Samantha was amazing throughout the whole process! As someone who had never left their dog with someone else nor used the Rover app, Samantha put me right at ease! Rosie clearly loved the walks and time; Samantha was very knowledgeable from her experience in veterinary and kept me updated across the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone and also will definitely be booking again when needed, thanks Samantha!

About: I grew up with all kinds of animals, training young ones and tending to injuries or ongoing needs. From terriers and spaniels to farm felines and couch cats, and most inbetween. I don't have my own at home now, and have been boarding or walking for friends to fill the fluff shaped gap. Keen to share my space more often and give a safe spot to play and rest while owners are away, or just for walkies and check ins. I'm fair and fun with dogs, love to make their brain and nose work with hide & seek games. Cats are royalty and so entitled to their own agenda; no pressure from me to make fast friends unless they want to play or come for cuddles. I'm in and around most of the day, taking time work on some passion projects at home. Often find myself in the park or a cafe, boarders very welcome to accompany me! One evening per week I work out of the house for 2-4 hours, which can be worked around. I've worked in support for many years, and see sitting quite the same! If visiting their home, first off cover the basics of food, water, access to outside and play. Keeping the environment safe and clean, noticing signs of distress and adapting to what they need as much as possible. At home, there's comfy places to curl up and space to play. The kitchen is ideal for a quiet area to eat and decompress if they need it, with managed access to the yard. I have a fenced yard with a shrubby boarder for toilet and run around time. Some access to neighbours' lawn.

About: Since i was 9 i have always been brought up around dogs and for the past few years i have looked after many of my family members dogs while they have been on holidays. I also worked in a doggy day care for 2 years. Current just got my own house with my boyfriend so I will be free a lot of the time to take dogs in to look after while their owners are away. My home is a few minutes walk away from the rising sun country park! A great place for dogs to have fun and get tired out! I work from home through the week and my only day in the office is on a Monday. My work is pretty flexible so will have a lot of time to walk the dogs. I have a fenced back garden for the dogs to go out and play on as-well as a few good walk spots near by. I am willing to take the dogs out for as many walks as required.

About: I have been raised around pets my entire life, and am confident in my ability to care for them. I have cared for both family and friends' pets in the past when needed, and now have my own. I currently study part time, so have plenty time to care for your pets. With summer coming up, my availability is much more flexible due to the term ending :) A pet's safety and comfort is really important to me - I always make sure to provide the care needed and make sure that their owner is confident they are being cared for.

About: With over a decade of experience starting from the age of 10, I have honed my skills in providing exceptional care for dogs of all breeds and sizes (from Cockapoos & Chihuahua’s to Japanese Akitas & Newfoundland’s!). What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my deep passion for animal welfare, personalised approach, and attention to detail. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive the love, exercise, and companionship they need while you're away. My early start in dog sitting has given me a wealth of knowledge and a genuine understanding of dogs' needs, making me a reliable and trusted choice for pet owners. I’ve currently got plenty of spare time within the next month, at which I point I will be working Part-Time Monday-Friday. I will be available every evening & weekend and only at work for a few hours during the day! When caring for pets in their owner's home, I prioritise creating a safe and comfortable environment for them. I conduct a thorough assessment of the home to identify and mitigate any potential hazards, such as securing loose wires, removing harmful plants, and ensuring access to clean water and safe, designated areas for play and rest. I adhere to the pet's regular routine, including feeding, exercise, and any specific care instructions provided by the owner. My attentive approach ensures that pets not only feel secure but also remain healthy and happy while their owners are away.

About: I started looking after my pets (dogs, cats etc.) when I was 5. I always loved spending time with them. They charge me with positive. Have an experience in training dogs. Can't imagine my life without pets. My friends always trusted me their pets and were always calm about them. I'm responsible and can cook food for them. At this moment I have a lot of free time so it should be no problem to look after your pet for the whole day. I like bathing, playing and walking pets and feeding them. I also come up with interesting games for them very often so they won't be bored. Our family consists of three people, and there's always someone at home throughout the day. Your pet will never be left alone or feel neglected — we make sure they’re always in good company. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening, one of us will be around to give attention, care, and love. We know how important it is for pets to feel safe and not stressed when they're away from home. I take care of everything your pet needs: feeding on time, going for regular walks in the nearby park, and playing both indoors and outdoors. I give them space to explore and be active, while also making sure they stay safe and happy. Daily routines are very important to me, so your pet will have a consistent and comfortable schedule that suits their habits and energy levels.

A friendly dog walker. With own transport. Security conscientious and showed respect whilst in my property. Followed instructions accordingly with regards to the every day needs of my dog. Sound communication skills and reliable on all calls. First Aid trained. Very reasonably priced. Provided photos and walking routes. I was very nervous and anxious about leaving my dog, with someone I did not know. However Collie quickly gained both mine and my dogs confidence. I Would highly recommend.

About: I’ve owned and trained two dogs of my own, giving me hands-on experience with basic obedience, lead training, socialisation, feeding routines and daily care. Friends, neighbours and family regularly trust me to look after their pets, whether that’s walking, feeding, playing, administering routine care or providing companionship while they’re away. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, ages and personalities, and I always focus on creating a safe, positive and enjoyable experience for every pet. I understand the importance of consistency, patience and clear communication when caring for animals, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I have owned two dogs throughout my life, so I understand the responsibility, patience and love that comes with caring for them. I know that every dog has a different personality, routine and needs, and I would take the time to understand these and make sure each dog feels safe, comfortable and happy in my care. I have recently finished Sixth Form and received my A Level results, and I am now looking to turn my passion for dogs into a long-term career. I am caring, reliable, patient and eager to learn, and I would treat every dog as if they were my own. For me, dog walking and sitting is more than just a job — it is something I genuinely love and am passionate about building my future around. I have a flexible schedule and can make time throughout the week for walks, drop-in visits and pet sitting. I enjoy spending time with animals and make sure they get plenty of exercise, attention and care. I’m reliable, responsive and happy to work around your pet’s usual routine to help them feel comfortable and settled while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always my top priority. Having owned and trained two dogs myself, I understand the importance of routine, patience and positive reinforcement. I follow any instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements and medication needs. I make sure pets are supervised, secure and comfortable at all times, and I treat every animal with the same care and attention I would give my own pets.

About: Hey! I’m Felicia and I’m an experienced pet sitter. I have experience in taking care of dogs, cats, rabbits and reptiles. I own 3 dogs back in Singapore and I’m their main trainer, and I own 2 cats here in the UK. I often petsit for my neighbours, friends and family. Feeding (including raw meat diet), bathing, and walking, you can count on me! I am work fully remote, only needing to be in the office about once every month. When working from home, I am very flexible and can go with your dog’s walking schedule. I have an empty guest room in my flat that many dogs and cats have stayed in when I am pet sitting. I own a dog crate for when dogs do stay over. I also have extra litter trays for cats who stay over. I am precise with my feeding and measure food each mealtime.

About: I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter who’s a little pet deprived! I’m from the USA but currently studying for my Masters in Newcastle, and I miss my dog and cat terribly. Alongside having pets of my own, I’ve also completed house sitting jobs where I’ve cared for dogs by feeding them, letting them out and playing with them while also caring after the home. I’m responsible, tidy and happy to follow your pets routine to keep things as normal as possible I’m currently working on writing my dissertation which I luckily can do from anywhere! All I need is wifi so my schedule is super flexible. I have a small studio for pets to roam around but I also live very close to parks and plenty of trails to take walks.

About: I’ve always wanted to have a dog, but I didn’t have that kind of opportunity. So i chose a job that would bring me happiness and also can help other people. Since 17 ( 8 years) I helped my friends or neighbours to care after the dogs: walking, feeding and bathing - every kind of thing. I really love this job and I will put as many effort as I can to make my job good I’m currently self employed, so I have pretty flexible schedule. I’m available on both weekends and weekdays. But if you need me earlier we can discuss it before🤗 I had an experience of working in a pet owner’s house. My daily routine with dogs is walking, playing, and feeding. If you need I can also teach them a few commands and bring them to the vet
