Great communication and very welcoming but most of all a true animal lover. This could have so easily gone wrong with Inca's rescue background but Tom has dog-whispering skills like I've never seen before. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Tom to have Inca again because I know she's in safe and caring hands. Thank you.”
