“Jessica is a lovely, warm and friendly person and has an obvious love and enthusiam for dogs. Our dog Dexter had an overnight stay with Jessica when we visited Gateshead and he had a wonderful time, going for walks and making friends with Jessica's own dog. We had great communication before and during Dexter's stay. As we left Dexter was virtually hugging Jessica goodbye! I'm only sorry we live so far away as I would use Jessica on a regular basis and will do so if we visit the area again, I can't recommend her highly enough.”

“Lauren was absolutely amazing with Wilf, it is the first time we have left him with him only being 4 months old but he could not of been in better hands. She sent us regular updates and he had an absolute blast. Lauren is just the loveliest person and we have already booked her again for when we go on holiday, I can not recommend her enough ❤️”

About: Whilst running my pet care services business I had 2 main cat clients, one very affectionate and who wanted lots of attention and another who wished only to be fed and left alone! I’m comfortable giving cats medication if required, and of course providing lots of attention and play if they want it.

About: I was bought up on a farm in New Zealand and have had many different pets over the years. Cats have always been a part of my life. I couldn't think of a better animal to have as a pet. I currently have one cat who I absolutely adore. I am required to administer medication to her twice a day, so I have no problem if medication is required for any cat that I may be lucky enough to look after. I have looked after friends cats in the past both in their homes and through daily visits. I have been thinking about taking up cat sitting for some time now, however a busy job has prevented me from doing this. I have very recently been made redundant which now gives me the opportunity to do something I would love. I am recently DBS checked.

“Absolutely brilliant. I didn't have to worry at all whilst we were away, Clara did a fantastic job! The cats didn't show any signs of stress whilst we were gone, and when we came back they were healthy and happy. Clara kept in touch and sent photos and videos, I will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Katie was absolutely amazing, and I'll definitely be recommending her and booking her again. Her communication was excellent throughout. She provided detailed Rover cards and always kept me up to date with any changes or concerns. She took fantastic care of Cleo and made me feel completely comfortable leaving her in Katie's care. Even though Cleo is a very shy cat, Katie was patient enough to gain her trust, and within a few days she was able to pet and play with her. When Cleo managed to get out through an upstairs window, Katie handled the situation calmly and kept me updated throughout. She followed the plan we agreed to make sure Cleo could get back inside safely, and I really appreciated how reassuring and proactive she was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Katie to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative pet sitter.”

About: I'm a caring and reliable cat sitter who understands that every cat has their own personality and routine. Whether your cat is playful and sociable or shy and independent, I'll provide patient, attentive care tailored to their needs. I'm experienced in looking after cats of different ages and temperaments, making sure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter tray, plenty of affection if they want it, and a calm, stress-free environment while you're away. My goal is to help your cat feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing they're in good hands.

“Megan was such a thoughtful sitter and kept us well updated while we were away - and was especially kind to look after Rolo so well over Christmas! Thanks so much for everything ☃️🧡”

“Sophie was incredibly patient and flexible over the booking process (which was complicated due to some cat health issues that affected the booking times), and responded promptly and patiently to all my messages and my last-minute flailing around! Has been thoughtful, great with problem solving, communicative throughout, and took great care in staying with them during the sessions to ensure they’d had everything they needed, especially as one has been incredibly poorly lately. Has earned the trust of my two very finicky and anxious cats. Thank you Sophie!”

About: I grew up in a 3 cat household and have always been a cat lover. All of ours lived to be around 18/19 years old and lived very full and loving lives. In my adult life I have cared for friends/family cats when they have been away on holiday and enjoy the interactions with cats in general.

“Kira looked after our cat Rosie whilst we were away and she was perfect! Kira kept us updated, sent pictures and i could tell she gave her lots of care and special attention! We came home to a very happy healthy kitty! Thank you Kira for being an amazing pet sitter! Will definitely recommend and re-book 😊”

“Julie, is a really lovely lady. She is very caring and loving with my dog Sully. He has been going to Julie for daycare for almost 3 months now. He always comes back very happy and content. Sully, is always kept active with 2 walks a day and Julie, keeps me posted with pictures and video updates, regularly. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone.”

“Sophie was wonderful with Lily. Lily is 15 and blind so leaving her with a new person is always a worry but Sophie put us at our ease immediately and Lily was very comfortable at her home. Thank you Sophie.”

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals, mostly dogs, having run my own pet care and mess cleaning service a few years ago (Furry Friends Cleanup Crew). I am very comfortable with dogs, cats and other animals of all sizes and temperaments. Having said this, it’s still important that I meet your furry companions before a sit to give them a chance to know me and so they’re more comfortable during our time together. I’m lucky enough to have a flexible work from home role so pet care works very well with my lifestyle. As long as you are happy for me to bring my laptop along I am able to house/pet sit as long as you need. I have my own car and a clean driving license. At my home I have plenty of room and a high walled garden, so plenty of safety and space. I make sure to give dogs as many bathroom breaks as they need when sitting, wether that means taking them for frequent walks or simply letting them out in the garden if that is the preference.
About: My partner and I have had our own dogs, and family dogs in which we have taken care of diligently for most of our lives. Our soft love, playful personalities and calm approach around dogs enables us to comfortably have dogs around us. With plenty of affection, lots of walks and tail wags our love for dogs is unmatched. We have cared for dogs of all sizes and ages but we prefer those between the ages of 2-10 years old, but we are flexible to accommodate all. Working from home full-time, we have the flexibility to take the doggo’s out whenever it is needed throughout the day. As active individuals, we can provide adequate time to stimulate and play with the dogs, as well as the ability to provide adequate toilet breaks. With a three-levelled, fenced back yard they are free to roam around and have fun - with the curiosity of sniffing everywhere, like we know dogs love! With access to plenty of suitable parks, trails, and walking areas, we can ensure your loved one will get all the attention, exercise and love they crave!
“Laura and her husband were absolutely wonderful with Henry! Even on such short notice, they welcomed her in for the day without any hesitation. From our very first meeting, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive — it really put my mind at ease leaving Henry in their care for the first time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter!”

“Aviral and Gayatri took excellent care of Mabel. I received lots of lovely photos and messages updating me on how her day was going. Mabel had a fun time and was well cared for.”

“Kateryna was so friendly and welcoming to our dog, who has some separation anxiety! She sent lots of updates throughout her stay, as well as photos and we really appreciated the kindness she showed towards our dog, so thank you again Kateryna!”

About: Before coming to the UK, I was basically a mom of 7 dogs. Spending time with them is never tiring . Aren't they little angles ✨ I have flexibility since its summer and I have no school. Pet care just kinda slips into your day—like feeding your furry overlord when you wake up, going on poop patrol during walks, and brushing enough fur to make a second pet. Once a week, it’s spa day When I’m caring for pets—whether in my home or someone else’s—it’s all about creating a safe, cozy vibe they can trust. I pet-proof the space (no sneaky snacks or chewable cords!), stick to their routine so they feel secure, and shower them with affection
“Jane has been great with milo! He adjusted really quickly to her home and her family, I can see how happy he is with her and how excited he gets to go back in the morning. I’m at peace knowing milo is in great hands and he’s getting the best care in the world 🥰”

“Dylan stays with Alla once or twice a week and really enjoys his time there. Alla is very patient and understanding as he is an elderly dog with some health concerns and even helps with medication. I often have to carry Dylan out when I collect him now as he just loves being there. 😅 would recommend!”

“Amazing carer, great atmosphere for our Evie who had a great time! It was her first time in a doggy day care and it all went so smoothly. Will be our dog sitter from now on! Thank you so much Kyriakos!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats ever since I was born, in total I’ve looked after 3 sausage dogs, a foxhound and a cat called Lucy! I take them on walks, bathe them and give them lots of cuddles I’m currently working part time as a Researcher for Northumbria Police and I work from home (except for Thursdays). My usual shift patterns are 11-3 Monday to Friday (Tues -12:30-16:30). So I have a lot of spare time to look after your furry friends! I have a relatively large front and back garden and I’m happy to take them on walks every couple of hours as I love going on walks for fresh air. I also live 10 minutes away from chase park so happy to let them roam there for a couple of hours to get some fresh air! I don’t mind if they have an accident in the house, which animal doesn’t from time to time! My house is big enough for any type of dog to roam and play and we always make sure the house is clean and nothing that could cause injury is out
About: I have taken care of my sisters and daughters dogs in the past. I have my own dog at the moment. So still reading books and learning about dogs. I am working from home . I am dressmaker. Self- employed. So I have plenty time for long walks and cuddles with my own dog. Mollie is small cockapoo. Very friendly and loving with another dogs and cats. I am living in two bedroom flat with big living room. A lot of space. There is park near and riverside. Also we travel to the beach. Never left alone. “Lauren initially arranged a meet and greet and asked all of the right questions. She made friends with Evie quickly and made us both feel really comfortable. Evie was very excited to return for her day care and had a glowing report when I picked her up. Lauren provided 2 updates throughout the day including a picture. Thanks again Lauren for taking such good care of her whilst I had a long work day! We will definitely be booking again 😊”

About: Hi I’m Molly, and I am a HUGE lover of four legged friends. I’ve been pet sitting for three to four years, working with dogs, cats, puppies and older dogs of all sizes. I took a break for the last year or so to travel and work, but I’m excited to get back to meeting your furry family members! My family life has always revolved around animals and I’ve raised them from puppies to seniors. In 2024 we adopted Raffy from the Dogs Trust and we’re working hard to settle her into her new home. I actively participate in training and enjoy learning about the best ways to interact with animals. I already enjoy walking a lot so taking your pup out multiple times a day is a bonus. I currently work from home 9-5 every week day. I have a relaxed position, all I need is WiFi! This gives me lots of time to spend with animals and can give them my full attention. I also have an hour lunch Mon-Fri, and I am free most evenings and weekends for walks or sitting. Although I am not consigned to my laptop this does need to be taken into account for dogs who may need more attention or supervision. Security and honesty is very important to me and I would hope to share this with any respective animal owners. I uphold these values, especially when caring for others pets; they are family members. Depending on the animal, I would make sure they aren’t alone for long periods and that they have what they need at specific times and keep to their normal routine, including walks, food and water. I like to make sure every pet I look after has enough enrichment, as owners being away can be worrying for them: playtime, walks, hide and seek are all my favourites. I will provide regular updates on your pet including pictures and videos so you know that they are safe and happy.

About: I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter who’s a little pet deprived! I’m from the USA but currently studying for my Masters in Newcastle, and I miss my dog and cat terribly. Alongside having pets of my own, I’ve also completed house sitting jobs where I’ve cared for dogs by feeding them, letting them out and playing with them while also caring after the home. I’m responsible, tidy and happy to follow your pets routine to keep things as normal as possible I’m currently working on writing my dissertation which I luckily can do from anywhere! All I need is wifi so my schedule is super flexible. I have a small studio for pets to roam around but I also live very close to parks and plenty of trails to take walks.
“Absolutely fantastic! Liezel and Alex were so lovely with my dog. They came exactly when they said, and walked him for longer than they needed to, and were an absolute pleasure to meet😀. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend Liezel and Alex for dog walking!”

“A friendly dog walker. With own transport. Security conscientious and showed respect whilst in my property. Followed instructions accordingly with regards to the every day needs of my dog. Sound communication skills and reliable on all calls. First Aid trained. Very reasonably priced. Provided photos and walking routes. “Julie was amazing! Biggles had his own holiday, he was walked every day and we had plenty of updates and pictures of him looking very happy. Biggles seemed to settle pretty quickly and was given a lot of love whilst we were away. Thank you so much for all of the care and love you’ve given Biggles this week!”

“Benji is a nervous dog and I’m always so worried about leaving him anywhere but Laura took amazing care of him and he warmed up to her immediately. She also took the time to meet us before and get to know benji’s personality and schedule so he’d feel at home there. I felt so at peace knowing he was there - we got daily updates and I could see how happy Benji was to be there. Thank you so much - we would definitely leave Benji here again in future!”

“Selkie clearly had a fantastic time with Gabe, his partner and his lovely dog Lyra. She settled in very quickly and got on very well with Lyra. Communication was excellent, Gabe sent nice updates and photos every couple of days for her 6 night stay. Will book again and would highly recommend Gabe!”

“If I could give Gabbi 10 stars I would!! She was absolutely amazing with my Bruno and looked after him like he was her own. She kept me updated with lots of pictures and videos which really reassured me as this was my first time leaving Bruno with someone who wasn’t family. Bruno also got along really well with Gabbi’s lovely dog Sully and they became the best of friends!! I would 1000% recommend Gabbi to anyone and would definitely rebook with her! xx”

“We really appreciated being able to meet Connie before our 2 year old Terrier stayed with her. It was reassuring for us that she has a good understanding of terriers' quirks and personality ( and clearly enjoys them!) Our boy came home happy and relaxed from a two night stay. We also appreciated the photos she sent during his stay, particularly the ones of him smuggling up for cuddles with her....he looked so chilled out! We will certainly be asking her to take care of him again”

“I'm a first time dog-lendee and I couldn't be happier with the boarding, love, care and attention offered to Inca by Tom and his lovely wife. Great communication and very welcoming but most of all a true animal lover. This could have so easily gone wrong with Inca's rescue background but Tom has dog-whispering skills like I've never seen before. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Tom to have Inca again because I know she's in safe and caring hands. Thank you.”

“A huge thanks to Sophie for fitting us in so last minute. Goose went on lovely walks to the beach and was well cared for throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Many thanks indeed.”
