I don’t even know where to start, I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a more caring and loving person to look after my boy 🥹♥️. He’s a very high energy working cocker and she had him sleeping on the sofa within the first few hours. She took him on so many amazing adventures and he had loads of different experiences that I really doubt he wants to be home! From the first meeting she had a mini interview where she asked me absolutely everything about Pickle. What he likes, what each command means, his favourite toys, treats, you name it. From that moment I knew he was going to be in good hands 🥰 I would take him back to Julie in a heartbeat, I’ve never felt relaxed leaving him with anyone and now finally I feel I can enjoy having time away for the first time since having Pickle ♥️🥒

Anna and her husband looked after Koko over the weekend and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were very responsive from the start and kept us updated throughout his stay with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us real peace of mind. They were both incredibly supportive and helpful, and it was clear that Koko was well cared for and comfortable. I truly think he really enjoyed his little staycation with them! We would absolutely recommend Anna and her husband and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

We booked Finn in with Larissa as a last minute emergency booking, as have been extremely satisfied! Our dog bounced into their lives! We were kept mostly updated with photo's and comments about his time! When we picked him up he seemed very content, no signs of stress at all! Finn was even given a toy as a parting gift! Finn has been extremely well looked after and we will come back again!

Yvonne and David are so lovely, we felt from the meet & greet that our boys would be well looked after, and they definitely were! They dealt with Kenny's anxiety and Geoff's general grumpiness so well, we weren't ever worried about them. We also got great pics and videos, absolutely going to rebook.

About: I have cared for dogs since I was 11 years old and currently have a two-and-a-half-year-old Cockapoo in the UK. Alongside caring for my own dog, I have experience looking after both small and large breeds, as well as raising cats and rabbits in my home country. Dogs staying with me will enjoy daily visits to the nearby park, with at least two 30-minute walks or play sessions each day. With the owner’s permission and where it is safe, they can also enjoy off-lead play. I am patient, attentive and always take the time to understand each dog’s individual personality and routine, treating every pet as part of my own family. I believe every dog deserves to feel safe, loved and at home while their family is away. I am a PhD student with a flexible schedule, and my partner is at home full-time, so dogs staying with us will have plenty of company, attention and supervision throughout the day. Our usual routine includes three outdoor trips at around 9 am, 3 pm and 8 pm, with walks, playtime, sniffing and games of fetch in the large park just two minutes from our home. Between walks, dogs are free to relax, play and spend time with us at home. We also do our best to follow each dog’s usual feeding, walking and sleeping routine, so they can settle in quickly and feel comfortable and at home. We live in a spacious two-storey house with plenty of room for dogs to relax, play and move around comfortably. A large park is only a one-minute walk from our home, making regular exercise and outdoor time easy. Dogs are not routinely kept in crates, although we can follow their usual crate routine if requested. All guest dogs are welcome on the sofa, and dogs under 30 kg may sleep on the bed with the owner’s permission. We carefully follow all care instructions and make sure every dog is well supervised throughout their stay. I also keep detailed records of your dog’s daily routine and wellbeing, including their meals, walks, toilet habits, mood, behaviour and any other important changes, so you can easily keep track of how they are doing. Regular photo and video updates are provided throughout the stay, together with detailed status updates, so you’ll always know your dog is safe, happy and having fun. Photos are shared in a way that allows owners to easily view and save them as lovely memories of their dog’s stay.

About: I’ve grown up caring for dogs, including my own Shih Tzu, so I understand their needs and personalities deeply. I’m gentle, patient, and great with both playful pups and senior dogs. I focus on comfort, trust, and keeping each dog happy, safe, and loved—just like they deserve. I work part-time on weekends from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., so I’m free most afternoons and weekdays to walk, play, and care for dogs. Spending time with them fits easily into my routine—it’s something I truly enjoy and look forward to every day! I treat every dog as if they were my own. In a pet owner’s home, I follow their routine carefully—feeding, walking, and playtime just as instructed. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved, keeping their space clean and cozy while giving them plenty of attention and affection.

Clive needs a lot of training and hands on as he’s currently in adolescence and can be very mischievous but Jessica was brilliant with him. Regular updates were really helpful to keep my mind at ease during the stay. Thank you both so much ♥️

Jack was really settled & happy during his stay with Andrew. Lots of lovely long walks, and a fair few cuddles on the sofa. They got on like a house on fire, and became firm friends, even though it was only a short stay. Jack didn't even look up when I left after dropping him off... :-( Andrew kept me updated with what they were up to & sent some pictures, which was great. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew - he takes time to understand a dog's quirks & foibles, and tailors his plans accordingly. Jack had such a great time that when I went to pick him up, I had to literally drag him to the door!!

Jessica is a lovely, warm and friendly person and has an obvious love and enthusiam for dogs. Our dog Dexter had an overnight stay with Jessica when we visited Gateshead and he had a wonderful time, going for walks and making friends with Jessica's own dog. We had great communication before and during Dexter's stay. As we left Dexter was virtually hugging Jessica goodbye! I'm only sorry we live so far away as I would use Jessica on a regular basis and will do so if we visit the area again, I can't recommend her highly enough.

About: I grew up with all kinds of animals, training young ones and tending to injuries or ongoing needs. From terriers and spaniels to farm felines and couch cats, and most inbetween. I don't have my own at home now, and have been boarding or walking for friends to fill the fluff shaped gap. Keen to share my space more often and give a safe spot to play and rest while owners are away, or just for walkies and check ins. I'm fair and fun with dogs, love to make their brain and nose work with hide & seek games. Cats are royalty and so entitled to their own agenda; no pressure from me to make fast friends unless they want to play or come for cuddles. I'm in and around most of the day, taking time work on some passion projects at home. Often find myself in the park or a cafe, boarders very welcome to accompany me! One evening per week I work out of the house for 2-4 hours, which can be worked around. I've worked in support for many years, and see sitting quite the same! If visiting their home, first off cover the basics of food, water, access to outside and play. Keeping the environment safe and clean, noticing signs of distress and adapting to what they need as much as possible. At home, there's comfy places to curl up and space to play. The kitchen is ideal for a quiet area to eat and decompress if they need it, with managed access to the yard. I have a fenced yard with a shrubby boarder for toilet and run around time. Some access to neighbours' lawn.

I had to take a trip to visit relatives overseas, and was so nervous leaving my cat alone at home for over a week, and wondered if she would be bored or lonely. Serene was wonderful, she knew exactly what to ask about her needs and likes when I first met her, and my cat Willow loved her (more than she usually demonstrates to me... I was a little jealous, but very reassured that she was well cared for when I was away, totally worth it). Serene was always on time with updates and visits, keeping close to my cat's normal routine, Willow plays with Serene and lies on her lap so happily. When she came home with a bleeding paw the day before I was due to come back, Serene called me immediately and took her to a vet as I asked, arranging treatment until I could come home the next day to pick her up. My cat is all stitched up now and recovering well. Thank you so much Serene! I cannot recommend Serene highly enough, she loves cats and cats love her too!

Sophie was incredibly patient and flexible over the booking process (which was complicated due to some cat health issues that affected the booking times), and responded promptly and patiently to all my messages and my last-minute flailing around! Has been thoughtful, great with problem solving, communicative throughout, and took great care in staying with them during the sessions to ensure they’d had everything they needed, especially as one has been incredibly poorly lately. Has earned the trust of my two very finicky and anxious cats. Thank you Sophie!

About: I’ve grown up with a cat so feel very comfortable with them, and most members of my extended family also have cats so I’ve had lots of experience with cats of different personalities and needs. I have some informal cat sitting experience over the past couple of years, including looking after a british shorthair and two rescue cats. I think I have a skill for getting cats to trust me by letting them go at their own pace and not being overbearing. I take a million pictures of my own cat a day so people whose cat i’m looking after can definitely benefit from regular picture updates.

About: I was bought up on a farm in New Zealand and have had many different pets over the years. Cats have always been a part of my life. I couldn't think of a better animal to have as a pet. I currently have one cat who I absolutely adore. I am required to administer medication to her twice a day, so I have no problem if medication is required for any cat that I may be lucky enough to look after. I have looked after friends cats in the past both in their homes and through daily visits. I have been thinking about taking up cat sitting for some time now, however a busy job has prevented me from doing this. I have very recently been made redundant which now gives me the opportunity to do something I would love. I am recently DBS checked.

Katie was absolutely amazing, and I'll definitely be recommending her and booking her again. Her communication was excellent throughout. She provided detailed Rover cards and always kept me up to date with any changes or concerns. She took fantastic care of Cleo and made me feel completely comfortable leaving her in Katie's care. Even though Cleo is a very shy cat, Katie was patient enough to gain her trust, and within a few days she was able to pet and play with her. When Cleo managed to get out through an upstairs window, Katie handled the situation calmly and kept me updated throughout. She followed the plan we agreed to make sure Cleo could get back inside safely, and I really appreciated how reassuring and proactive she was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Katie to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative pet sitter.

About: I have lived with and looked after cats for many years, always first to make friends with them at parties, too. I don't have my own now and miss their furry sass! Kittos come with so many different characters and quirks, which is why we love them. Some act as if they've been here before and are not all phased, ready to play right away. Rightly so, for some it can take a little time to get used to a new person or environment. I like to help them safe by not crowding or provoking too much interaction, and let them scope put what's happening in their own time.

About: We’re not here to make money, we’re here because we genuinely love having dogs around, which is why we’ve set our prices as low as the app allows. My partner and I recently moved back from Australia. While we were there, we couldn’t have our own dog because of the long term commitment, so we used a similar dog sitting platform instead. We looked after lots of wonderful dogs, and many owners came back to us time and time again whenever they needed a sitter. We both grew up with family dogs, so having one to care for again was something we really enjoyed. For us, dog sitting is the best of both worlds, we get to give your dog plenty of love, attention and care while you’re away, and you get the peace of mind that they’re with people who genuinely enjoy having them around. We’re not trying to turn this into a business. We simply love spending time with dogs, and we think that shows in the care we give. :) Since arriving back from overseas i Lloyd have a long wait before I am cleared to rejoin my job so at the present time I’m home full time and Emma my partner is working evenings for now so your dog will never be left alone at all. We have a large open planned 2 bedroom house that boasts a huge back garden that is fully fenced off. We are happy to care for all sized dogs as well as having more than 1 if needed. The dogs will have full access to the house and garden and will have the best care possible!

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals, mostly dogs, having run my own pet care and mess cleaning service a few years ago (Furry Friends Cleanup Crew). I am very comfortable with dogs, cats and other animals of all sizes and temperaments. Having said this, it’s still important that I meet your furry companions before a sit to give them a chance to know me and so they’re more comfortable during our time together. I’m lucky enough to have a flexible work from home role so pet care works very well with my lifestyle. As long as you are happy for me to bring my laptop along I am able to house/pet sit as long as you need. I have my own car and a clean driving license. At my home I have plenty of room and a high walled garden, so plenty of safety and space. I make sure to give dogs as many bathroom breaks as they need when sitting, wether that means taking them for frequent walks or simply letting them out in the garden if that is the preference.

About: My partner and I have had our own dogs, and family dogs in which we have taken care of diligently for most of our lives. Our soft love, playful personalities and calm approach around dogs enables us to comfortably have dogs around us. With plenty of affection, lots of walks and tail wags our love for dogs is unmatched. We have cared for dogs of all sizes and ages but we prefer those between the ages of 2-10 years old, but we are flexible to accommodate all. Working from home full-time, we have the flexibility to take the doggo’s out whenever it is needed throughout the day. As active individuals, we can provide adequate time to stimulate and play with the dogs, as well as the ability to provide adequate toilet breaks. With a three-levelled, fenced back yard they are free to roam around and have fun - with the curiosity of sniffing everywhere, like we know dogs love! With access to plenty of suitable parks, trails, and walking areas, we can ensure your loved one will get all the attention, exercise and love they crave!

About: I’ve had over 10 years’ experience with dogs, mainly the wonderfully crazy Cockapoo kind! I’ve had my own Cockapoo, Ernie, for the last six years since he was a puppy, and he really is the best. He’s incredibly loving, friendly, and gets on brilliantly with other dogs. I’m often trusted to care for family members’ dogs while they’re away on holiday, and I regularly pop in to visit my neighbours’ dogs for playtime, toilet breaks, and a bit of company when they’re out for long days. This has given me plenty of experience caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, and individual needs. I understand that your dog is a cherished member of your family, and that’s exactly how they’ll be treated in my home. I take great pride in providing a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment where every dog receives the care, attention, and affection they deserve. As a landlady, I have the flexibility to dedicate my full time and attention to caring for your dog. I only take on one guest dog at a time, so alongside my Cockapoo, Ernie, they’ll receive plenty of one-to-one care, cuddles, and companionship. Your dog will never be left unsupervised while in my care. I live with my husband, who works a shift pattern, so he’s home a lot of the time too. He’s a huge dog lover (possibly even more than me!), so your dog can expect even more affection, playtime, and attention whenever he’s around. I have a fully secure, enclosed garden, with the only access being through the house, providing a safe environment for your dog to enjoy. Your dog will also have the company of my friendly Cockapoo, Ernie, so it’s important that they’re comfortable and get along well with other dogs.

About: Before coming to the UK, I was basically a mom of 7 dogs. Spending time with them is never tiring . Aren't they little angles ✨ I have flexibility since its summer and I have no school. Pet care just kinda slips into your day—like feeding your furry overlord when you wake up, going on poop patrol during walks, and brushing enough fur to make a second pet. Once a week, it’s spa day When I’m caring for pets—whether in my home or someone else’s—it’s all about creating a safe, cozy vibe they can trust. I pet-proof the space (no sneaky snacks or chewable cords!), stick to their routine so they feel secure, and shower them with affection

I also worked in a doggy day care for 2 years. Current just got my own house with my boyfriend so I will be free a lot of the time to take dogs in to look after while their owners are away. What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my deep passion for animal welfare, personalised approach, and attention to detail. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive the love, exercise, and companionship they need while you're away. My early start in dog sitting has given me a wealth of knowledge and a genuine understanding of dogs' needs, making me a reliable and trusted choice for pet owners. I will be available every evening & weekend and only at work for a few hours during the day! I conduct a thorough assessment of the home to identify and mitigate any potential hazards, such as securing loose wires, removing harmful plants, and ensuring access to clean water and safe, designated areas for play and rest. I adhere to the pet's regular routine, including feeding, exercise, and any specific care instructions provided by the owner. About: I started looking after my pets (dogs, cats etc.) when I was 5. I always loved spending time with them. They charge me with positive. Have an experience in training dogs. Can't imagine my life without pets. My friends always trusted me their pets and were always calm about them. I'm responsible and can cook food for them. At this moment I have a lot of free time so it should be no problem to look after your pet for the whole day. I like bathing, playing and walking pets and feeding them. I also come up with interesting games for them very often so they won't be bored. Our family consists of three people, and there's always someone at home throughout the day. Your pet will never be left alone or feel neglected — we make sure they’re always in good company. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening, one of us will be around to give attention, care, and love. We know how important it is for pets to feel safe and not stressed when they're away from home. I take care of everything your pet needs: feeding on time, going for regular walks in the nearby park, and playing both indoors and outdoors. I give them space to explore and be active, while also making sure they stay safe and happy. Daily routines are very important to me, so your pet will have a consistent and comfortable schedule that suits their habits and energy levels.

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience from my own Labrador and previously my much-loved Doberman and Dalmatian. I enjoy heelwork, obedience training, agility, scentwork, swimming, frisbee, and fetch — always tailored to each dog’s unique energy, age, and breed. Whether it’s a high-drive pup or a senior needing a gentle pace, I adjust to their individual needs with patience, structure, and care. Pet care fits naturally into my routine right now as I’m currently on maternity leave and have lots of flexibility for walks and drop-in visits. I bring my little one along in a pram or carrier, so I’m only able to care for dogs who are comfortable around children. This setup allows me to give dogs regular, focused attention while maintaining a calm and steady routine. I treat every dog with the same care and attention I give my own. During walks and drop-ins, I focus on safety by using secure, well-fitting gear and choosing routes that match each dog’s energy level, temperament, and confidence. I never rush or push dogs beyond what they’re comfortable with — I move at their pace, whether it’s a high-energy outing or a calm sniff-and-stroll. I follow all instructions carefully, from feeding and medication to specific training cues or behavior preferences. I’m always watching for changes in body language, mood, or behavior so I can respond quickly and appropriately. Building trust is essential — both with the dogs and their people. I communicate clearly, keep owners updated with photos and messages, and aim to make every visit feel reliable, calm, and positive for your pet.

About: Hey! I’m Felicia and I’m an experienced pet sitter. I have experience in taking care of dogs, cats, rabbits and reptiles. I own 3 dogs back in Singapore and I’m their main trainer, and I own 2 cats here in the UK. I often petsit for my neighbours, friends and family. Feeding (including raw meat diet), bathing, and walking, you can count on me! I am work fully remote, only needing to be in the office about once every month. When working from home, I am very flexible and can go with your dog’s walking schedule. I have an empty guest room in my flat that many dogs and cats have stayed in when I am pet sitting. I own a dog crate for when dogs do stay over. I also have extra litter trays for cats who stay over. I am precise with my feeding and measure food each mealtime.

Lauren was absolutely amazing with Wilf, it is the first time we have left him with him only being 4 months old but he could not of been in better hands. She sent us regular updates and he had an absolute blast. Lauren is just the loveliest person and we have already booked her again for when we go on holiday, I can not recommend her enough ❤️

Our Clive was sad to leave! He had the best time and I felt really at ease meeting beforehand for our first rover experience.

About: I grew up with Dobermans and at one point we had three in the house. I love dogs and regularly look after my friends pets both sitting and walking. Had experience of dog training, both small and bigs breads, from a border terrier to a German shepherd. Happy to go on adventurous walks, or a walk round the block and open my home up for sitting too. I work full time but have every other Friday off and can work flexibly from home for 2 days a week. I am more available at weekends however can adjust my work from home days to sit around the weekend for longer sitting opportunities. Dog walking can be before work, after work or during a lunch time on a WFH day and weekends any time. I have no pets of my own just yet. I have a garden at my home, 3 bed house with plenty of space and space downstairs for dog beds, crates or whatever is required. I am super respectful and will always follow the dog owners wishes for caring for their dog.
