“Olivia was fab - arranged to come over to the house for a meet and greet to get to know our dog. All communication spot on. We had confidence that everything was going to be fine whilst we were away. Plus the dog seems knackered so they must have had a great time! Thank you, would get in touch again when the need arises 🌟😊”

“Thanks again Charlie for looking after our dogs. This was our first time away for a few days after one of our dogs had been unwell and Charlie was very understanding and followed instructions. We were updated frequently throughout the booking and knew that the dogs were safe and having a good time. 100% recommend Charlie.”

About: Hi! I am Sophie, I am a lover of all animals and have owned my own cat for 6 years now. I also have experience with dogs through walking family and neighbours dogs growing up. I would make sure your fur babies received the absolute best care :) I’m currently working part time and studying at uni until the end of may but I have plenty of spare time to take care of your animals :) My schedule changes weekly so if you are interested please feel free to message me, I will also update my schedule on here as soon as I know. I can easily follow instructions for each fur baby’s needs, please feel free to explain everything that you normally do to take care of your animal and I will make sure to do the same.
About: I have been around animals all my life, having cats, rabbits and a horse as pets in my childhood. I have gained experience of pet sitting over the last three years with cats, dogs, fish and ferrets. I love meeting new animals. I currently work part time so I have lots of availability for pet sitting around this. I do early morning and late visits on work days and have several full days free each week. I will care for you home and your pet whilst you are away. I am happy to look after plants as well. I will follow the instructions provided by yourself.
About: Hi! I’m Georgia (Gee) I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, and looking after them has always just been part of who I am. I’m often the one in my family who ends up taking care of everyone’s dogs, and I honestly love it—walks, playtime, cuddles, all of it. I’m also a keen runner, so if your pup enjoys a good run or a faster-paced walk, I’m always up for it! I treat every dog like they’re my own and just want them to feel happy, safe, and loved while they’re with me. Would love to meet your dog and give them a great time! 🐾 Weekends Friday 9am-Monday 9am School Half term and summer holiday care can be discussed further. I am a teacher so very flexible in school holidays. I have a fenced garden and we have a secure house. I live by a large amount of lovely walks and enjoy weekends exploring. The house is suitable for pets and kept clean and tidy.
About: My husband and I have had pets our entire life, so caring for animals truly comes naturally to us. Although we sadly no longer have our own dog, our love for animals hasn’t changed – and we now have a warm, welcoming home ready to help other families by caring for their dogs and cats when they need it most. I work from home so no pets will be left on their own. Your pet will be part of our routine at all times unless otherwise specified by you as an owner. Our home is very much a home-from-home environment, where pets are treated as part of the family. We have a gentle and animal-loving 2-year-old who absolutely adores pets and has grown up around them, so kindness and respect for animals is something we value deeply in our household. We also have plenty of pets within our wider family, so animals are always part of our lives.
About: Ever since a young age, i have taken care of all animals due to family and friends pets. My Grandmother, who had 7 dogs and 3 cats, taught me how to care for animals both stray and tamed from the age of a puppy to an elderly dog. This taught me many skills on how to care for animals, fulfilling not only their physical needs but emotional too. I am currently on the summer break with no jobs and no upcoming holidays trying to save for university and will therefore be free daily for anyone who needs any pet sitters or dog walkers. I currently only have a cat at the moment as my dog lives with my dad in Scotland, however, i can ensure your pet, whether thats a dog, cat or other, will be kept safe and entertained. As long as boundaries regarding the animal are understood beforehand they will be kept safe and secure.
About: I have experience looking after dogs of all sizes and ages, cats, guinea pigs & hamsters over the past 15 years and have loved them since I was young. I enjoy being with animals and the company that they bring and welcome any type of dog or age! I have a 2 year old Miniature Dachshund, she is calm, has been brought up around children and gets on well with all dogs she meets on her walks or through other family members/friends that have dogs. We have recently returned from 3 months travelling Europe with our dog, we fell in love and cared for many stray dogs and cats whilst we were away. Now we have returned, this means we have lots of time to dedicate to your animals. My maximum number of dogs at once would be 3. Please note I am not trained in giving your pet any medication. I have an enclosed yard for animals to play in and live very close to a field with a long walk too where dogs can be let off the lead and run around exploring new places and faces! Please let me know if there is anything I need to know about your dog eg if your dog doesn't like being around other dogs or has special requirements and then I can plan for it! I can't wait to meet your furry friends! We have just returned from 3 months travelling Europe with our dog, we fell in love and cared for many stray dogs and cats whilst we were away. Now we have returned, this means we have lots of time to dedicate to your animals. Our days are mostly taken up exploring new places and walks. I have a fenced yard which the dogs can run freely in. Dogs are welcome on furniture (to owners discretion) and I am happy to follow any rules the owners may have with their dogs.
About: My family rescued a Romanian stray 6 years ago - he was scared of everything you could imagine (such as hats and hi-vis!). Patience and understanding have been vital to appreciating his actions because of his altered through process. I pride myself in understanding dogs through their body language, so I have no doubts I would be able to befriend your pup! I've also walked a family friend's labrador for the last few years, and we've formed a bond that's quite special to me; I'd love to meet new dogs too. I'm currently enrolled in college, so weekends and weekday evenings are all I can currently offer! I'm also free all day on Wednesdays, and driving into the moors with a couple of dogs and walking for a few hours sounds like heaven to me! As the owner of an escape-artist dog, our back garden in fully fenced in. Dog-tolerating dogs are needed due to sharing the home with my own dog, but he adores dogs and finds pack solidarity very comforting. He was crate trained until recently - due to fireworks and darkness he's more timid than usual so we have sold the crate and he sleeps in someone's room! I'm very happy to crate your dog overnight provided I can use yours. We live near the river and Walmgate Stray, so there's no shortage of enriching wanders too. Please don't hesitate to contact me about anything I haven't covered!
