“Sally couldn't give better care to my reactive border collie. With all the walks, play at home and her ability to help her calm down and relax I feel fully confident leaving Peppa in her care.”

“Maisy had a lovely time with Jaye and Jonny. Lovely peaceful property and a very kind couple. Would thoroughly recommend and Maisy will be staying with them in the future.”

“Patty had a fantastic time with Vanessa and her boys. She seemed to be part of the family. Plenty of updates and a trip to a farm - lots of enrichment in the four days she was with the family. I would book again.”

“Lindsey was such a lovely host for our dog and I would love to hopefully have Bagel visit again as he had such a fun time. He had a lovely wide range of walks and loads of fun. Thank you!!”

“I could write pages on how Cameron and Emily treat our dog with such love and as if he is their own, but I think Chapo’s feelings are much more important. It’s our second time booking with them, and Chapo had been quite moody before we dropped him off, but as soon as we got to their house he was suddenly very happy, very excited, very waggy tail, thrilled to be back. I think that says everything that needs to be said about their brilliant care. He loves playing with Hugo, and Cameron and Emily are amazing with him. Couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“Chrissy has been amazing looking after our doggo for 6 nights. She kept us updated daily with photos and we returned to a relaxed and very at home pup when we went to pick her up. Would use again and can highly recommend.”

“I highly recommend JingXi for dog boarding. She took wonderful care of my dog, Cody, and was incredibly attentive throughout. She regularly sent updates and photos, which gave me real peace of mind knowing Cody was happy and well looked after. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. Thank you again, Jingxi. We’ll definitely be booking again!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jane looked after my dog, Kobe, for two full days and one night. I couldn’t be happier with the care she gave him. From the moment we met, she was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Kobe was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after when I picked him up. He had an enjoyable time with her very well behaved two dogs and cat, gizmo. It was obvious that Jane genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after, and I really appreciated the updates and the attention she gave him. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Kobe with her again and would highly recommend Jane to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. Thank you Jane, you are fantastic!”

“Beatriz looked after our dog for 3 days and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable or happier leaving him with her. She was excellent at communicating and met all of our dogs needs. She sent us lots of updates and photos, which was reassuring as this was the first time we had ever left him with a dog sitter. We couldn’t have asked for any better, would definitely recommend Beatriz to look after your pets and would not hesitate to have her look after our dog again!”

“Sophie was amazing, she took our dog on last minute and he had a fantastic time with her! She did long walk with him and sent me lots of photos and stayed in contact regularly. I will definitely be using Sophie again to care for our young dog. Thankyou!!”

“Maddie was super patient with our 3 month old puppy, Haribo. This was a booking made on extremely short notice due to a last minute cancellation by another sitter, and so we were extremely lucky that Maddie agreed to take him in for 2 nights. Moreover, she took the time to meet him before the booking and immediately put my and my husband's minds at ease. Haribo was definitely well-taken care of. She was very keen on sticking to his routines, was very caring and affectionate towards him. She took him to the dog park, watched Bluey with him, snuggled with him on the sofa, and took him out regularly. He had accidents but Maddie was so understanding about everything. Haribo def had the time of his life and is a happy pup 😍 we have requested another booking with her because she's amazing!”

“We were delighted that Ewan and Katy were able to look after Charlie again when we needed to go away in May. We feel they have a special bond with him, he settles quickly and they provide highlights and photos. They are caring, kind and we feel at ease knowing that Charlie is being cared for so well. We have already booked for other weekends and will look to book many times in the future and would highly recommend them caring for your furry friends. Thank you once again Ewan and Katy 🌈”

“Absolutely Brilliant. Upon meeting Maria, it was undeniable that she not only loves and cares for dogs, but she is also very aware of their characteristics and needs. Bali stayed with her for a week ,and I think she would have been happy to stay longer”

“Charlie was absolutely fantastic throughout. He looked after both our cat and our home brilliantly. Excellent communication with daily updates and photos which were much appreciated. Charlie is clearly a natural animal person and our cat took to him really well from the get go. We’d highly recommend Charlie to anyone.”

About: I have taken care of friends cats for many years, one of which is an elderly deaf cat. More recently I have looked after a dog and a cat together while their family was on holiday and really enjoyed looking after the cat (as well as the dog) so have expanded my availability.

About: Currently taking care of cats for family and a previous volunteer for a cat beach sanctuary housing up to 300 cats from administering medication, feeding to basic cat care and monitoring. Being a genuine animal lover I make sure they receive the best in love, care (and play) at all times

About: I have always had cats from childhood. At present, I have the magnificent Gizmo, who’s 16 years old and we have had the pleasure of him since he was a kitten. I understand the need to be calm and relaxed around cats and to fuss them on their terms. I am reliable and trustworthy and would follow the owners instructions, making sure they have a safe, clean environment.

About: I have grown up with pets all my life, and love spending my free time with animals, and appreciating all forms of life. I have experience looking after animals while people are away, ensuring I'm respectful to their home! I have mainly done drop in visits, feeding pets and spending time with them.

About: I currently own one cat who i have brought up from a stray kitten to fully grown with help from my mother. This has taught me how to care for cats of all ages. I havent only learnt this from my cat but also from my grandmothers and familys friends. When caring for cats i not only provide them with physical needs but i also ensure they are entertained, spending my time playing with them and giving them attention.

About: I’ve enjoyed caring for neighbours’ cats while they’ve been away. I love taking quiet time to care for them, play, and keep their routine steady. It’s a calm pause in my day, and hopefully a bright spot in theirs too. I’m reliable, respectful in your home, and happy to send updates after each visit. I also love taking dogs for walks, and giving them plenty of exercise and fun playing together. I don’t have a dog of my own so have plenty of energy to play fetch non-stop!

About: I’ve had 3 cats in the past which have all sadly passed so spending time with your furry ones would mean the world and heal me in many ways☺️ My most recent cat was taken care of solely by me by feeding and changing the litter every day.
About: I have experience looking after dogs of all sizes and ages, cats, guinea pigs & hamsters over the past 15 years and have loved them since I was young. Now we have returned, this means we have lots of time to dedicate to your animals. My maximum number of dogs at once would be 3. Please note I am not trained in giving your pet any medication. “Kay took great care of Freddie (a Frenchie) when he was booked in for daycare. He was taken for a walks and felt relaxed enough to have a snooze in the sun when he was there too! Kay went the extra mile to get to know Freddie and I received updates on how he was doing, which was appreciated. She was also very understanding when the car I was travelling in broke down, causing me to be later than planned. I’d recommend Kay and hope to book in again soon.”

“Hendrix came back happy and healthy.. puppies are super energetic and I felt bad Hendrix just wanted to play all the time he was there and didn’t rest (as he slept in the car on the way) Very appreciated Octavia-Louise, thanks for looking after him!”

“Ewan is brilliant! From the initial communication to the updates throughout the day and then drop off, we knew our dog was in safe hands. We booked for our dog to have a day of peace while explored York. She is a rescue and this is the first time we've left her with a stranger. Ewan's presence is calming and he immediately connected with her. Within an hour we had a photo of her lying down, looking out of a window, a sign of peace and contentment with our dog. Thank you for making our mini break in York so good. We hope to come back and we know that Raggsie would be safe with you.”

About: As a lifelong animal lover I started caring for dogs at age 15 when a new neighbour moved in with a beautiful black staffy. Since then I've taken any opportunity I can to walk and care for dogs. Through travel I've had the opportunity to look after dogs in various places and enjoy the companionship and home like feel that furry friends offer. From walks in nature, play sessions, and caring for their needs, every interaction I have with dogs is filled with care and attention. I've cared for dogs through their highs and lows, nurturing them back to health after surgeries and offering love and joy. I understand the reliability and trust needed when finding someone to care for your dog. I am DBS checked (certificate available to see upon request) and I offer a flexible approach and an attentive nature. I work from home and plan my own work schedule so I can be very flexible and always present when walking or caring for your pet. I have a fenced garden that's completely secure. I also have plenty of space and home comforts inside for your pet to play, lounge, sleep, or eat.
“Jaye and Jonny were lovely and welcoming, and from the pictures they sent, and Juno's attitude when we returned, we could tell she had the most wonderful time. We'd happily leave Juno in their care again.”

“Lesley was wonderful, thankyou so much for looking after Buster. We needed day care to attend a funeral in York at last minute. Buster was settled as soon as he saw Lesley when I dropped him off and a very happy chappy when I picked him up. He would clearly have stayed with her without hesitation. Great to get a fully detaiked report on his day too. Wouldn't hesitate to book Lesley again.”

“Rosie was great with our doodle puppy Marshall, she seems to have a way with dogs that you can’t buy! Thanks you so much for looking after him and he can’t wait to hang out with you both again! He has defo found a bestie 😊”

About: I've taken care of pets, and grown up with them my whole life. I mainly have experience looking after cats and dogs, but am happy to look after all creatures great and small! Majority of my experience is looking after pets while people are away, feeding them, spending time with them and making myself happy by being around them! I have a dog, a cat, a tortoise and 3 praying mantises - and have previously had rabbits and hamsters. I love all animals, and currently work in healthcare - allowing me to help people too! I currently work part time as a dental nurse, so often have a lot of free days for me to do pet sitting! I'm available almost every day for mornings (around 6am or earlier if required), and evenings (from 5-6pm onwards), but if I'm not working I'm free at any time of the day! I have a lot of patience for animals, I understand I may not be trusted as I'm not their person, so I'm happy to sit in silence for as long as it takes for them to trust me! I take great pride in respecting peoples homes and their specific needs or requests for their pets. I have a fenced garden and a lovely, friendly dog who, most of the time, will just accept that another animal has arrived and attempt to play! I also have a lovely cat, who's naturally very nervous around everything - but being an outdoor cat she often does whatever she feels anyway!

About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, having grown up with pets throughout my life. I'm confident in providing day-to-day care, including feeding, walking, administering medication, and ensuring pets are happy, safe, and well looked after. Growing up, whilst having my own family's pets, I also regularly walked dogs for neighbours, giving me experience with dogs of different sizes and personalities. I have also previously cat sat which included feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, and giving cats the attention and care they need while their owners are away. I work from home at least three days a week, which means I can provide plenty of care and attention for pets during the week as well as at weekends. My flexible work schedule also allows me to fit in regular walks and drop-in visits. I live close to the racecourse, so have lots of green space nearby, making it the perfect location for walks and fresh air. Whether your dog loves long adventures or prefers a gentle stroll, I'm happy to tailor walks to their needs. I'm also available for pet sitting at your home, so they can stay comfortable in their familiar surroundings while you’re away. As someone who spends much of the day working at a desk, I enjoy getting outside for walks. However, when back at my house, your pet will have plenty of companionship and attention throughout the day. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced, secure garden where dogs can safely enjoy time outdoors, as well as easy access to large green spaces nearby for regular walks and exercise. I'm happy to adapt to your pet's usual routine and any specific care requirements, including crate training, medication schedules, feeding routines, or sleeping arrangements. Just let me know your preferences in advance, and I'll do my best to keep their stay as familiar and stress-free as possible. I also have two cats at home. To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, they will be kept in a separate, secure area of the house throughout any dog boarding stay, so your dog can relax and enjoy the space.
“Tom was great with our dog over Christmas. Local to us so our dog was very happy and settled in well. It was clear the stay went extremely well and we recommend tom, no hesitation. Will certainly go back next time. Thank you Tom.”

“We felt completely happy leaving Roxy with Nathan. She is quite strong and can get a bit over excited as she's only 1yr old but Nathan handled her really well and got her calm and settled. We had regular updates and pics and he always consulted us before doing anything he was unsure of with her. Would definitely leave Roxy with him again.”

“What can I say? Rasa was amazing from the initial engagement all throughout the time my boys stayed with her. Starting with a new dog sitter and boarding for the first time can be unnerving. Rasa comforted me from the get-go by sending pictures of their time with her. They have an amazing environment, and the boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We'll definitely be using Rasa again.”
