I also work from home, which means your dog won’t be left alone - they get real company, not just check-ins. My two children are gentle, dog-savvy, and adore having furry visitors around, so your pup gets a family-style environment rather than a kennel vibe. And because I absolutely love walking, every dog gets plenty of fresh air, exercise, and happy sniffs throughout the day. Pet sitting fits really smoothly into my weekly routine. I already care for my own small dog - a very sociable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who lives for having other dogs around to play with - so having guest pups just becomes part of our normal day. Since I work from home, I’m around all day to give the dogs company, regular toilet breaks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. Walks are already built into my schedule, so adding an extra set of paws just makes our outings even more fun. It all blends easily into my lifestyle, and the dogs really enjoy the steady, relaxed rhythm of the day. I do have two children and whilst they are at school during the day we can only welcome dogs that are comfortable with children around them. I care for pets in a safe, relaxed, and very dog-friendly home. We’ve got a fully enclosed garden, so the dogs can play, explore, and get fresh air whenever they like without me worrying about them. About: I love looking after dogs and am always the go to dog sitter out of all my friends. I have been a dog owner myself, and love caring for dogs. I love all animals, and I'm happy to do drop-ins for any type of animal - other than spiders, I'm terrified of them! About: I provide calm, attentive care and treat every pet as if they were my own. I have experience pet sitting over weekends and caring for dogs with additional needs, including elderly pets and dogs who are unwell. For example, I’ve looked after a dachshund who had no use of their back legs, so I understand the patience, gentleness and extra attention some pets require. I have been doing this for friends and family since being a teenager as I love being around animals but can not accommodate one myself just yet. I’m comfortable adapting care to suit each pet’s routine, whether that’s slower walks for senior dogs, giving medication, or providing extra comfort and reassurance. I always focus on keeping pets relaxed, safe and happy while their owners are away, and I make sure to give them plenty of attention, play and cuddles. I currently work full time but with work from home however I manage my own diary so I am flexible. I am also available all weekend on the weekend and every evening. I have a fenced garden with doggy friends on two sides, my dog used to love playing! I live in a three bedroom house so plenty of space they can hide if they need some quiet time and lots of fields nearby.
