Ossie could not have been happier when we collected him, he had been looked after like a member of the family and was settled and healthy when we collected him. We also received the odd photo which was lovely to help us stay connected, but the right amount so we could concentrate on the holiday. About: I have had pets all my life, from chickens to dogs, guinea pigs and rabbits. There’s not many animals we haven’t welcomed into our home. I currently work 2 days a week, due to being a full time mum - this means I’m flexible throughout the week and weekends. Because my husband works shift I would like to know in advance when a pet needs looking to but don’t be afraid to ask at short notice. If I can help, I will! All of our pets that require vaccinations are vaccinated. All are up to date with flea and worm treatments. Given that I work in a vets they receive high end (pom-v) treatments not over the counter products. We previous had a little Westie, Pixie who was diabetic, her medication required a strict time routine to ensure she was stabilised well after meals.

We received regular ‘pup-dates’ via WhatsApp which was very reassuring and good to see them out walking, playing or just resting in their beds. One dog had an upset stomach over the time she was with them, and they cared for her very well and kept us updated to her progress. She bounced back having recovered quickly. Boris, being a bulldog, has specific food requirements and a set routine, which Jessica and her family adapted to perfectly. We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. About: As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, I have trained for years doing what I love, caring for animals. I have experience pet sitting for work colleagues, friends and neighbours, attending to a variety of needs and requirements. This includes strict medication schedules, different daily walking requirements, and much more. I have experience caring for animals great and small, so no matter your pet, I can assure you they will be in great hands with me. I am looking forward to getting to know and caring for you fur babies! As a full time worker, I am available Monday evenings (after 7pm) Tuesdays all day, Thursday evenings (after 6pm) and Weekends. We had our precious soul dog yorkie mix, Charlie, but sadly he passed away a few months ago leaving a huge hole in our hearts and our lives. As Charlie wasn’t dog friendly, we had to take a break from Rover but as he has crossed the rainbow bridge, we thought we could use our extra time and love to give to your dog(s) while you enjoy a much needed holiday! We have a very flexible schedule which allows us to be home 24/7 for your furry family members. We have a fenced in garden, live in a beautiful town to go on long walks, and have plenty of cuddles to give! They’re more than welcome to join me in my home office — keeping me company as the “office dog” for the day. I’ve had dogs all my life and recently lost my beautiful black Labrador, Ralph, in January. While I’m not quite ready for another dog of my own, I would love to open my home to yours and give them the same love and care. My aim is to provide a true “home away from home” — dogs are welcome to relax freely in the house and garden, and be part of a safe, comfortable environment. I’ll always treat them as if they were my own. I work from home most days, so your dog will have plenty of company and care. I can only accept bookings when I’m working from home. About: I have a love of all animals and treat everyone’s as my own. My home has plenty of space to accommodate all your pets requirements. I work part time from home so I am always around the house so your pet would not be left alone for more than an hour. I have a large enclosed garden with lockable gates to prevent access. My own pets have the run of the house and garden but each animal will be assessed and cared for as an individual and I have multiple rooms should some space from other animals be required.
About: Animals and dogs, in particular, have always been a big part of my life, I grew up around them and cannot imagine my life without a dog or two by my side. "My puppy dog loved being with Helga and her dogs Meg and Ruby . Helga is oozing with love for dogs I am so pleased to have found her I feel so at ease leaving my dog with her" Since leaving work in the social sector four years ago due to ill health, I have made a career move and am studying at diploma level with the Centre of Excellence. So far, I have completed and passed with distinction Canine Behaviour, Puppy Training, Canine Nutrition, Canine Holistic Health and therapy, and am currently studying animal welfare. My goal is to specialise in Canine massage which can offer relief for a number of physical and behavioural related issues. I have some experience of raising puppies arising from Meg delivering two litters, with one puppy from each staying here with us. We live together in my bungalow which has a lovely spacious garden (currently undergoing development) set aside (mainly) for the dogs and offers ample opportunity for playing, frolicking and training with the use of a low impact agility course. If that doesn't suit, free play is always an option. Our surroundings provide plenty of safe country walks with very little traffic, or a short ride in the car takes us to local woods and other places of safe walking. Quiet time is between 2 pm and 4 pm: this can be in the garden, or inside. If it is raining, we have various indoor games to play and a comfy settee to relax or sleep on. So, whatever the needs of your pooch, you can be assured that if he or she comes to stay with us, they will receive the very best care available. Please note that drop off times for overnight stays are after 2.00pm and collection is before 10.00am Any time outside of this can be accommodated by arrangement and will incur an extra day care charge. Full payment to be made through the Rover payment system at the time of booking.

My family has a French Bulldog who is now 12 years old, and I have been closely involved in his care throughout his life from a little pup all the way to a senior dog. I like an active house, and am always happy to go out for extra walks, and will get out in any weather for some fresh air and a run around. About: we got our first kitten just a year ago and now have 3 more in the family🙂we rescued our oldest cat and have had the other 3 since kittens i am available to work anytime, i look after a lady for 4 hours during the week on a monday and thursday morning but other than that im always available it would be easier to care for pets in their own homes as we have a puppy and she can get a bit over excited 🙂
About: I have own Dogs or been around dogs most of my life, I have 1 of my own which is a king charles spaniel. He loves playing with other dogs as well as all of the walks and treat he may need. About: My first job as a teenager was walking and sitting neighborhood dogs and I’ve lived with cats, dogs and other animals my whole life. I now volunteer at a rescue and vet practice and study pet first aid too I usually work weekdays from 10am-5:30pm so all visits will be after 5:30. For overnights I will arrive around 6-7pm and leave in the morning around 9:30am. I am able to do multiple drop ins after work and depending on location I can do early morning visits too. Walks are always on afternoons unless it’s a weekend. I am a very laid back person who has a calm and approachable nature with animals. I am trained in safe handling of animals, pet first aid and have years of experience dealing with all types of pets. You can count on me to always be attentive, calm and in control.

About: Since childhood, I have always had a family dog, so being around and caring for dogs has been a big part of my life. I currently work 2 days a week, due to being a full time mum - this means I’m flexible throughout the week and weekends. Because my husband works shift I would like to know in advance when a pet needs looking to but don’t be afraid to ask at short notice. If I can help, I will! All of our pets that require vaccinations are vaccinated. All are up to date with flea and worm treatments. Given that I work in a vets they receive high end (pom-v) treatments not over the counter products. “This was Claude’s first overnight stay ever. He is almost 5 months old. I was so anxious but Laura and her lovely girls looked after him like he was their own with care love play and attention. I received regular updates throughout his 2 night stay which put my mind at rest. He played with all of the other dogs which were being looked after by Laura too. “Eva is absolutely incredible, she looked after her 10th-14th. Bare in mind I didn’t want too leave her but Eva kept reassuring me that she’s okay and she brought her a new collar as the one she had broken and she brought her some treats and taken her on loads of walks and playing with her favourite toys and then her a wash too and lots of cuddle I’ll be hundred percent booking her in with Eva again she was so understanding kind and caring I will deffo recommend her to anyone as my dog has anxiety and separation anxiety and she made our baby girl settled thanks EVA xxx”
