Safety, trust & environment
I will always check with the owner on their pets preferences and how to handle them before visiting and will always make sure I am in the vicinity of your pet. When dog walking I will always have an eye on your dog in case anything happens.
Information Lucy B. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know about any special needs or behaviours I will need to account for, I don't have any training but would always be open to providing additional care if necessary. This is alongside the walking requirements and food so I can properly care for your pet.
A typical day
I can offer long walks to give your dog plenty of exercises, as well as shorter sniffing walks to provide your dog with mental stimulation. In the home, I will play with you dog/cat to make sure they are happy and healthy, especially for cats to give them a bit of exercise if they don't go outside.

Pet care experience
My family have always owned cats (and a tortoise!) and taken care of neighbours/friends cats, dogs, guinea pigs, and rabbits so I have plenty of experience. I also used to work on an equine yard where I was in charge of the resident cats, dogs, sheep, horses, and cow so I'm not fazed by large animals. I enjoy long walks so would be happy to walk your dog in the local area if needed, but also like to stay indoors and play with cats and dogs.
Cat care experience

Lucy also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews
Lucy was great with our Dachshund. Betty can be very nervous with strangers but she made friends with Lucy so quickly, really liking Lucy’s calm nature.

She is very responsible, punctual, and extremely attentive to detail. :) While we were away, she sent us photos to show how our dogs were doing, which made us feel very reassured. ☺️ When we came back home, our dogs were in perfect condition. I think they also had a very comfortable and happy time with her! She is the best pet sitter. 👍

As always Lucy has been great! She took such good care of the kitties and I went away at peace knowing they were well looked after, enriched and happy! ♥️

Lucy was fabulous. Unfortunately I was let down by another sitter 2 days before I was due to go away. Lucy was flexible despite being last minute and she took amazing care of my property and my animals. You could really tell that my dogs felt safe with her. Thank you Lucy.
