“This was Sal's first stay with Ros and Charles and all went very smoothly. They were very welcoming and Sal was delighted to see them and their grandchildren. He was content to be left and we drove away feeling he was in safe hands. Ros and Charles very kindly sent a message with a photo later in the day to let us know Sal had settled. When I picked Sal up he was pleased to see me but in no way distressed. He had obviously been very happy and well cared for. Ros and Charles told me had been a joy to look after and had made himself at home. They said they would welcome him back for his next stay in December. This was, of course, a great relief as we have family plans for that time. I recommend Ros and Charles very highly and I can think of nothing more they could have done to make Sal's stay any better for him or for us. A big 'thank you' to both of them!”

I’ve moved over from Jersey and miss having doggy company! Love the chance to care for and spoil some pups again! I can work from home and my hours are flexible to work around the pups needs when doing so! Plus I already require daily walks myself 😆 I’m afraid I can’t commit to open ended repeat walks/visits as availability fluctuates so requests would require an end date. Also for bookings much further away I may need to add a couple quid to the rate just to cover my travel (as Rover takes a fair bit!) but that can be discussed on a case by case basis :) I treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit, or staying at your home, I’ll stick to their usual routine, give them plenty of attention, and make sure they’re well cared for. On walks, I keep things safe and go at their pace. My goal is to make sure your pet feels relaxed and loved until you’re back, tailoring to their individual needs! For stays in my own home, I should note that I have a housemate so it wouldn’t just be me around the dog.
About: I have always had a love of dogs and currently have a three year old English bulldog. He loves having pals around and we are looking to take on boarding and treat your dog like our own. I work from home so am always in and like to walk different places. We treat our dog like a member of the family, so there is nowhere off limits in our home, including furniture. I only board on the days I am off or work from home. I like to work morning and afternoon minimum and lunch time heat dependant. Come rain or shine. I have my own dog so ask that yours will be on with this and follow the same routine I have a fenced rear garden and will treat your dog like my own. They will sleep upstairs with us and have the run of the house. If we go out, it is no longer than two hours.

About: Me and my husband currently have two female dogs - a Labragotto and a Dalmatian They both love to play with other dogs and are very friendly with everyone. When I leave my pets in the hands of someone else, I expect them to receive a home-from-home experience. I therefore will do the same for any pets that I care for! I will also tailor the needs for each pet according to their owners wishes. For example, I allow my pets on the furniture but if you would prefer for your pet to not be on the furniture we can amend our lifestyle to suit that! I have always been around animals growing up, I looked after my two family dogs, horses, a cat, rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters! My husband is also well versed with animals, having grown up with a dog and a cat! 🐈⬛ I am a student midwife and so I am not working right now which means I have all the time to spend with four-legged friends 🐾 My husband works from home, so we are both on hand for separate walk routines if needed. Our dogs require a lot of exercise, we aim to walk at least 3 times a day but we can make adjustments accordingly for dogs with various fitness requirements! I have an unfenced garden but can but can put up temporary fencing. For toilet breaks I tend to put my dogs on leads to take them out anyways which helps their lead training. The house is fully safety proofed with no hazards. There is always someone home so your pet will never be left on their own.

I currently own a gorgeous black Labrador called Rex I’m free most weekends for drop in visits or evening visits, perfect if your out for the day! I can do multiple check ins or walks when your out My lab is sometimes lead reactive when meeting new dogs so I am very limited to caring for dogs when I have Rex, unless we arrange to meet and the dogs got used to each other over time I do work full time Monday-Friday, so can discuss daily arrangements to suit you. I have a fenced yard and fenced garden to keep dogs safe. I live local to a park for some lovely walks. About: I've been around dogs my whole life, since I was just about able to walk actually. My family, both immediate and extended, has always kept dogs and I've always made it my mission to have a good rapport with them. I'm passionate about their care and making sure they're well looked after. I have a fully enclosed garden and live 5 minutes away from Cramlington nature reserve and some wide open fields below the hospital. We're big fans of enrichment games and general playing if your dog likes it. I do understand however, that every dog is unique and some may just want to chill out on their own. I'm currently between jobs, so I am totally free to take care of and devote all my attention to your best friend as long as they are in my care. I have a totally enclosed garden and live very close to Cramlington Nature Reserve and a multitude of other walking paths. They will be entirely free to roam the house as they please, sit on the sofas or lounge in the garden (weather permitting, of course). They will be treated as my own when in my care. I’ve been caring for dogs professionally for over 8 years through my own dog-care business, so your dog will be in experienced and caring hands. About: I’ve had the joy of loving my Labrador Zeus since 2012, right up until 2024 when he sadly passed away from pancreatic cancer. I’m joining Rover as a dog walker/carer because I miss my best friend Zeus and I want to continue giving other dogs the same love I gave to Zeus. For my current circumstances, I have recently adopted a cat in 2025, so I now have experience of caring for both cats and dogs. I currently work full time on a weekly rotating schedule e.g. one week early shifts then next week lates. I work 5 days a week with 3 days off, rotating again e.g. one week working Mon-Fri then off Sat-Mon, then working Tue-Sat then off Sun-Tues. I will respect owners’ instructions in their homes e.g. crating rules or times, not going into/letting their pets in certain rooms of the house.

About: Me and my husband currently have two female dogs - a Labragotto and a Dalmatian They both love to play with other dogs and are very friendly with everyone. For example, I allow my pets on the furniture but if you would prefer for your pet to not be on the furniture we can amend our lifestyle to suit that! I have an unfenced garden but can but can put up temporary fencing. For toilet breaks I tend to put my dogs on leads to take them out anyways which helps their lead training. The house is fully safety proofed with no hazards. There is always someone home so your pet will never be left on their own.

I have a totally enclosed garden and live very close to Cramlington Nature Reserve and a multitude of other walking paths. I work from home so am always in and like to walk different places. We treat our dog like a member of the family, so there is nowhere off limits in our home, including furniture.
