But we met Gillian beforehand and that reassured us and then while we were away she sent us updates and photos to let us know how he was doing. It meant we could relax while we were away knowing he was having a lovely time and was happy. Gillian was great and we'll definitely be booking her to look after Ozzy again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 8, I absolutely love them! I walk my dog daily at home and my neighbours often ask me to walk their dogs. I am a flexible university student & I’m happy to help at anytime. I can do any job, whether it be just one walk during the day or an overnight stay. I offer a loving service and I love going on long walks with any breed of dog, I’m happy to adapt to any environment that the dog needs.

Leigh is very understanding and accepting of all requests (for example, my dog has a sensitive stomach so needs to stick to foods she’s used to) and takes the time to listen. Leigh is a caring, loving individual and my dog always comes away happy (in fact sometimes I think she would rather stay at Leigh’s!) Leigh has a fantastic home set up and garden which is perfect for my high energy dog. Leigh will always be my go to dog sitter, I trust her hugely and I know Skylar will always be looked after. Leigh also sends me lots of updates and photos. I cannot recommend Leigh enough, she really is wonderful x”

“Katherine stepped in at very short notice to look after our 8 year old Dalmatian Bobby by staying in our house for a week so he could stay in his own surroundings. Katherine was spot on. She went for a couple of walks with my wife and Bob before the stay to get to know both us and Bob. Katherine kept in touch via text while we were away and we had no concerns at all. When we came back we found both Bob and the house had been very well looked after. Katherine is very trustworthy and a lovely lady also with great communication skills and would recommend her for both pet sitting in your own home or in Katherines. She is clearly a dog lover and probably all things with 4 legs as well and would recommend her any day of the week.”

About: I have had and taken care of both cats and dogs since the age of 8 for family, friends and neighbours, walking, feeding, playing with and house sitting with animals. I am very comfortable with animals of all shapes and sizes I currently am on summer break and am available every day from morning to night just drop me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible While I do not let pets board in my own home I am always very cautious to follow any instructions given to me on where pets are and are not allowed, making sure to keep them in their designated areas.

“Isla is AMAZING! Our Cockapoo Cody absolutely adores her! She is most loving person we could think of when it comes to leaving our beloved Cody with anyone. Cody loves going on long walks as well as playing in Isla's garden. He was very shy at first going out with someone else but now as soon as he sees Isla he gets so happy and can't wait to get out and play. We have left Cody with Isla when we have went away for a long weekend a few times and sometimes Cody does not want to come back with us he has had so much fun with Isla. I honestly couldn't recommend anyone else when it comes to looking after our furry friend! We have even got Isla looking after my Uncle's dog when he works away!”

About: Hi, I'm a real animal person I currently dog sit for a labradoodle and have done this for the past 5 years I also look after my mums dog as well as fostering greyhounds. So I'm very experienced with different breeds and sizes of dogs. I live in a town house will a enclosed back garden with secure 6ft fences all the way around. I am near large areas of fields and also a nature reserve within a 5 min walk. All dogs would be walked 3 times a day and can come in and out of the garden as they please. I have a canine first aid certificate as well as doing lots of training with IMDT and Karen Pryor training courses. I’m fully licensed Monday to Friday we do adventure walks with our doggies in different areas ti ensure the doggies are getting lots of enrichment through new smells and senses. We have a large fenced garden all fences are 6ft + in height and fully secure. Doggies aren’t left unattended and we have emergency procedures in place.
