About: Ive been dog walking now for 6 months. I have a good client base but looking to expand on this . Each and every one of your pets will be looked after like my own Im currently running my own business so fitting dog walks around it is no problem ! As its my business I choose my own hours that I can work I aim to walk your dog on a lead only untill trust is built up for recall . About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and have also dog sit my grandparents elderly west highland terriers before. My parents were cat breeders so I’m very comfortable with cats and dogs. I grew up with a border collie. Other family pets included ducks, chickens, rats, birds, turtles, hamsters. I also leave all the doors open so the pegs can come find me st my workstation and I can keep an ear out for them! Including frequent breaks to check on their needs, water and just some attention if they wish!

We couldn’t be happier with Sylvia as our cat sitter. When she came for the meet‑and‑greet, our shy and nervous girl Pepper immediately went over to her for fuss and cuddles - something she never does with new people. Our little kitten took a bit more warming up (she’s still figuring out the world), but Sylvia was so gentle and patient with her. Within 5 minutes she was comfortable enough to have a good play! Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
