About: I feel like i was a cat in a previous life. They mean everything to me. I have had cats & dogs all of my life and iv worked in a cat rescue centre which i Absolutely LOVED !! Caring for your pets while your away is my number 1 priority. Not only will i feed & clean. I love to spend some special one on one time with them so when i leave your home, they feel are relaxed and happy. I am self employed so i am able to fit my personal work and my pet care work into a schedule to suit everyones needs. I am an excellent treat giver & cuddler. Your pets will be loved asif they were my own when they are in my care. Let in/out, clean bowls, feed and fresh water, clean any mess, brush, cuddles, fuss and playtime, clean litter tray and any other duties. All surfaces and items touched, will be sanitised and cleaned before we leave. Taking your pooches for walks will be full of fun and tail waggles. We are fully insured, DBS checked and pet first aid trained.

Listened to everything we said about his behaviours and both seemed to enjoy one another’s company. Confidently let him explore off lead in on his favourite walks. “Maya was amazing from the very beginning; during the meet and greet I instantly felt comfortable with her and she engaged well with Walter. We shared information about Walter whilst he was in Mayas care and Maya took the information on board. During Walter’s care with Maya whilst we were away we received lots of updates, messages and was updated about their day. Maya went above and beyond not only ensuring Walter’s care and comfort was provided for but also ensuring my worries and anxieties as an owner leaving my dog was also met. Maya really looked out for Walter ensuring he didn’t feel lonely or withdrawn, Maya followed our instructions for Walter’s care and I am over the moon with her! I will be booking Maya again in the future and I can’t recommend her enough. Thankyou again Maya!”

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was a baby. Growing up my grandparents also owned parrots, bunnies, dogs of all sizes, cats, tortoises, fish, you name it…my parents always had dogs and cats. I also owned a dog for 11 years. I feel most comfortable around animals :) Being an older sister of 3, I grew up being the responsible one, caretaker and I’d also walk the dogs, train them, feed them and help my parents in any way I could. When I adopted my first own dog, I learned how much love I have to give and how much responsibility it takes to look after a furbaby. He was very anxious and reactive, so it was 11 years of learning and challenges, but he was the sweetest and goodest boy, right up until the end. I’m currently working full-time. For now I’m looking to combine my love for animals and building up a side income during my free time. I’m happy to look after and walk your pets during my free time on the weekends. I can drive which allows me to get to places a bit further out. I cannot have pets in my own home sadly. However, I’m happy to come in and check on your kitten or pooch while you’re away. I can also pet sit if needed and play with, feed and walk your dogs. I can also train and teach your dog (or cat, if they feel like it haha) some tricks. Work on their confidence by using gentle rewards and lots of patience on their walks. I have experience with reactive dogs and I know how important it is to maintain comfort and special care for the sensitive pups.

About: I’ve absolutely loved animals for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been lucky enough to grow up surrounded by all kinds of pets. About: I love looking after dogs and am always the go to dog sitter out of all my friends. I have been a dog owner myself, and love caring for dogs. I love all animals, and I'm happy to do drop-ins for any type of animal - other than spiders, I'm terrified of them! I work full time from home so will have lots of availability to support during the week and I am around on some weekends too. I have a fenced garden that is very secure so the dogs will have lots of opportunity to go outside. Adult only home with no other animals.

About: Hello! I'm Oscar, I'm 36 years old, and I love animals! That's why I'm here! I am also a volunteer carer at the Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter, so I am more than comfortable around any pet and will be able to attend to your pets' needs. My cats, Nala and Marie, are everything to me. They're both rescued cats from the streets. They're house cats but they do enjoy some outdoor time, we love to take them out on leads to have a little walk on the porch or back garden. I know what I'd want from someone looking after my girls, and always try to do the best for others peoples' pets!
