Lucy was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond in making sure our very fussy, very anxious cats were looked after and supported, and they absolutely loved her - she paid careful attention to all instructions and followed them to the letter, checked in with me frequently about food and toilet habits, and was utterly diligent in ensuring everything was exactly the way it needed to be. We know who to ask to catsit next time we go away! Thanks so much Lucy, you are absolutely fantastic ❤️

About: A happy hello, we're Debbie and Dave, dog lovers and cat cuddlers. We've 40+ FIVE STAR reviews on another pet sitting platform (just ask for a link). We recently joined Rover, but on other sites, we've cared for dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, a hamster, and a pig. 100% of our FIVE STAR reviews have come from real pet parents who've trusted us to care for their pets. We're fully insured and are non smokers. Now for the fun bit: WE ADORE FURRY SNUGGLES! We're so happy to have shared our "official" pet/house sitting journey with 70+ furry friends PLUS a colony of 12 outdoor cats, and 22 feathery friends, and we're delighted (OVER THE MOON!) when we're asked back for return sits. We are a couple, which means pets get double the cuddles, attention, and love for the price of one. It's especially helpful for multiple pets, and energetic dogs or those that pull on the lead. We have had many loved pets ourselves over the years, but none of our own nowadays. Between us our own pets in the past have included dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, fish, a duck, and a parrot, but none of our own nowadays. So how did our pet sitting life begin?... We used to care for our son’s Boston Terrier as he worked away a lot, but he moved to Spain, and took Dory (our grand-pup) with him, and they're now settled with a family of their own in Spain. That's when our thoughts of pet sitting began, having a void in our lives with them gone, and being unable to have pets with travelling to visit them for extended periods. We LOVE pet sitting, but what began as a way to top up our hearts with furry snuggles, fast became an amazing full-time way of life, filled with fun and furry characters. In 2023, we turned our own home into a holiday cottage while we spent time with fun and furry new friends. On the house-sitting side of things, we've plenty of experience, from owning our own home, owning rental properties, and carrying out refurbishments on our various properties too. Also, I (Debbie) used to own a cleaning business that employed 12 staff until I sold it many years ago. Therefore, we are used to caring for properties, and have a common-sense approach, should anything unknown happen, like frozen pipes or power cuts. We live a quiet life, we're polite and friendly with neighbours, we're well-behaved, and house trained! Some pets just don't settle very well in kennels, catteries, and other people's homes, and we'd love to help if we can, so please feel free to ask any questions. We're very friendly and more than happy to answer anything. PS If you haven't had anyone stay in your home to look after your pets before, you'll find us very easy to chat with. We care for pets the way that suits each pet's individual needs and characteristics. With feeding times and walks, we're totally flexible around your particular pet's needs, and what makes them happy. We're fully ensured, non-smokers. From dog walking to cat cuddling, we love surrounding ourselves with animals. We also care for pets in their own homes while their owners take a well deserved trip, this means the only thing that changes is the person who is caring for them and giving them strokes and affection. So they can stay where they are happiest, with familiar smells and surroundings. Medication/Extra TLC: We've cared for many pets on various types of medication, with many different ailments, just ask for more details. We have a soft spot for those that need a little extra TLC and the elderly ones too. Shy or timid pets: Pets warm to us very quickly to us, and our reviews are testimony to that. We're fantastic with those that are shy, timid, and afraid of the world. We've 40+ FIVE STAR reviews on another pet sitting platform. Just ask for the link.

About: I have been looking after my own dog since I was 10, always making sure she is happy and fulfilled. Since she has been getting older, I have also administered medication without fail. Caring for pets is not only great for them, to have someone around for them, but also great for me as a student, to de-stress from studies and get out and about with them. I always want to make sure that pets have the best time possible, so I will be an enthusiastic and attentive companion for them. I am a student, so I have lots of free time in and around the normal working hours, making me perfect to step in when you are busy, and care for your pet on weekdays as well as weekends. Being a student means I also have longer holidays than normal term-times, so I will be free when you or your kids may not be. At the moment I can only care for pets inside their own home, but I want the pet to feel as if I am not an intruder but someone they can trust and have fun with. If your dog is older like mine and may just want a companion to sit and play with, I can do that, and if they want to get out and walk, I can do that too. I can take more energetic dogs for longer walks, and can discuss how to be safe in times like letting them off the lead or playing fetch, depending on the area you live in and the pet's temperament. My whole life I have dealt with a dog who has a slightly erratic temperament, in that she can be reactive and aggressive, especially when nervous- if your dog is similar, then we can definitely discuss ways to keep them relaxed or well-behaved when out and about, as I have had a lot of experience with it.

About: With years of hands-on dog care experience—including raising my Teddy from a 2-month-old puppy to a 7-year-old adult dog(in China)and looking after a 10-year-old Miniature Poodle while in the UK(many times)—I’m proficient in providing regular feeding, medication administration, allergen avoidance, and massage care for dogs of all ages. As a student with an extremely light course load, I have plenty of free time to play with your pups and give them all the attention they need! I’m applying for dog walking and boarding services here because I miss my own pets so much and want to fill that void with caring for your furry friends. While my home isn’t overly spacious, its cozy atmosphere provides plenty of room for a pup to play and move around freely—I’m happy to let dogs roam the house instead of keeping them crated! Crating services are also available if needed. Plus, there’s a large lawn just steps away from my place, so I can take your furry friend there for playtime and exercise anytime.

About: I had a cocker spaniel until recently. She is now living elsewhere due to my divorce. I love dogs and grew up with them. I live alone in a nice estate surrounded by great dog walks. I work full time Monday -Friday but weekends and evenings are free and I have some Mondays and Fridays off. I can also work from home during the week so weekdays for daycare are also a possibility. Enclosed back garden and your dog would have full use of my house, or whatever rules you want in place. I’m a dog lover and I would love to have the company of your pet. I have some Mondays and Fridays off. I generally work 8-4pm Monday - Friday but I can work from home and my evenings and weekends are free. I have a rear enclosed garden with a 6ft high fence, grass and paved area with plenty of plants and greenery. It’s not a huge garden but enough for your pet to have a little run around. I would want the dog to be happy and in my company with plenty of walks, cuddles, sitting beside me etc.

We’ve had a lovely weekend away, stress free thanks to Kayleigh. And the dogs really love her by the looks of the photos. We will definetly be using her again.

I’m very happy that I chose Jamie to look after my cat, with twice daily check-ins. He let me know when he started and ended each visit, kept me updated with loads of photos/messages. I would absolutely recommend Jamie, he seems a real animal lover and the experience meant a weight off my mind that my cat was being cared for without all the stress associated with leaving him in a cattery. Thanks so much Jamie!

Louise is an asset to this platform. She looked after my two kitties for 5 days (4 nights) while I was away in Germany. I had regular updates and pictures daily and knew they were in good hands. The house was as I left it, the cats were happy when I arrived home thanks to being looked after in their own home and not having the stress of being in a cattery! I can’t thank Louise enough, I will definitely use her and this service again, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.
