About: I have had dogs all my life. As a child and then my own when I left home. All rescue, from puppies to older dogs. I work part time but can fit my hours around different days to suit what I’m doing. The day starts early with a good walk then home for breakfast. Playtime and cuddles, then out again at tea time. There is a local park just across from my house and also fields and woodland if they require longer walks. There is just myself and my husband at home now. Our children are grown up. I have a good size garden which is fenced and private. I allow dogs anywhere in the house, they can sleep wherever they feel more comfortable, the bed if they want, but equally I would respect what you wanted. I will only feed your dog what you provide, and treats will only be what they normally have, unless you tell me different.
“Emily and her son took care of our Lab Nala for 8 days and Nala had a fantastic time, she’s come home and is happy and content with no issues whatsoever, I’d highly recommend Emily and her services ❤️❤️❤️”

“Never having left Stanley before I was quite nervous. There was absolutely no reason to be. Sharron was lovely, it’s obvious she loves dogs and Stanley was extremely well looked after. Thank you so much x”

“Elaine is a lovely kind woman who took care of my dog Sully at short notice. She was very reassuring and sent me daily updates on how he was doing, treating him like one of her own. Can’t thank you enough and would happily use her services again in the future”

“We are so pleased to have found Helen and Andy on our doorstep. Our dog Vinnie had grown quite fearful of his kennels and we were determined to find him somewhere he could be more at-home and comfortable when we were away. From meet and greets to taster stays, Helen has made every effort to settle Vinnie in and move at his pace. Her knowledge and experience with dogs really shows and Vinnie was happy and content in their company and home which has been lovely to see.”

“Maria was great with communication and we left our dog in good hands for 12 days with Maria when we went abroad for a family holiday. We had the opportunity to meet Maria and her dog Bambi at their home before making the booking to ensure it was a good fit for both sides and to discuss any concerns. Received plenty of photos and updates and on returning home our boy is very happy and has been well looked after, definitely recommend and will use Marias services again if needed”

“Julie was great with Paolo and clearly loves dogs. She had read Paolo’s profile and asked questions relating to his medication so showed me that she was prepared. She sent updates and photos. Her house is a great space for dogs with a huge garden. Thanks”

“First time with Sally and our dog seemed to love it!! Regular updates received with plenty of photos showing usual quirks (eg meerkat'ing) and plenty of walks. Seemed quite content during his stay. Will use again.”

About: Hi! I’m Emma, a lifelong cat lover and proud human to our distinguished senior gentleman, Bean, who we’ve had for the last 14 years. We’ve always had cats in the family, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. As Bean is an indoor cat, I’m very comfortable with litter tray duties, administering medication if needed, and understanding the little quirks and routines cats can have. I’m DBS checked and have recently completed a feline first aid course for extra peace of mind. I also work from home, which allows me to be flexible with visits and availability. I know how important it is to feel your cat is safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away, so I’d love to provide reliable, caring visits along with updates and photos to help put your mind at ease.

“Luke has been absolutely fabulous looking after our 2 girls. We know that they have been well looked after from the minute Luke met them. We shall definitely be calling on Luke again for further booking and we can highly recommend him for any type of cat sitting or drop ins. 😊😊😊😊”

“Could not recommend Lucia enough! It was the first time leaving my little 🐱 and my mind was at rest seeing all of the daily updates and photos! Lucia really does go above and beyond even helping with little things in the home too. Would not hesitate to book again thank you 🥰”

About: Though I never owned a cat, I have provided cat care to friends, family and some booked through Rover on multiple occasions, I am comfortable with administering cat medications, feeding and cleaning litter.

“My cats enjoyed their stay with Armish so much, they didn't want to leave! Unfortunately on our way Aslan had weed himself while in his carrier, but this was no problem for Armish who simply bathed him! She also made sure that they were comfortable and sent regular photo and video updates. I won't hesitate using her again, and would recommend her to anyone. Thanks for all your help it was so much appreciated.”

“My dog loved being at Izabella's! She was so settled and happy with her and I loved receiving updates and pictures of her today during her stay. Would recommend this sitter.”

“Sharron went above and beyond in her care of Albie on what turned out to be the hottest day in the UK since records began! He’s quite floofy, so this is a big deal. Her texts both before and during his daycare were lovely, and she was really helpful when we were a bit later than we’d intended to be. Great service and if we needed her again, would get in touch without hesitation. Recommended by humans, and the doggo loved her”

About: I've grown up with cats and dogs my entire life and have extensive hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently have a friendly Labrador who is well socialised and used to being around both dogs and cats. Outside of pet care, I organise an annual dog show with the charity Friends of Middleton Park and, this year, I'm also organising a free community dog show for the Belle Isle Gala in partnership with Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation. I have animal first aid experience and access to veterinary advice and emergency support 24 hours a day, giving you added peace of mind while your pet is in my care. I have my own transport and, at weekends, weather permitting, your dog may enjoy trips to local parks and beauty spots for extra enrichment and exercise. Of course, you'll receive plenty of photos, updates, and messages throughout their stay so you can see just how much fun they're having. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated like part of the family. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home environment where your pet's wellbeing is my top priority. I work from home, which means your pet will have plenty of company, supervision, and attention throughout the day. Pets are never left alone for more than two hours, and in most cases are with me almost all of the time. Before the booking, we'll discuss your pet's routine, preferences, dietary requirements, and any special needs to help them settle in as comfortably as possible. During their stay, your pet will receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection. I will stick as closely as possible to their normal routine to help them feel at home. You'll receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you can see how your pet is getting on and enjoy peace of mind while you're away. I also have animal first aid experience and access to 24/7 veterinary support should any concerns arise. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my priority. I have a fully fenced garden, giving dogs a secure outdoor space for exercise, play, and toilet breaks. Inside the home, pets are never left without companionship, as I have other friendly pets to keep them company when I’m out. I also use multiple water fountains and automatic feeders, which are monitored and will alert me when levels are low. This means fresh water is always available and feeding routines are followed on schedule, even when I’m not at home for short periods. When out on walks, dogs are always kept on a lead for safety. If appropriate and with owner permission, I also use extendable leads so they can enjoy extra freedom to explore while still remaining secure and under control. As I work from home, pets are supervised for most of the day and are never left alone for more than 2 hours. I maintain a calm, safe environment and follow each pet’s usual routine closely to help them feel settled and secure. Regular updates and photos are provided so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for throughout their stay.

“Rhianne was kind enough to agree to look after my three pups for two days and they had a great time…so much so that they were a more than a little bit reluctant to come home with me when I collected them. Clear to me that she really cares and gives any dogs she looks after loads of attention including plenty of cuddles. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and currently have two family dogs at my mum’s house, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of my day-to-day life. During secondary school, I volunteered at Tia Rescue in Doncaster, helping care for dogs with different personalities and needs. While living in Canada, I also provided dog sitting for guests staying at Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, caring for dogs while their owners were out exploring or relaxing. I’m patient, reliable and genuinely love spending time with animals — whether that’s walks, playtime, cuddles or simply keeping them company and comfortable while you’re away. I currently can’t have a dog of my own where I live, so this is honestly the next best thing for me. I love getting to spend time with different dogs and making sure they feel happy, safe and well cared for. I currently work part-time at a coffee shop, so my schedule is flexible and gives me good availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins and pet sitting. I enjoy getting outdoors more and love spending time with dogs, so pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m happy to keep owners updated with messages and photos so you know your dog is safe and happy while you’re away. I live in a home with a fully fenced garden where dogs can safely play and relax. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and understand how important routine, patience and reassurance are when caring for someone else’s pet. As I work from Home, this means your fur babies get 100% attention while I’m there :) I currently work from home and I am in control of my hours so I can fit in the pet care around my job. I am able to pet sit for owners and make sure the pets get 100% attention, walks, feeds & so on. If I am watching a pet at an owners property I need to know the garden is enclosed and safety is at a maximum. I like to meet the pets & owners first before I agree to a booking to make sure the pets are okay with me and its a good connection.

“Holly was amazing, the perfect person to look after our dog for our wedding. She was so accommodating and gave us constant updates which made us feel at ease as our dog can be a little nervous sometimes. We are very grateful to have found her!”

“Paul is very friendly and knowledgeable. Chip had a wonderful time with him. I felt that Chip was made to feel part of the family. I was kept well informed about what Chip was doing and how he was getting on. I would thoroughly recommend Paul to anyone.”

“So friendly and brilliant with my doggies. Had loads of pictures sent through whilst I was away 😊 The doggies well and truly looked like they were on their holidays too! Would recommend to anyone 👍”

“Our first time using dog boarding for mollie so I was unsure and uneasy about a few things and I can 100% recommend celine and Leigh, nice and easy drop off/pick ups and so friendly. I felt at ease knowing she was being well looked after the whole time, and had lots of photos and messages updates etc. Mollie will definitely be returning for our next holiday! Thank you!❤️”

“First time with Sally and our dog seemed to love it!! Regular updates received with plenty of photos showing usual quirks (eg meerkat'ing) and plenty of walks. Seemed quite content during his stay. Will use again.”

“Well what can I say Alison is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING 🤩 It took me 2 yrs to find this lovely dog caring lady . My dog Honey has never been left with anyone before as she suffers from separation anxiety and cannot be left alone . Because of this problem it was difficult to find someone who would care for her and be there 24/7 but I eventually found Alison she cared and loved for Honey the same as I do with lots of love and cuddles and she really put my mind at ease so that I could enjoy my holiday with regular updates . 10 🌟”

“Where to start… Aimee is fantastic! Jax was immediately comfortable, roaming around and exploring their lovely home & garden, we knew he was going to be fine from the minute we walked in. I got regular updates and I could see Jax was content & so settled. So much so, he was more than happy to stay when we went to pick him up 😅 We would highly recommend and will certainly be using Aimee again.. Thank you! 🙏🏻”

“I can’t thank Sandra enough for looking after Wilma. It was the first time leaving her so I was quite anxious. She understood this and sent me lots of updates and pics on her stay. Wilma was cared for amazingly and I really trusted Sandra. Thank you again, 100% will rebook xxx”

“I genuinely cannot recommend Dawn highly enough. She absolutely welcomed Scamp into her home & treated him as her own. I got regular messages , photos & videos which was brilliant. He has had as much of a fantastic holiday as we have, playing with Dawn’s dogs, playing in the water & going to work to see the residents of the care home Dawn works in, which he loved. Dawn even gave Scamp injections & eye drops as he’s diabetic. Scamp was very sad to leave her & come home! Thank you so much.”

“Jennie and her partner were fantastic with our 2 girly labradoodles While I was on holiday I felt bambi and raven were safe and getting the love they needed Jennie sent me updates every day with photos which really put my mind at ease I would definitely recommend Jennie she is a caring animal sitter who puts your pets needs first We will definitely be contacting Jennie for future holidays 🐶🐶🐶🐶”

“Danielle was fantastic with our doggo Stanley. She was really friendly, easy to communicate with, and clearly great with him. We felt completely at ease leaving Stan in her care and would happily book with her again. Highly recommended!”
