Perfect as always! Arthur has had a great time and made a doggy friend who he is missing already! Michaela is great with his special diet and making sure he is walked first thing when it is this hot. She is great with giving updates, photos and making sure he is really well taken care of.
Michaela was absolutely amazing with Lola, treating her as part of the family with lots of care and attention. She sent pictures, videos and updates and we could see Lola was relaxed and enjoying herself, which really put our minds at rest. We will definitely be using Michaela's services again and we highly recommend her services. Thank you Michaela!
It was our first time using Rover/Michaela and it has been a positive experience. Michaela responded quickly when we first enquired and communication was great leading up to and during Fender's stay, we were sent pictures and knew he was in good hands. Thank you!
This was our first time leaving Scamp with anyone other than family, and Michaela made the whole experience so much easier! She was brilliant with communication and understanding Scamp's quirks, and obviously so experienced and knowledgeable about looking after dogs. He had the best time and we felt really confident leaving him. Scamp's already excited for the next time he can go back!
this was rollos first stay with michaela, so she did everything she could to ensure we felt happy & comfortable leaving our fur baby, both during our meet & greet & with updates throughout his stay. rollo settled straight away & returned home a happy pup! michaela is very familiar with sighthounds & completely understood rollos needs which was very comforting. rollo had a lovely time with michaela & even made some new doggy pals. thank you 🐾
