“My dogs stayed with Sophie and I was really impressed with the introductory meetup with herself and Otis. The ongoing care, attentiveness that my dogs received was Great aswell as the updates on how they were doing. They loved spending time with Sophie and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Her.”
3. Karen P.
“First time I left my 2 dogs in the care of someone else as me and my husband couldn't take them on our travels. Glad that it was Karen who took care of them as she provided updates and lovely photos of what my dogs were doing. I felt completely at ease knowing my babies are in good hands. One of my dogs needs extra care and needs eye drop medicine to be done 3x a day followed by another medicine and Karen was very capable in handling it. Thanks again Karen and till our next boarding.”

6. Rafael H.
About: I have a lovely medium size dog who loves making friends with other dogs. Our dog was raised with a lot of fun and care, my daughter, originally a cat person, is not completely in love with dogs so we are all happy make new dog friends. I also have a good size garden, and lots of walking areas around, which makes it easier. I work from home so available for all necessary needs. I work from home and it's great to have breaks to walk dogs, or just have a play or a cuddle on the sofa. My routine is very flexible so it fits right in. I'm happy to care for your pet as I already do with my own dog, cared and playful care, interacting with our dog Crumpet and my daughter, while taking into account your requests and your dog needs.

About: I love dogs and I have experience working with other animals, such as racehorses. I enjoy building a relationship with animals, especially dogs, and I am sure it will be clear to see that any dogs who stay with me will enjoy their time with me. They will get plenty of attention in a nice, peaceful, relaxed home. Lots of walks. I don't have a garden, just a back yard. However, there are great walking opportunities right outside my house. I work from home daily. I have a lot of flexibility within my job which would make it easy to care for a dog at the same time. One on one just me and your dog, no loud noises or other animals. Would suit a slightly anxious dog that needs a quiet, relaxing environment. I am looking for dogs that are not too high energy, and that will be fine being rinsed off in the shower if too muddy. Also just looking to take one dog at a time.
8. Aviral M.
“Winter has just returned to us after a two week stay with Aviral and his partner - we couldn’t be happier with her treatment while she was away. We had regular updates and she was cared for as if she was their own dog. She settled so much better this time as it was her 2nd visit, and she really has made friends for life. We are already making arrangements for our next trip away and wouldn’t consider using anyone else to care for our girl. Thank you so much ☺️”

“Thank you x”
10. Annie M.
“Annie looked after Fleur my Mastiff x for half a day. I cannot praise Annie highly enough for the care she took of my dog who is 7 years old and has never been left with a stranger before. I did not know what to expect upon my return but once Fleur had gotten over the excitement of my return she just laid down on the floor totally relaxed. Annie must have a great affinity with dogs for this to happen. Thank you so much Annie.”
11. Alla M.
“Alla looked after our dog, Biscuit this weekend and we were really impressed! Biscuit is a rescue dog and can be reactive with other dogs, Alla took the time to get to know Biscuit and understand her needs and she came back a very happy dog! Alla is really friendly and approachable and sent us lots of pictures and updates, which was fantastic! We highly recommend Alla, she was great!”
12. Haylie C.
“We met Haylie & Leo briefly to introduce them to our dog. We immediately felt at ease, a lovely couple, with a lovely flat in a great area. Monty has just returned from a sleep over as a tester before he stays for a couple of weeks in December. We couldn’t be happier with them and feel so comfortable and content knowing he is going to be loved and looked after the same way as he would be at home with us. It is so important when getting your dog boarded that there is complete trust and no doubt. We can both say with 100% conviction this is how we feel. As long as Hayley & Leo provide this service they will be the only people we will ever let look after Monty. Thank you! 🙏🏻”
13. Zoe V.
“This is the second time Holly has stayed with Zoe. She was so excited when we got to Zoe’s house as she had soo much fun last time which was lovely to see. Zoe kept me updated with photos of Holly. It’s very reassuring knowing Holly is in such a good place enjoying herself. Thank you so much Zoe and Gary!”
14. Isobel M.
“Thank you so much to Isobel and Georgia. They were absolute stars with my pup, Galaxia. They looked after her for three nights and sent regular updates. I’m absolutely sure she had a great time with them, as when they dropped her off, she didn’t want to say goodbye! Thank you both for all the help! I highly recommend them and would use their services again!”
15. Vlada M.
“Highly recommended! Vlada offered to meet with me and Patty beforehand so Patty could get to know her. It was a big relief to find an experienced dog sitter able to care for Patty over Christmas. And when I collected Patty she was well and happy. Many thanks :)”
16. Jessica S.
“Jessica is such a lovely person, I have known her for many years and have always noticed her love and care for animals, especially dogs. I would trust her with my pets over and over again 🐶🐕🐯”
17. Zosia L.
“Zosia was amazing with my lively dog Ailm! She's been helping me with him for a few months now and am delighted she's back on Rover to share her love of animals with other pawrents 🥰 She's really good with dogs, her home is very spacious and near great parks around Heaton/Jesmond. She listened to all of Ailm's needs and gave him the best care, she sent doggy updates with photos and videos, and a great handover at the end of his stay when I picked him up. Ailm's doggy kisses and hugs for Zosia were a delight to see 🤩 I would highly recommend Zosia for all your pet care as she's very intelligent and keen to give the best service- she's an asset to Rover! See you again soon, Paula & Ailm oxo”
18. Giorgos K.
“Giorgos did a fantastic job of looking after our cat, who had a lot of care needs after he had an operation on his eye. Giorgos had to adminsiter medecine, including eye drops several times a day. You can tell he loves animals, and our cat felt very at ease with him. I would not hesitate to use him again”
19. Maria Nefeli P.
“Koda was well looked after . I would highly recommend her and will always book her. Thank you Maria”
20. Maya W.
“I have known Maya for 15 years and she has impressed me with her ability to read and manage a dog from a puppy to a full grown deerhound. I used to drop off my young working cocker spaniel puppy while I walked the other two as she was too young to be out without her booster. Maya did a great job of taking her into their garden to play with her as well as learning her some obedience . She ended up a very obedient, gentle loving dog and I put that down to Mayas ability to instruct her in a loving friendly way. She has no fear of big dogs either as she walks her friends large dog up to this date. Until the later end of last year the family had deerhounds and during the males dog deteriorating health I witnessed her loving way with him and having the realisation that his time had come to an end. She was amazing. Their new dog has fit in and is well adjusted not only due to her mam, dad, sister but Maya being able to give quality time to her. She is a lovely young woman and I would trust all my dogs to her care.”
