About: Animals and dogs, in particular, have always been a big part of my life, I grew up around them and cannot imagine my life without a dog or two by my side. "My puppy dog loved being with Helga and her dogs Meg and Ruby . Helga is oozing with love for dogs I am so pleased to have found her I feel so at ease leaving my dog with her" Since leaving work in the social sector four years ago due to ill health, I have made a career move and am studying at diploma level with the Centre of Excellence. So far, I have completed and passed with distinction Canine Behaviour, Puppy Training, Canine Nutrition, Canine Holistic Health and therapy, and am currently studying animal welfare. My goal is to specialise in Canine massage which can offer relief for a number of physical and behavioural related issues. I have some experience of raising puppies arising from Meg delivering two litters, with one puppy from each staying here with us. We live together in my bungalow which has a lovely spacious garden (currently undergoing development) set aside (mainly) for the dogs and offers ample opportunity for playing, frolicking and training with the use of a low impact agility course. If that doesn't suit, free play is always an option. Our surroundings provide plenty of safe country walks with very little traffic, or a short ride in the car takes us to local woods and other places of safe walking. Quiet time is between 2 pm and 4 pm: this can be in the garden, or inside. If it is raining, we have various indoor games to play and a comfy settee to relax or sleep on. So, whatever the needs of your pooch, you can be assured that if he or she comes to stay with us, they will receive the very best care available. Please note that drop off times for overnight stays are after 2.00pm and collection is before 10.00am Any time outside of this can be accommodated by arrangement and will incur an extra day care charge. Full payment to be made through the Rover payment system at the time of booking.

About: I have lots of experience caring for pets as my degree has allowed me to work in both kennels and catteries, getting to know different animals and how to care for them. I have always had pets in the house and have a great love for all animals. My degree is quite full on, however midweek and weekends I would be able fit you and your pet in. Being around animals is very important to me and I often drop anything for the opportunity to cuddle a cute pup I am not able to have pets in my home at the moment but would be more than happy looking after your pet in your home, or taking your dogs for walks. I would be more confident walking dogs on leads as I would be worried if they do not have strong recall skills, however I would always ensure they have enough excercise.

About: I’ve been surrounded by cats and dogs my whole life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. At home, I share my days with my 11 year old Shih Tzu–Poodle mix, who keeps me smiling and reminds me how special the bond with our pets really is. I’m trained in pet first aid and CPR, giving you peace of mind that your furry friend is safe in my care. With experience ranging from playful puppies to gentle senior pets, I bring patience, love, and a bubbly, positive energy to every walk and visit. I work part-time in care, so I’ve got plenty of flexibility to fit in walks and pet sits around your schedule. Whether it’s a quick stroll, some playtime, or keeping your pets company while you’re out, I’m happy to make it work for you and your furry friends. When looking after pets in their own home, I make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved in their familiar surroundings. I’ll stick to their usual routine, give them lots of cuddles, playtime, and walks, and keep everything as stress free as possible just like they’re with family.

About: 5+ years of pet care experience, I’m super loving and welcoming while experienced in giving medication and helping with their specific needs and preferences x✨ I’m usually free Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for pet sitting in your home. On these days and most morning and evenings I’m free for dog walking and drop ins. I create a warm and welcoming environment while staying to your own preferences. I follow a strict checklist to ensure yours and your pets needs are met and not missed.

About: I grew up on a farm and have lots of experience looking after all animals. I grew up with golden retrievers, labs, spaniels, huskys and looked after multiple other breeds. I am a PE teacher who has time off during the holidays and loves spending it with animals and the outdoors. I am a teacher so I have a large amount of free time in the holidays that I love spending outdoors. I also have weekends free where I can spend boarding for dogs. I have a fully enclosed garden and a perfect amount of space for more than one or two dogs if necessary. I have a car if needed to be collected.

About: I have had many pets over the years. From a donkey, goats, chickens and of course dogs! I stumbled across offering care for other people's dogs by accident really, but it works really well. I care for our extended family and friends dogs in my home while they go away on holiday. I lost my gorgeous dog four years ago and miss him terribly. I decided this would be a great way to enjoy having the company of a dog again. My dog was a whippet so I know what a good walk looks like! I am are registered on trusted house sitters and have five star reviews from all my sits. I have no dogs myself so your dog would be the only dog to be cared for whilst with me. You can go away knowing your dog would be having a lovely holiday with me while you are having your own holiday. They fit in as my pet for the duration of their stay. If I stayed in your home you could rest assured I know how to look after a home. I have been married for over 40 years. I have an acre garden so grass cutting does not faze me either.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life and have always had a love for all animals. My family and friends quite frequently call upon me to help look after their dogs and I am always happy to help. I used to be a professional dog walker so have plenty of experience with all types of dogs. I’m currently working part time (within school hours) I’ll have lots of time to spend with your furry friends and am available for home boarding Wednesday-Sunday. I have a young family and we love walking and have found some amazing nearby walks that we love to do. I have a secure fenced in back garden. I Can crate your dog if required and crate is provided. Your dog will be in safe hands with me and my family.

About: I have been pet obsessed since I was a little girl. I used to go and walk dogs at a local rescue when I was 8 until I finally got my own dog! We now have a 12 year old Miniature schnauzer! Recently, I have walked dogs in the village and spent every waking hour looking after my small animals! I work in a local sports bar for a few days a week - these will be marked as unavailable on my calendar. The rest of the time I’m flexible! I understand how important it is to keep your pets safe. Whether it be observation in a fenced garden or taking out on a lead to go to the toilet. Each baby is different!

About: I have grown up fostering dogs and since moving out of my parents I have rehomed a cocker spaniel that was in bad shape. I have brought her to the amazing, well mannered, highly trained girl she is now. She gets on with all dogs, though can be nervous. I believe that pets are part of the family and think they deserve to at least use our furniture, we are their whole world after all. I have extensive experience in training puppies and dogs alike and also pick up on any signs, body language and behavioural issues and can address these promptly to ensure a happy time for your pets. My mum is a dog groomer too so I have grown up knowing the ins and outs of many different breeds and temperaments in dogs. Pet care fits into my daily routine perfectly, being self employed allows me to take control of my own schedule. I love going for walks and hikes so what’s better than being able to also take pooches for long walks and adventures, as well as nice chilled time on the sofa. I have a large fenced garden and a cocker spaniel girl of my own to keep your furbaby company. We can crate our dog or your dog if needed. My mum is a dog groomer so I have picked up dog first aid from her, as well as tips and tricks to bathing tricky dogs too! I am in a large house so theres room for indoor play and cosy relaxation alike.

About: Hii, my name is Maria, I am 19 years old, I live with my parents and my little sister in house I have one dog which is called Maggie she is 6 years old, she is white and brown and a small dog. she is a lovely dog, love kids and being around people. She is a playful dog. I am student and I am available to take care of dogs 24/7 as I am studying at home. I can take care on the weekends too with my boyfriend as he loves dogs too. We live in a unfenced house which there is a big garden, we got a barrier for our dogs which it help a lot our control with the dogs. Out neighbour is lovely, they have a dog as well so sometimes my dog goes to see their dog and play with their dog too.

About: Since childhood, I have always had a family dog, so being around and caring for dogs has been a big part of my life. I’ve been volunteering most weekends at Holly Hedge Dog Sanctuary, whenever my work schedule allows.
