About: I'm the dependable person friends and family have always trusted with their dogs —from bouncy youngsters to dignified old souls. I bring warmth, calm company and good walking shoes. I'm free after 9:30am (Monday to Friday) but other than that, I try to structure my week around the furry friends that I look after! I'm careful, calm and very much a 'doors-checked-twice' sort of a person. Whether in my home or yours, I take safety seriously: leads checked, doors secured, meds or routines followed precisely. I try to create a calm environment where pets are comfortable and treated with genuine affection.
“We couldn’t really recommend Lynn enough after Hugo stayed a couple of days for doggy day care. Lynn was just excellent looking after Hugo. She was flexible when I got the dates wrong on our booking and had to change last minute. Communication was great and drop off and collection was really easy. She is super friendly and Hugo enjoyed his time there with her and her family and her dog Rosie who is a lovely dog. We got some lovely photos of Hugo on his walks and he had a great time. Next time we’re back in Durham we will be definitely using Lynn again! Thanks!”

“Deacon has been going to Ruth for around 2 years for two days a week. Deacon barks with excitement when we drive up to her house and runs from the car to her gate. He has such a great time there. Ruth and her family always make a fuss of him. He has stayed over a few times and I can tell that his care is a priority with them. Totally reliable I would highly recommend Ruth as your dog sitter/boarder.”

About: With years of hands-on dog care experience—including raising my Teddy from a 2-month-old puppy to a 7-year-old adult dog(in China)and looking after a 10-year-old Miniature Poodle while in the UK(many times)—I’m proficient in providing regular feeding, medication administration, allergen avoidance, and massage care for dogs of all ages. As a student with an extremely light course load, I have plenty of free time to play with your pups and give them all the attention they need! I’m applying for dog walking and boarding services here because I miss my own pets so much and want to fill that void with caring for your furry friends. While my home isn’t overly spacious, its cozy atmosphere provides plenty of room for a pup to play and move around freely—I’m happy to let dogs roam the house instead of keeping them crated! Crating services are also available if needed. Plus, there’s a large lawn just steps away from my place, so I can take your furry friend there for playtime and exercise anytime.

About: I have had dogs my whole life and more recently have looked after a number of friends, family and others dogs both overnight and in day care. My house is calm, caring and relaxed, the perfect environment for any dog. I love dog walks and making sure dogs get all the exercise they need. I work from home a number of days a week and would be looking to care for dogs on these days, where I have plenty of time for walks, cuddles and to look after all of their needs. I also don't work a number of mornings so can fully focus my attention on the dog during this time. I have a secure fully fenced medium size garden the dogs can enjoy and they would also have freedom in the house to roam. I live walking distance to some good nature walks where the dog can enjoy exploring and get good exercise. These walks are safe and away from cars.
“Liam and Hannah were absolutely fantastic looking after my young dog, Toby. Leaving him was hard, especially as he struggles with separation anxiety, but they made the whole process so much easier. Toby seemed to settle in really well, which speaks volumes about the care and attention they gave him. I received regular updates, including videos of Toby playing with their dog, Beau, which was such a comfort and brought a huge smile to my face. They also took Toby on lots of walks, which he absolutely loves, and it was clear he was getting plenty of exercise and stimulation. I will definitely be using Liam and Hannah again in the future. Thank you both so much for looking after Toby so wonderfully!”

“Marley had the best time with Sophie today. Sophie sent us lots of updates and photos of Marley throughout the day to let us know how he had settled. Marley is such a high energy dog but Sophie was brilliant with him and meeting his needs. Her communication is brilliant and is very responsive to messages. Marley also loved meeting and playing with his new doggy friend Riley. We would happily use Sophie again for dog sitting in the future. Thank you!”

“Amy was fantastic from start to finish, we arranged a meet and greet where Amy asked lots of questions and was able to bond and understand Lolas needs. Amy was brilliantly accommodating on the day and Lola came home a very happy little girl. I would have no hesitation in recommending Amy to look after your precious fur baby.”

“Lily took excellent care of Trigger for the day, which was a huge help given the last-minute nature of the request. Communication was great, and Trigger thoroughly enjoyed himself. Would definitely ask Lily to help out again next time we're in the north east.”

“Woody seemed very happy with Bethany - immediately running into her house without looking back XD. Was nice getting photos and updates throughout the day. Bethany was super flexible which made everything much easier for us. Thanks again!”
