About: I'm currently a student Occupational Therapist who is really missing my family's pets while I'm at uni! 🐾 I love animals and know how important they are as valued members of the family! As a teenager I volunteered for the Cats Protection League and would clean litter trays for people in my local area who couldn't do so themselves. I would often dogsit for neighbours, and have even looked after someone's pet frogs before! 🐾 I adapt to whatever style of care your pet needs - some pets value calm and slow paced interactions, and some pets seem to have unlimited amounts of energy! My goal is to keep your pet happy in a style that is closest to their normal. 🐾 I am a very clean person, who will send regular updates via text and video. I have a fully enhanced DBS, and solid references :) 🐾 It's currently the summer holidays at University, so my schedule is completely flexible! I am doing a lot of studying at the moment, which can be done with your pet if they need extra company or supervision 🤓📖 I volunteer at my local community garden for a few hours a week, but this is flexible. I'll happily send update videos and pictures, and will always make sure you know what's going on. I understand that pets feel upset when their family leave for a trip, so I try to make the experience a positive one!

I’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience caring for dogs, and my passion for their well-being has only grown stronger over time. My partner Rebecca and I have a two-year-old Border Collie/Lab mix named Pearl. While she has a little of that energetic collie craziness, she’s well-behaved, affectionate, and a joy to be around. Caring for Pearl has taught me even more about canine behaviour, training, and the importance of exercise and socialisation, which I bring to every walk and sitting session. Rebecca has been around dogs all her life and sometimes joins me and your furry friend on walks. She loves dogs of all sizes and breeds and is very knowledgeable about their care. Beyond our own pets, Rebecca and I volunteer with Team Arlo York, a lost dog rescue group. We’re actively involved in call-outs, searches, and rescues, using gear like thermal drones and scopes to help find missing dogs in the York area. About: I previous worked in a dog kennels and cattery this gave me lots of experience working with all different types of dogs and cats, and how to manage different pets differently. As well as this I have a T-level in animal behavioural welfare that has educated me on how to look after animals correctly. I’ve always had dogs of my own growing up and I always treat other peoples pets like they’re my own. Working with dogs and cats alone I’ve had over a decade of experience growing up with them but in a working environment I’ve had four years. I’m currently working part-time working at least once every weekend and on the afternoon during the week this gives me plenty of time to look after pets in the morning or around work. I have studied animal behaviour and welfare and have worked in a dog kennels and cattery before therefore I know how to care for a range of dogs and cats. Both my dogs are very friendly and well trained.

About: I have grown up with a variety of animals my entire life, all varying in ages and sizes. I currently provide pet sitting and walking in addition to my current full time job for friends and family. This includes looking after my sister’s 11 month old puppy and training where possible. I am currently working full time Monday to Friday in a college. With my weekends free, I work from home on Mondays and Fridays which allow me to pet sit on these days, I can do overnight stays so long as I don’t have an event. With my job I sometimes do overtime which allows me to book off additional days for pet sitting should I need to. I prefer looking after pets in the pet owners home as I believe pets deserve to feel at home and safe, what safer space is there for them than a space they live in. About: I’ve been around cats and dogs my whole life, caring for all breeds, newborn puppies, senior and unwell pets, while confidently handling challenging situations with patience and care. I currently work 8am-5pm during the week with a 1 hour lunch break, I work in Wetherby so able to fit in walks and pet visits if local during lunch hours. I can offer weekends and any evenings for any pet care When caring for pets in their own home, I ensure they remain comfortable in their familiar surroundings while sticking closely to their usual routine. I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, companionship, and plenty of love and attention, while following all instructions provided by the owner. I also keep your home tidy, can administer basic care if required, and will send regular updates and photos so you have complete peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I have had pets since I was 10 years old. I have had cats, dogs and kittens and also rabbits. I have experience looking after people’s kittens/cats/senior cats and also puppies/adult dogs and senior dogs. I have medication administration experience as our old senior cat had medical conditions which required medication. I love looking after furbabies to ensure their individual needs are being met taking into consideration their different personalities. I currently work a 9-5 job Monday to Friday but I am free evenings and over the weekend. Over the weekend I am more flexible to look after pets in my own home, take them for walks and do drop in sessions. I can also offer dog walking/ drop in sessions in the evening after work hours. I have a fenced backyard for your furbaby and I am a 5 minute walk away from a field. I am available to meet up prior to a sit/walk or drop in so I am able to meet you and your furbaby so you can assess who is going to look after your family member.

About: From the age of 5 I had always been around large dogs as my Grandma used to breed and show Dogue de Bordeaux’s. I would help deliver puppies and care for them until they were ready for their new homes. I have since had my own dog which I rescued, so I have had experience with puppies, rescue and senior pets. I currently own a bearded dragon & a ferret so I have a lot of knowledge on smaller animals and reptiles. I currently work with animals and love to be around them all day. I would love to continue to look after others pets outside of work after around 3pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. I have my own transport, own car seat covers, pet seat belts, own accessories and small pet carriers. I’m happy to accommodate any requirements :)

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. For the past decade, I’ve owned and cared for more specialized pets like ferrets, which has given me a deep understanding of patience, attentiveness, and individualized care. I especially love dogs and have experience training puppies as well as caring for senior dogs who need a little extra gentleness and support. From high-energy youngsters to calm, elderly companions, I’m comfortable adapting to each dog’s unique personality and needs. No dog feels unfamiliar to me, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I'm available most (if not all) days of the week currently and have plenty of time in my day to care for your loving pet. I'll care for your pet in your own home to your standards and instructions including play, treats, and meals. I can also care for them in my home, but have only a limited terraced garden space for them to play outside (my home is big for roaming, for more indoor inclined dogs).

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a child. I have had a Cane Corso and a French Bulldog. I am extremely responsible and treat all dogs I sit as my own. In the past year I took full time care of a French bulldog whilst his owner was at work. This included looking after him 7am - 5pm involving everything from feeding, walkies, playtime to bathing, brushing and sleepovers. My schedule is flexible as I work from home most of the week. I can also sit during the weekends, overnight or do stays when you go on a holiday. I always ensure maximum safety for my dogs. Depending on their personality, I remove objects they might chew / eat. I have them on the lead unless it is safe for them to be off and you give me prior permission. I ensure they have access to water at all times. I do not leave them alone at any time to ensure they are safe and are well taken care of.

About: Ever since a young age, i have taken care of all animals due to family and friends pets. My Grandmother, who had 7 dogs and 3 cats, taught me how to care for animals both stray and tamed from the age of a puppy to an elderly dog. This taught me many skills on how to care for animals, fulfilling not only their physical needs but emotional too. I am currently on the summer break with no jobs and no upcoming holidays trying to save for university and will therefore be free daily for anyone who needs any pet sitters or dog walkers. About: Hi, I'm Helene 👋 I'm a Registered Veterinary Nurse with 6 years of hands on experience. I currently work nights at an emergency referral hospital in York, and before that spent 2 years at a first opinion practice in London. At home I have two rescue cats and a dog, all of whom I adore. One of my cats is geriatric and needs daily subcutaneous fluids and medication, so I'm very comfortable with ongoing treatments, injections, and medication schedules. My dog is also getting on in years and attends hydrotherapy sessions, so I understand the extra care, patience, and gentle handling that older pets often need. I still make time for long walks and hikes with her, along with plenty of cuddles on the sofa. I've pet and house sat in both Norway and the UK, and cat sat regularly through my work, so I'm used to settling quickly into different homes and routines. Whether your pet needs medication given properly, an eye kept on a health condition, mobility support, or just a calm and familiar face while you're away, I will treat them exactly like my own. I have a car, so I'm happy to travel to you. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! I work night shifts on a rotating schedule, which means I get several consecutive days off at a time. When I'm off, your pet gets my full attention, with no other job or commitments competing for my time. I'm available all day, every day during those periods, so there's plenty of flexibility for walks, visits, feeding, medication, or just company, whatever your pet needs. Because of my schedule, it's worth reaching out with your dates in advance so we can plan around my rotation, but once I'm booked in, you can expect consistency and full attention for the whole time I'm looking after your pet. While I'm unable to host animals at my current residence, I'm available for dog walking, playtime in parks, or coming to your home to care for your pet. I will follow all your animals routine and care that they are used to. I’m a 31 year old looking to pet sit alongside my full time job. I would love a little pup of my own, but due to my current housing situation, that isn’t possible (yet)! I do a lot of long walks, so would love the company. I’m happy to look after your pets in your home or take them out for a run, whatever the weather!
