Safety, trust & environment
I will always check with the owner on their pets preferences and how to handle them before visiting and will always make sure I am in the vicinity of your pet. When dog walking I will always have an eye on your dog in case anything happens.
Information Lucy B. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know about any special needs or behaviours I will need to account for, I don't have any training but would always be open to providing additional care if necessary. This is alongside the walking requirements and food so I can properly care for your pet.
A typical day
I can offer long walks to give your dog plenty of exercises, as well as shorter sniffing walks to provide your dog with mental stimulation. In the home, I will play with you dog/cat to make sure they are happy and healthy, especially for cats to give them a bit of exercise if they don't go outside.

PhD student who loves animals
Pet care experience
My family have always owned cats (and a tortoise!) and taken care of neighbours/friends cats, dogs, guinea pigs, and rabbits so I have plenty of experience. I also used to work on an equine yard where I was in charge of the resident cats, dogs, sheep, horses, and cow so I'm not fazed by large animals. I enjoy long walks so would be happy to walk your dog in the local area if needed, but also like to stay indoors and play with cats and dogs.

Lucy also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews

Lucy was absolutely brilliant! She took such good care of Monty, took the time to meet him and learn about his routine beforehand, and followed my instructions to a tee. Lucy kept me updated throughout with photos and videos, and I felt relieved going away knowing that Monty had been left in such good hands! I would absolutely recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter! Thank you :)

I booked often to Lucy , if she is available she already knew Maximus and fully recommended..

Lucy looked after the kitties again while I was away for a night, and as always we couldn’t be happier! The cats are very comfortable around her and whenever I return there are no signs of stress at all. Lucy is super tidy, careful and has adapted to all changes I requested with ease. Thankful to have my babies in good hands ♥️
Lucy was great with our Dachshund. Betty can be very nervous with strangers but she made friends with Lucy so quickly, really liking Lucy’s calm nature.
