helen has a lot of outdoor space for dogs to enjoy and it’s clear she enjoys having pets to stay and making them feel part of the family. My dog was full of beans when I collected her at the end of her stay and it’s clear she had a brilliant time with Helen and her husband! About: I grew up with West Highland Terriers and now love welcoming dogs into our home to enjoy country walks in our beautiful local surroundings that we are fortunate to live near. I am currently a full time mummy so am flexible everyday to care and walk for dogs when they come stay. I enjoy daily walks and having a dog with me encourages me to visit beautiful places for days out. We have a fenced, secure garden which backs onto beautiful dog walking fields. There is room for dogs to bring their own beds if preferred to help them settle in.

About: I have taken care of pets in both my professional and personal life for over 15 years. I love interacting with different animals and getting to show them lots of love and care. I’m currently working part time and could look after your pet from Thursday-Sunday. I could offer full weeks during the school holidays when I am off. I have a fenced garden and there is a secure dog walking field near to my house. I am happy to accept crates to create a safe space for your dog to visit if they are worried or stressed along with relaxing remedies. I would love to be able to take your furry friend further afield so car crate/harness would be great.

My dog Milo has never stayed with anyone other than family before and can be anxious around other dogs due to bad experiences in his socialisation phase but he settled beautifully in Michelle and Andy’s home and had great fun with their dogs. About: Although I have always owned animals at the moment I have a dog, cat and budgies. I am in a position now to do my dream job and work with animals of all kinds. I have had experience of dogs, cats, birds, micro pigs, goats, small rodents, rabbits and all the jobs required in the looking after and understanding of them. No job is to small or too large when animals are concerned, I am reliable and trustworthy and will not let you or your beloved pet down in taking good care of it. I currently work at my local vetinary surgery 5 early mornings a week and am keen to pursue my days looking after other peoples animals. I am available every day of the week from 8.30am - 5pm for dog walking, house visits and collection or drop off services. Dog boarding is available but I will only take one owners animals at a time to make sure they get the best care possible. Although I work from 5am -8am Mon - Fri my partner is always in the house so your pets are never left on their own. I have a medium sized back garden and patio area which is ideal for toilet breaks and being out in the fresh air in good weather. My own dog and cat are very friendly and best of friends and would be happy to welcome a play mate or two into their home. Your pet will be made to feel like one of the family and will go for long walks in the countryside surrounding us. Your personal requirements for your pet will be fully adhered to, making sure individual requirements are met to keep your pet happy and secure.

About: My name is Adele and my partner is Mike, We have over 15 years experience owning large breed dogs - German shepherd and Labrador. After loosing our gorgeous girl at 13 just before Christmas 2023 we are looking to provide a loving homely environment for any families who need care for their fur babies. Our dogs meant the world to us and where part of our family, due to work commitments we are not able to get another just yet but hoping to help other families providing a temporary home when they need it As we both work Monday to Friday ant the moment and currently we are only able to provide care on weekends. We are off work at the weekend we miss having a dog around the house to make a fuss off and take on walks. I’m looking forward to hearing the sound of paws around the house again We have a large fenced garden which is decked and paved for the dogs to enjoy when here. We also live a few minuets walk away from a playing field and a short drive away from Preston park where we used to enjoy taking our Labrador on early morning walks
