About: We’re not here to make money, we’re here because we genuinely love having dogs around, which is why we’ve set our prices as low as the app allows. My partner and I recently moved back from Australia. While we were there, we couldn’t have our own dog because of the long term commitment, so we used a similar dog sitting platform instead. We looked after lots of wonderful dogs, and many owners came back to us time and time again whenever they needed a sitter. We both grew up with family dogs, so having one to care for again was something we really enjoyed. For us, dog sitting is the best of both worlds, we get to give your dog plenty of love, attention and care while you’re away, and you get the peace of mind that they’re with people who genuinely enjoy having them around. We’re not trying to turn this into a business. We simply love spending time with dogs, and we think that shows in the care we give. :) Since arriving back from overseas i Lloyd have a long wait before I am cleared to rejoin my job so at the present time I’m home full time and Emma my partner is working evenings for now so your dog will never be left alone at all. We have a large open planned 2 bedroom house that boasts a huge back garden that is fully fenced off. We are happy to care for all sized dogs as well as having more than 1 if needed. The dogs will have full access to the house and garden and will have the best care possible!

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals, mostly dogs, having run my own pet care and mess cleaning service a few years ago (Furry Friends Cleanup Crew). I am very comfortable with dogs, cats and other animals of all sizes and temperaments. Having said this, it’s still important that I meet your furry companions before a sit to give them a chance to know me and so they’re more comfortable during our time together. I’m lucky enough to have a flexible work from home role so pet care works very well with my lifestyle. As long as you are happy for me to bring my laptop along I am able to house/pet sit as long as you need. I have my own car and a clean driving license. At my home I have plenty of room and a high walled garden, so plenty of safety and space. I make sure to give dogs as many bathroom breaks as they need when sitting, wether that means taking them for frequent walks or simply letting them out in the garden if that is the preference.

About: I have cared for dogs since I was 11 years old and currently have a two-and-a-half-year-old Cockapoo in the UK. Alongside caring for my own dog, I have experience looking after both small and large breeds, as well as raising cats and rabbits in my home country. Dogs staying with me will enjoy daily visits to the nearby park, with at least two 30-minute walks or play sessions each day. With the owner’s permission and where it is safe, they can also enjoy off-lead play. I am patient, attentive and always take the time to understand each dog’s individual personality and routine, treating every pet as part of my own family. I believe every dog deserves to feel safe, loved and at home while their family is away. I am a PhD student with a flexible schedule, and my partner is at home full-time, so dogs staying with us will have plenty of company, attention and supervision throughout the day. Our usual routine includes three outdoor trips at around 9 am, 3 pm and 8 pm, with walks, playtime, sniffing and games of fetch in the large park just two minutes from our home. Between walks, dogs are free to relax, play and spend time with us at home. We also do our best to follow each dog’s usual feeding, walking and sleeping routine, so they can settle in quickly and feel comfortable and at home. We live in a spacious two-storey house with plenty of room for dogs to relax, play and move around comfortably. A large park is only a one-minute walk from our home, making regular exercise and outdoor time easy. Dogs are not routinely kept in crates, although we can follow their usual crate routine if requested. All guest dogs are welcome on the sofa, and dogs under 30 kg may sleep on the bed with the owner’s permission. We carefully follow all care instructions and make sure every dog is well supervised throughout their stay. I also keep detailed records of your dog’s daily routine and wellbeing, including their meals, walks, toilet habits, mood, behaviour and any other important changes, so you can easily keep track of how they are doing. Regular photo and video updates are provided throughout the stay, together with detailed status updates, so you’ll always know your dog is safe, happy and having fun. Photos are shared in a way that allows owners to easily view and save them as lovely memories of their dog’s stay.

About: My partner and I have had our own dogs, and family dogs in which we have taken care of diligently for most of our lives. Our soft love, playful personalities and calm approach around dogs enables us to comfortably have dogs around us. With plenty of affection, lots of walks and tail wags our love for dogs is unmatched. We have cared for dogs of all sizes and ages but we prefer those between the ages of 2-10 years old, but we are flexible to accommodate all. Working from home full-time, we have the flexibility to take the doggo’s out whenever it is needed throughout the day. As active individuals, we can provide adequate time to stimulate and play with the dogs, as well as the ability to provide adequate toilet breaks. With a three-levelled, fenced back yard they are free to roam around and have fun - with the curiosity of sniffing everywhere, like we know dogs love! About: I’ve had over 10 years’ experience with dogs, mainly the wonderfully crazy Cockapoo kind! I’ve had my own Cockapoo, Ernie, for the last six years since he was a puppy, and he really is the best. He’s incredibly loving, friendly, and gets on brilliantly with other dogs. I’m often trusted to care for family members’ dogs while they’re away on holiday, and I regularly pop in to visit my neighbours’ dogs for playtime, toilet breaks, and a bit of company when they’re out for long days. This has given me plenty of experience caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, and individual needs. I understand that your dog is a cherished member of your family, and that’s exactly how they’ll be treated in my home. I take great pride in providing a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment where every dog receives the care, attention, and affection they deserve. As a landlady, I have the flexibility to dedicate my full time and attention to caring for your dog. I only take on one guest dog at a time, so alongside my Cockapoo, Ernie, they’ll receive plenty of one-to-one care, cuddles, and companionship. Your dog will never be left unsupervised while in my care. I live with my husband, who works a shift pattern, so he’s home a lot of the time too. He’s a huge dog lover (possibly even more than me!), so your dog can expect even more affection, playtime, and attention whenever he’s around. I have a fully secure, enclosed garden, with the only access being through the house, providing a safe environment for your dog to enjoy. Your dog will also have the company of my friendly Cockapoo, Ernie, so it’s important that they’re comfortable and get along well with other dogs.

About: I grew up with all kinds of animals, training young ones and tending to injuries or ongoing needs. From terriers and spaniels to farm felines and couch cats, and most inbetween. I don't have my own at home now, and have been boarding or walking for friends to fill the fluff shaped gap. Keen to share my space more often and give a safe spot to play and rest while owners are away, or just for walkies and check ins. I'm fair and fun with dogs, love to make their brain and nose work with hide & seek games. Cats are royalty and so entitled to their own agenda; no pressure from me to make fast friends unless they want to play or come for cuddles. I'm in and around most of the day, taking time work on some passion projects at home. Often find myself in the park or a cafe, boarders very welcome to accompany me! One evening per week I work out of the house for 2-4 hours, which can be worked around. I've worked in support for many years, and see sitting quite the same! If visiting their home, first off cover the basics of food, water, access to outside and play. Keeping the environment safe and clean, noticing signs of distress and adapting to what they need as much as possible. At home, there's comfy places to curl up and space to play. The kitchen is ideal for a quiet area to eat and decompress if they need it, with managed access to the yard. I have a fenced yard with a shrubby boarder for toilet and run around time. Some access to neighbours' lawn.
