About: Hi, I’m Ella! I’m based in Hexham, a huge dog lover, and love being outdoors. Offering doggy daycare and walking on Rover is a natural fit for me and my home. I’ve cared for dogs for years and I'm owner to Angus, my friendly, neutered 6-year-old Spaniel. He’s completely dog-obsessed, loves company, and is always up for making a new best friend. Having a Spaniel means active daily routines are second nature to us—we love getting out into nature, exploring local routes, and keeping dogs happy and exercised! Services & Activities Provided: Dog Walking: 30 to 60-minute active walks tailored to your pup’s energy. Routes include local favourites like Tyne Green for easy river strolls, as well as trips further afield to woodland trails and country paths. Doggy Daycare: Full-day or half-day care in my home. Activities include supervised garden play with Angus, gentle treat puzzles, structured local walks, and cozy downtime on the sofa. Routine & Basic Care: Feeding on your regular schedule, fresh water refreshes, thorough towel-offs after muddy walks, and following any house rules or basic commands you use at home. Photo Updates: Photo and video check-ins sent throughout the day so you can see all the fun your dog is having. My Availability: I work full-time in teaching, which gives me fantastic, full-day availability for daycare and walks during the summer holidays, school term breaks, and over weekends! Outside of term breaks, I offer weekend daycare as well as evening and weekend walks. Angus and I would love to meet you and your pup! Feel free to drop me a message if you have any questions or want to arrange a quick meet-and-greet Even though I am on dog care duty with Angus every day, I am a full time teacher. During term time, I offer evening and weekend walks and daycare. During school holidays and weekends, pet care becomes my full-time daily focus! Your dog is treated as part of the household with access to a cozy, secure living space and fenced secure garden alongside Angus. I stick strictly to your usual feeding, walking, and care routines.
“Momo had a great time with Laura. Momo loved playing with Winston and came home happy and relaxed, and is now snoozing away. We received lots of lovely updates throughout the day. Great all round.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic dog sitter! Great communication from start to finish, really friendly, and I felt completely at ease leaving Bruce in their care. It was clear my dog was well looked after and happy. I'd definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others. Thank you!”

“Cain has been going since he was a puppy. Emma is amazing. Provides plenty of pictures, activities and some training while in her care. She communicates everything they doing and gives feedback on his day. I can’t praise her enough and the exposure my dog gets it’s amazing.”

“Stellar and adaptable dog day care when our holiday plans somewhat changed and transport was limited. Yuen’s and her family’s support for our plans and loving care for our special dog at short-notice were above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. We definitely recommend Yuen to anyone needing dog day care, and will seek her services on our future visits to the area.”

“Debs is just the best……. Monty loved being with her so much Great place Self contained garden Lots of nice walk and cuddles for Monty Communications were great from start to finish We wouldn’t leave him with anyone so this was a big thing for us and Deb’s relaxed us and I’m not sure Monty even wanted to come home haha. We will be back again later in the year and it will only be here to Deb’s where we come Big whoof from Monty He sends his love!!!!”

“Laura and her husband were absolutely wonderful with Henry! Even on such short notice, they welcomed her in for the day without any hesitation. From our very first meeting, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive — it really put my mind at ease leaving Henry in their care for the first time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter!”

“Emma was very thoughtful both when we were booking the daycare and throughout the day. Our dog took to her immediately and we were sent pictures showing her looking settled and relaxed. We have booked Emma again and have no reservations in recommending her to others.”

About: Dogs have been a central part of my life since I was 8 years old. I also have hands-on breeding experience: I whelped and raised a healthy litter of 6 Bichon Frise puppies, managing their full care, feeding, bathing, grooming, and socialization until they went to their loving forever homes. Because of this, I am very comfortable with full coat care (washing, blow-drying, brushing out mats) as well as administering oral or topical medications. “We left Moses with Kim for the first time yesterday for the day. An excellent experience from our point of view. Kim clearly loves dogs. We had a meet and greet a few days earlier, and Moses was keen to come back as soon as he got to the front door, which is a good sign. He was very relaxed staying with Kim. Thanks Kim we'll be back! 😄”

“Emily was so lovely. She took care of both our dogs during the day while we were on vacation in Edinburgh so we could go to museums etc. She was attentive, kind, and both my boys were taken great care of! One of them is a puppy and she was great at working with him and being understanding with some of the things he is still learning.”

“We are so happy we found Avi and Gayatri. Lady has had a great day packed with fun. We received lots of photos and communication has been excellent. We were a little nervous about leaving Lady as it’s not something we have done before, however a meet and greet really helped and it is clear to see lady has had a great time. We all cant wait for her next visit. Thank you both!”

“Craig was fantastic accommodating Jackson to stay one night with him. He kept me informed on what they got up to and I know Jackson had a blast as he’s still tired from all they fun he had! Thank you so much 😊”
