“From childhood Steven has always had a great rapport with both people and animals. His own dog Harley, a Labrador/spaniel cross came from an elderly couple who realised they could not provide a suitable lifestyle for such an active animal. On arrival he was extremely timid and shy and was not happy in the company of people and other dogs. Within a year he was transformed into a happy tail wagging dog who mixes reasonably freely and who clearly fully enjoys his daily romps in the local countryside, woods and river. I believe Harley’s original owners have since visited Steven and been delighted to find that what must have been a difficult decision at the time proved to be the correct one.”

“Egle was fantastic with my two border collies! We have two extremely active and focused dogs. We had Egle taking care of them number of times during our holidays abroad. She is excellent in following the given instructions ( one of our dogs has epilepsy and needs to be given medication 3 times daily), she is active and interacted with our dogs throughout the day. She was sending little snaps of their day to keep us in a loop, which I really appreciated as I’m one of the really protective dog mums. 😅 I could not find a better sitter could not recommend enough!”

About: I have been raised around various types of different dogs through out my life and love them so much I love to go out on adventures and bring my own dog along giving her plenty of exercise and love she deserves I work full time however have plenty of breaks and can generally choose when I take them and my own timetable meaning I have plenty of time to work around other schedules I have one very friendly border collie who loves to play and spend time with other dogs, she is cared for very well and is given the best care that she deserves

Emily has always grown up with pets in the household being that from Dogs to Chickens. Recently she took 2dogs of the side of the road that had escaped from their home and managed to get them home safely. Her loving personality relates directly to into the animals and has always had a great rapport with any animal she has to look after. Emily has looked after my Dog for many weeks and I couldn’t have more trust in a human being to feed, walk and care for my dog. She makes the perfect candidate for this role.”

About: Starting early, I did work experience in a kennels and animal sanctuary at school and progressed on to Animal Care college at 16. Since then I've had my own animals from dogs to cats, chickens to rats...and looked after many others from dog walking to overnight stays. A qualified teacher now enjoying a slower pace of life! I'm self employed and work as a Jewellery designer and tutor so I am very flexible. I live in a beautiful area away from too many people and traffic. I'm a huge nature fan so I walk every day with my own dog and would love to have more company of the furry variety to enjoy my strolls! I have a 3 year old Border Collie who we had as a puppy from the dogs trust. We also have two cats, a Gecko and three chickens. We live on a private woodland estate. I work self employed so I'm flexible with timings however early mornings are tricky due to school runs. I generally work in my studio from 11-4 but again, I'm flexible. I have a Collie who you could say is spoilt, however I would say he's loved to bits! I also have two cats, one 14 and one 7 as well as 8 hens and 5 cockerels. Huge animal lover who prefers animals to people! 🤣
