About: Hi, I’m Ella! I’m based in Hexham, a huge dog lover, and love being outdoors. Offering doggy daycare and walking on Rover is a natural fit for me and my home. I’ve cared for dogs for years and I'm owner to Angus, my friendly, neutered 6-year-old Spaniel. He’s completely dog-obsessed, loves company, and is always up for making a new best friend. Having a Spaniel means active daily routines are second nature to us—we love getting out into nature, exploring local routes, and keeping dogs happy and exercised! Services & Activities Provided: Dog Walking: 30 to 60-minute active walks tailored to your pup’s energy. Routes include local favourites like Tyne Green for easy river strolls, as well as trips further afield to woodland trails and country paths. Doggy Daycare: Full-day or half-day care in my home. Activities include supervised garden play with Angus, gentle treat puzzles, structured local walks, and cozy downtime on the sofa. Routine & Basic Care: Feeding on your regular schedule, fresh water refreshes, thorough towel-offs after muddy walks, and following any house rules or basic commands you use at home. Photo Updates: Photo and video check-ins sent throughout the day so you can see all the fun your dog is having. My Availability: I work full-time in teaching, which gives me fantastic, full-day availability for daycare and walks during the summer holidays, school term breaks, and over weekends! Outside of term breaks, I offer weekend daycare as well as evening and weekend walks. Angus and I would love to meet you and your pup! About: I have always loved having dogs around, and when I was younger, the family dogs would always come down to the stables while I tended the horses. I have experience walking a variety of dogs: labradors, cocker/springer spaniels, cockapoos, dachshund to mention a few and across a wide range of ages. As we all like a little routine in our lives, dogs aren't too different; however, I do understand that each and every dog is different with their own personalities and needs. Therefore, I will adapt to their/your needs to provide a tailored-made service for them and you. This will give you the knowledge and confidence that they are being well looked after, safe and having fun. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was a baby. Growing up my grandparents also owned parrots, bunnies, dogs of all sizes, cats, tortoises, fish, you name it…my parents always had dogs and cats. I also owned a dog for 11 years. I feel most comfortable around animals :) Being an older sister of 3, I grew up being the responsible one, caretaker and I’d also walk the dogs, train them, feed them and help my parents in any way I could. When I adopted my first own dog, I learned how much love I have to give and how much responsibility it takes to look after a furbaby. He was very anxious and reactive, so it was 11 years of learning and challenges, but he was the sweetest and goodest boy, right up until the end. I’m currently working full-time. For now I’m looking to combine my love for animals and building up a side income during my free time. I’m happy to look after and walk your pets during my free time on the weekends. I can drive which allows me to get to places a bit further out. I cannot have pets in my own home sadly. However, I’m happy to come in and check on your kitten or pooch while you’re away. I can also pet sit if needed and play with, feed and walk your dogs. I can also train and teach your dog (or cat, if they feel like it haha) some tricks. Work on their confidence by using gentle rewards and lots of patience on their walks. I have experience with reactive dogs and I know how important it is to maintain comfort and special care for the sensitive pups.

About: I have been raised around pets my entire life, and am confident in my ability to care for them. I have cared for both family and friends' pets in the past when needed, and now have my own. I currently study part time, so have plenty time to care for your pets. With summer coming up, my availability is much more flexible due to the term ending :) A pet's safety and comfort is really important to me - I always make sure to provide the care needed and make sure that their owner is confident they are being cared for.

About: With 21 years of hands-on pet care experience, I offer calm, home-style boarding and sitting. I’m experienced with energetic dogs, anxious pets and seniors, and I stick closely to your instructions and routine. Safety comes first: secure doors/gates, lead rules, and careful supervision. I can support basic training habits (sit, stay, lead manners) and I’m happy to send frequent updates so you feel confident while you’re away. I work remotely, so I’m at home most of the day and can give pets plenty of attention, comfort and supervision. This means I can stick closely to your pet’s routine for feeding, toilet breaks, play and rest. I’m flexible with drop-off and pick-up times (with notice), and I’m available for weekday and weekend bookings depending on dates. Because I work from home, pets are not left alone for long periods and are supervised throughout the day. I keep a calm, safe home environment and follow your instructions closely (feeding routine, walking preferences, medication, and house rules). I’m careful with doors and safety checks, and I’m happy to send regular updates and photos so you feel reassured while you’re away.

About: I'm a 22-year-old dog lover and I've been looking after dogs all my life! I have a long term dog I babysit! A gorgeous 7 year old beagle spaniel cross called "Dennis." I have lots of references- especially Dennis' mum and dad and I have special training in anxious pups, overly active pups and training in senior doggies! I'm great with puppies too and I'm very active myself so they'll be getting that 'wearing -out' walk they deserve! I'm currently working part time but I'm available early mornings all week until around 10.30 am every day apart from Wednesdays. I'm free in the afternoons/ evening's most days as well bar a couple of days but that's all rota dependent as I'm a bartender so we'll have to liase ☺️ I live in a shared house, all dog lovers and all with lovely dogs at home and all willing to care and play with your little one! I do always preface this as a graduates house as I'm more than happy to come to your home to look after your pup if that's preferred, my house has got a back garden where they can play, we have lots of tennis balls and ball launches, etc and we live just by the lovely fields on the town moor and Leazes park. So perfect for both short, long and even playful walks 🐕

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes naturally. I’ve spent years around all kinds of breeds and personalities, from high energy springer spaniels to independent dachshunds and loyal German shepherds. At home we have one of each, so I know first-hand how different their needs, routines and quirks can be. Whether it’s long walks, playtime or just making them feel safe and happy, I treat every dog as if they were my own. I am home from uni for summer, so I can take them on short/long walks across Hadrian’s wall. Or we can relax at home, on the sofa 😛 I treat both the dog and the space with the same care and respect I would my own. I know how important it is for dogs to feel comfortable in their usual surroundings, so I stick to their normal routine and keep things calm and consistent. I’m tidy, reliable and always make sure everything’s left just how I found it — except maybe with a happier, well-walked dog.

About: I’m a final year vet student (about to graduate) who has had 7 years of experience both in vet practices and in pre-clinical placements such as dog walking and boarding. This means I have plenty of hands-on experience with both dogs and cats! I am at home for the summer after finishing 5 years at vet school!
