About: I’ve taken care of animals all my life and I am currently studying animal care in college so I am able to carry out care for pets to a high standard and I have also received qualifications in this sector. I am able to do this morning and night between 6-8am and 6-10pm on weekdays due to college and other responsibilities and 6-8am and 2-8pm on weekends due to working. Feeding, grooming, watering, walking. I do this on a daily basis due to having pets of my own, and I have done this for many years.

About: Been around dogs most of my life:) Cared for a range including Golden retrievers, Cavapoos, Huskies, Malamutes, Border Collies, Daschunds, Pugs & Frenchies. I’ve moved over from Jersey and miss having doggy company! Love the chance to care for and spoil some pups again! I can work from home and my hours are flexible to work around the pups needs when doing so! Plus I already require daily walks myself 😆 I’m afraid I can’t commit to open ended repeat walks/visits as availability fluctuates so requests would require an end date. Also for bookings much further away I may need to add a couple quid to the rate just to cover my travel (as Rover takes a fair bit!) but that can be discussed on a case by case basis :) I treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit, or staying at your home, I’ll stick to their usual routine, give them plenty of attention, and make sure they’re well cared for. On walks, I keep things safe and go at their pace. My goal is to make sure your pet feels relaxed and loved until you’re back, tailoring to their individual needs! For stays in my own home, I should note that I have a housemate so it wouldn’t just be me around the dog.

About: I’ve owned dogs since the age of 7 and have grown up around them, so caring for dogs feels very natural to me. I have plenty of experience with both dogs and puppies and understand how important routine, patience, affection, and a safe environment are for happy pets. As a busy family home, there will always be someone home to give your dog plenty of attention, company, care, and cuddles throughout the day. I’m a mum to 2-year-old twins and a 10-month-old baby, all of whom are very gentle, loving, and used to being around dogs. We’re an active household and are more than happy to take dogs on lots of walks and little adventures while they stay with us. Your dog will be treated as part of the family and given lots of love, playtime, comfort, and one-to-one attention during their stay at The Wagging Retreat 🐾 Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine as I am currently on maternity leave and at home full-time. This means dogs are never left alone for long periods and can enjoy regular feeding, toilet breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I have 2-year-old twins, so our days already include outdoor walks and time in the park, which works brilliantly for dog walks and little adventures. Nap times allow for calm bonding, grooming, and training, while evenings are relaxed and settled, making it ideal for cuddles and companionship. Overall, my schedule is flexible and home-based, allowing me to provide consistent care, supervision, and lots of love in a family environment. When caring for pets in my home, they are treated as part of the family. I have a fully fenced, newly refurbished back garden where dogs can safely go outside to toilet and get fresh air whenever needed. Because I’m at home full-time, I’m able to keep a close eye on them, maintain their usual routine, and give them lots of attention throughout the day. Dogs have regular walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles, as well as quiet time to rest. Feeding times, medication (if required), and any specific instructions from the owner are followed carefully. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I stick closely to their usual routine to help pets feel comfortable and settled. This includes feeding, walks, toilet breaks, playtime, and companionship, as well as keeping the home clean and secure. I always aim to provide calm, reliable, and loving care so owners feel confident their pet is happy and safe.

About: I have previous experience as a dog walker and cat sitter. I have grown up with multiple animals in the home and trained my family dog to pass his therapy dog exams last year. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to entertain your pets! I am also on a very flexible schedule so can adapt if your pets have any special requirements or if I am needed to be there for constant care. I have two cats in my own home so I am unable to house pets in my house as I don’t want to cause them or your own pet any undue stress!

About: I’ve owned animals my whole life up until recently, after my senior pup sadly passed away! Good with puppies who need entertaining and tiring out, as well elderly pets who need a calming and more subdued presence. Looked after many of my friends pets such as cats and dogs - even my sisters tortoise! Confident with smaller animals too like hamsters and guinea pigs. Have a good inkling for training basics with puppies such as sit, wait etc. I work in the film industry and work away when I have a contract, things are very quiet at the moment so I have complete free availability to look after your pets and available at short notice for your needs! Depending on what your fur baby needs, I’ll be there! Playtime with a new young pup, someone to sit with your elderly dog and keep them company… long or short walks or someone to help with a little bit of basic training if you’re out the house all day. I’m a very easy going individual who is confident with dogs and provide the specific care they need

About: Hi! I’m Chelsea 😊 I’ve owned multiple dogs at the same time for the majority of my life. Everything from chihuahuas to staffs. I absolutely love dogs, they’re my favourite humans (yes you read that right) I’m currently first aid and cpr trained so comfortable walking high energy, likely to get in a pickle dogs, puppies and elderly dogs needing extra care and attention. I’m more than happy to adapt to every dogs needs and demands to make their walk perfect for them. I am currently upgrading my skills with a level 3 award in canine care, behavior and welfare (ofqual standard) at the minute before I begin boarding and dog sitting from my home. I am the ever proud owner of my elderly chihuahua, Lexi who I love very much. She is one of my children. I’m used to walking 20k plus steps a day and love a good hike so am more than happy to provide bigger more strenuous walks for the high energy pups. I work part time, three days a week but finish on those days at 2pm so can still offer walks on those days too after that time I’m currently working part time leaving most of my week free for all your walking and dog sitting needs! I am free any day after 2pm and the majority of days free from 8am. I have a very large fenced back garden with plenty of running and playing space for your dog giving us a loads of opportunity for a good run up and down and some great games of fetch. Our garden is westerly facing for all the fury sunbathers out there with a large shaded area too! My home is all open plan for free roaming of the place and are more than happy for your doggies to cuddle up on the sofa with us!

About: I’m a huge animal lover with lots of experience dog walking and pet sitting professionally. I have professional experience caring for dogs and cats as well as voluntary animal care experience with both Guide Dogs and the RSPCA. Working with the RSPCA I cared for animals with a variety of behavioural issues. I have also cared for my own dogs, cats and Guinea pigs throughout my life. I currently have 1 small dog who gets on well with other dogs. When dog walking, I can walk dogs together or separately depending on your preference. 
I can provide drop in care and feeding for any pets as well as dog walking and daycare.

About: 5 years working with dogs in professional settings including rescue and a canine country club. Foundation degree in animal welfare and a diploma in canine behaviour I've just started doing this full time so, 24 hours a day 5 days a week, I'm here for you and your dog(s). About: I’ve had the joy of owning and caring for a family dog for the past 16 years. After recently losing him, I’d love to spend time around animals again and give that same love and attention to other pets. I’m patient, caring, and understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I currently work full-time, Tuesday- Friday 8am-6pm. I am available outside of these hours in the and have full availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. I can be flexible outside of my working hours and will always make time to give your pet the attention and care they need. We live on 0.7 acres of land with no nearby neighbours, providing a calm and private environment for your pet. Our garden is fenced, and although there are no gates on the driveway, dogs will always be fully supervised when outside to ensure their safety. I also have direct access to Ponteland Park on my doorstep, offering plenty of space and variety for enjoyable walks. Your pet will be cared for in a safe, attentive, and loving environment at all times.

About: I have 2 years of experience as a degree level lecturer teaching canine and feline behaviour, welfare, husbandry and Training. In addition to this, I have a First class honours degree in Canine and Feline Behaviour and Welfare and have had pets since I was born, growing up with dogs, cats, hamsters and rabbits. I began working in the animal industry at 16 in aquariums and zoos and took my first step into caring for dogs professionally through helping my sister open a dog day care in the North East. Since then, I have gone to university, have achieved a 1st in my Bsc (hons) Degree in Canine and Feline behaviour and welfare, immediately progressed to teaching the very degree I just completed for the last 2 years and intend on spending my career helping dogs and owners to lead happy and fulfilling lives. I can train puppies and adult dogs using various techniques including: obedience, life skills, behavioural modification and scent training. Which means I can continue any ongoing training following your existing training plan. All training and husbandry is only done using positive based techniques (I do not use aversive based training). Currently I am still working as a lecturer until September. So I am only available Friday- Monday until September 4th. Should you attain my services I will be at the property full-time. So you do not need to worry about your dog being left alone. The only time your pets will be alone is if I need to go to the shop to buy food. Good relationships with a dog and parents are based on high levels of kindness and understanding. Any pet in my care will always be treated like family, where there are no limits to what you would do to give them their best life. In addition, any "house rules" or requirements will be strictly followed including pet care/lifestyle and living arrangements.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life, since I was just about able to walk actually. My family, both immediate and extended, has always kept dogs and I've always made it my mission to have a good rapport with them. I'm passionate about their care and making sure they're well looked after. I have a fully enclosed garden and live 5 minutes away from Cramlington nature reserve and some wide open fields below the hospital. We're big fans of enrichment games and general playing if your dog likes it. I do understand however, that every dog is unique and some may just want to chill out on their own. Please let me know as much information as you can give about your pet and their unique personality, likes, dislikes etc. I have experience with anxious dogs and trigger issues, as my own Springer, Bailey, is an anxious lad and has various triggers when outside in the world, so I've learned a lot firsthand with him. He is a great house dog, just the world is very overwhelming for him at times. I'm currently between jobs, so I am totally free to take care of and devote all my attention to your best friend as long as they are in my care. I have a totally enclosed garden and live very close to Cramlington Nature Reserve and a multitude of other walking paths. They will be entirely free to roam the house as they please, sit on the sofas or lounge in the garden (weather permitting, of course). They will be treated as my own when in my care. Plenty of enrichment games, be it a snuffle mat, folded up kitchen roll tubes to shred etc.

About: I've taken care of both cats and dogs since I was a young child. I grew up with collies, lab and staffie mixes, and rescue cats. I currently have a very dog friendly cat if you are looking for some socialisation, but she is equally happy doing her own thing if you would prefer they remain separate. I work from home with access to a secure garden, and woodland walks only a couple of minutes from my house. I'm available all days, evenings and weekends with notice. I have a pet cat who is friendly with dogs, however she has her own secure room in the house where she can retreat to if she needs to. I have a fenced garden and a dog-friendly cat, however she can be secured away in a different part of the house if necessary. I have a crate that can be used if necessary. I drive and I am located within easy reach of several 24 hour veterinary practices.

About: Your dog will get 1-on-1 VIP treatment with me – no other dogs, just pure attention and cuddles! 🐾 I’ve looked after dogs since I was 6. I volunteer at The Dog and Cat Shelter and cared for my gorgeous border terrier Toby who lived until he was 17 years old. I work from home with flexible hours so I’m available at any time of the day. I’m free weekends, school holidays and bank holidays/Christmas time. Your dog/dogs will get 1-1 committed care with no other pets in my home or other dogs boarding with me. Although we live in a flat we have green areas right outside to take your dog out for the toilet. We also have beautiful walks nearby and I drive so can also take them to their favourite spot. With working from homeI’m in the flat 24/7 so your dog won’t be left at all and we have very little clutter for your dog won’t be able to chew on or eat anything! When caring for pets, we prioritise their safety by ensuring the environment is secure and pet-proofed. I will always offer to meet you and your dog/dogs in advance to get to know you both. I’ll follow your instructions closely, creating a routine that makes them feel comfortable and at ease. Building trust through regular communication with yourself and ensuring they feel loved and cared for is essential to me.

About: I’ve owned dogs since I was younger, of all different ages and breeds, I’ve had older dogs and pups as young as 8 weeks. I also know how to manage medication with pets as I’ve had to give my dogs syringe fed medication and tablets. My animals are like my babies so I know how much people worry when they’re away or trusting a new person so I will always make sure they are well taken care of I’m a student but I’m only in uni 2 days a week so have plenty of free time! I can work my schedule around you! I don’t do boarding in my own home at the moment as I’m in the process of finding a new house, I have no issue coming to other homes or going on walks

About: I’m a final year vet student (about to graduate) who has had 7 years of experience both in vet practices and in pre-clinical placements such as dog walking and boarding. This means I have plenty of hands-on experience with both dogs and cats! I am at home for the summer after finishing 5 years at vet school! I will be free during the days and evenings to take the best care of your pet :) I am happy and willing to comply with requests and considerations you might need to keep your pet happy and safe! I am careful and will always make sure your pet is happy and healthy.

About: I have helped friends out with their dog walking, dog sitting and would really love to meet some new pups and get out more. I have dog sat for a few times over the weekends with small and large dogs to making sure to follow meal times and plans and any other requirements needed for the pup, also taking them to the beach and not just to a field close by. I have also got my level 1 animal care certificate and diploma, my level 2 animal care/management extended certificate, and I am also qualified as a level 2 dog groomer and will be completing my level 3 in September. I’m currently working at a doggy daycare during the week but would still love to meet all your lovely fur babies and give them all the playtime and walks they would want I’m completely flexible on weekends and can be during the week on selected days. If your fur babies where to come to where I live for a while my back and front gardens are completely fenced in the back has 6 foot fences and the gate can be locked the front garden fences are shorter but is still safe. Your animals will be completely safe and well looked after with me with much love and playtime.
