“Absolutely amazing! Had my dog & a family members dog over night whilst we were at a wedding and can just tell how well the dogs were looked after, my dog Reggie was sad to see them leave will definitely book again! Thankyou so much”
“Keely has just done a weeks pet sit for our 4 boys. Our 2 dogs and 2 cats look like they’ve had an amazing week. I’ve never left them with anyone other than our children before. I can honestly say I’ve not worried once. Keely has sent me updates and pictures every day. She is wonderful and will definitely be having her stay the next time we go away.”

“Alex was brilliant with my two dogs, they both felt comfortable with her straight away. She was efficient and great at communicating prior to the booking. I got photo updates and knew they were in safe hands :) thank you Alex!”

“Maya was amazing from the very beginning; during the meet and greet I instantly felt comfortable with her and she engaged well with Walter. We shared information about Walter whilst he was in Mayas care and Maya took the information on board. During Walter’s care with Maya whilst we were away we received lots of updates, messages and was updated about their day. Maya went above and beyond not only ensuring Walter’s care and comfort was provided for but also ensuring my worries and anxieties as an owner leaving my dog was also met. Maya really looked out for Walter ensuring he didn’t feel lonely or withdrawn, Maya followed our instructions for Walter’s care and I am over the moon with her! I will be booking Maya again in the future and I can’t recommend her enough. Thankyou again Maya!”

“It was our first time leaving Liz while we went away for a family wedding. Ash was great with Liz. He came around to meet her and us beforehand and completely put us at ease. We really felt our dog and our home were in a safe pair of hands while we were away. Ash updated us regularly with pictures and made sure we knew that she was comfortable. We can't recommend him enough 🙂”

“Debs and Dave are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. From the moment they first came to (meet and greet) us I knew my fur babies were in safe hands. With regular photos and videos of the 3 cats obviously enjoying themselves, my home was looked after and respected too. We can’t wait for them to come back!! See you soon many thanks and lots of purrs from us all xx”

“We had a great experience with Melanie. She took excellent care of our German Shepherd Odin who can be quite boisterous, for the day, provided great communication and updates throughout, and was very reliable. Melanie also came for a meet and greet a week beforehand and kept to agreed times. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.”

About: Hello! I'm Oscar, I'm 36 years old, and I love animals! That's why I'm here! I am also a volunteer carer at the Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter, so I am more than comfortable around any pet and will be able to attend to your pets' needs. My cats, Nala and Marie, are everything to me. They're both rescued cats from the streets. They're house cats but they do enjoy some outdoor time, we love to take them out on leads to have a little walk on the porch or back garden. I know what I'd want from someone looking after my girls, and always try to do the best for others peoples' pets!
“Absolutely amazing service! From the first visit I knew Alannah was the perfect person to look after my dog. I was a bit apprehensive as he is very nervous and has never been left with somebody he doesn’t know really well, but settled perfectly and loved the regular updates and photographs I received throughout my holiday. She is so patient and followed his routine. Also kept my house lovely and tidy too It was very obvious she is an animal lover and genuinely cares for the animals she looks after I could not recommend enough and have booked again for my next holiday ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“JP took such wonderful care of our two dogs they both settled with her so quickly and enjoyed some beautiful walks during our stay in Durham. It was such a relief for us to know that they were being so well cared for whilst we went out during the day exploring and spending time away from them during our weekend away. We are planning to come back again in a few months and will definitely be rebooking if we bring the dogs back with us again. Thank you so much xx”

About: I’m a very bubbly, caring and patient person. I’ve grown up around animals, cats and dogs. My grandma has had many cats over the years that I have helped to care for. Presently my grandma has 2 cats, that were feral, that I’ve helped to take care of many times and I looked after them from when they were both kittens. Previously my grandma had had a Miniature Jack Russel and a Lhasa Apso, which I would sometimes care for. My aunt owns 4 cats, a French Bulldog, an African Grey Parrot and a Corn Sanke. Two of the cats are Mainecoons, who I love playing with. My Aunt has also previously had Mastiff’s and a Malamute, which I would also care for time to time. I’m currently working part time at a bar, so I mainly work nights. On a Thursday and Saturday morning I volunteer at a charity for animals. Around all this I can take your energetic dogs out for a walk or I can stay and keep your dogs/cats company. I am also happy to play with them too. I will care for your pets by taking them out on walks, playing, feeding and even keep ing them company when they want a cuddle.
About: Hi, I’m a qualified and experienced animal carer based in Sunderland, offering reliable dog walking, pet sitting, and home-based care services. I hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Animal Care, along with a Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Diploma, giving me a strong foundation in both practical handling and animal welfare. Alongside my qualifications, I’ve completed two years of hands-on experience working on a farm with a wide variety of animals, which helped me develop confidence, patience, and a deep understanding of animal behaviour in real-world situations. I currently work in a doggy daycare, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments on a daily basis. This includes high-energy dogs, nervous dogs, and dogs with different social needs, so I’m very comfortable adapting my care style to suit each individual dog. My focus is always on maintaining your pet's normal routine as much as possible, reducing stress and helping them feel secure while you’re away.Every pet is treated with patience, care, and respect, as if they were my own. I understand how important peace of mind is when leaving your pet with someone new, so I provide regular updates, messages, and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is simple: to provide safe, reliable, and genuinely caring pet services that owners can trust and pets can enjoy. I aim to build long-term relationships with both pets and owners, offering consistency, routine, and high-quality care every time. I am still unemployed and looking for a job so i am free anytime of the day or night whenever i am needed i will be available. I will be pet sitting in other people's homes so if needed i can crate your dog or follow a routine whichever works best for the pet i can follow it

“Iris absolutely loved her time with Jenny! I felt so comfortable leaving her knowing she was in good hands, and I was kept up to date with pictures and updates which was amazing. Will definitely rebook in the future - thank you!”

He is especially gentle and friendly with children once familiar with his surroundings. Moby is my 3-year-old Collie mix, also rescued from Romania. He is a sweet, easy-going boy who can be timid when meeting new people due to his difficult past, but he absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys playing. Sunderland pet owners share their Rover experiences
Zoe was fantastic, kept us updated with photos and even figured out a very confused set of instructions I left! All pets were very calm and happy when we got back, and the house was very well taken care of. Zoe clearly has a way with animals as both cats immediately liked her on the first meeting, which is rare for us! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zoe.
