“Jamie was fantastic - he came for a visit before booking to meet the cats which was really helpful and helped them get to know him, and he looked after them really well while we were away. I had quite a few needs (including charging GPS collars) and he did a great job, including opening windows in the hot weather and the cats love him. The photos were appreciated too. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and have also dog sit my grandparents elderly west highland terriers before. My parents were cat breeders so I’m very comfortable with cats and dogs. I have always grown up around dogs and cats and currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own. Alex is a qualified veterinary surgeon also working in the Middlesbrough area. He works with dogs, cats and exotic pets. He has also grown up with dogs, cats and reptiles but currently has 2 pet snakes. We are both very experienced with all types of pets, including large breeds, small breeds, young pets, geriatric pets, anxious pets as well as giving all medication types such as oral, topical and injectable medications. We are both busy professionals that typically work during the week days. But we both have Thursdays weekends and most evenings free to look after your pets. With enough notice we are able to move our schedule around to fit around your pets needs. We both care for animals for a living, so we are both extremely knowledgable about pet care and welfare. Animal and human safety and welfare is our top priority. We recognise that each pet has individual needs and requirements and we will always do our best to achieve this. This may include strict exercise routines, feeding specific diets and administering medications. Unfortunately we are not currently able to provide pet sitting at our home.

When out in public I always stroke dogs with permission and talk to them Currently I have more free time than usual and I am available during the week and weekend for hourly/ daily visits and for overnight stays. I live in Hartlepool so I'd be willing to do drop in visits and walks for anyone living within 10 miles of me and I would stay in your home up to 35-40 miles away from where I live. But please ask as I might be able to make exceptions I can do walks/stays after 17:30 in the teesside area and potentially could do a drop in visit during the day depending on where you live I'd care for the pets in the owners home and follow the instructions they gave me about keeping their pets safe, hopefully this would make life easier for the owner

We couldn’t be happier with Sylvia as our cat sitter. When she came for the meet‑and‑greet, our shy and nervous girl Pepper immediately went over to her for fuss and cuddles - something she never does with new people. Our little kitten took a bit more warming up (she’s still figuring out the world), but Sylvia was so gentle and patient with her. Within 5 minutes she was comfortable enough to have a good play!
