“Totally reccomend Jamie and am returning client. Both times kept my up to date with Poppy however this time she is currently special needs recovering from major orthopaedic surgery having a knee replacement but nothing was too much trouble. Thank you”

“Oksana stayed with 2 of our 3 dogs for 5 nights and they loved her and her husband.. Got daily messages and pictures of them which even though it made me miss them I knew they were happy, safe and loved. Came back to a spotless house and im pretty sure they were sad it was us that came back and not oksana ?.. Will 100% be using oksana in the future when the girls need looking after! Highly recommend.”

“What an absolute treat! Jeanette was amazing with our two energetic pupsters! They were extremely looked after, we had no worries at all. They've had lots of fun, and we had photo updates! Not only were the dogs very well looked after, so was the house! Jeanette even hoovered before we came home. We would highly recommend Jeanette to everyone else. Jeanette, it was an absolute pleasure having you here for our dogs, they loved you!”

“Sophie looked after Monty and Lily amazingly, they instantly took to her at the first meet and greet. Sophie was calm and gentle in her approach with them and was keen to hear all about them and their specific needs. It was the first time leaving Monty and Lily with a non family member therefore I was quite anxious, however Sophie put me at ease and was very understanding. I received photos and updates during my time away which helped massively. I would highly recommend d Sophie and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.”

About: I've been around animals for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for a wide variety of pets, from dogs and cats to many other small and larger animals. Growing up surrounded by animals has given me the confidence to understand their individual personalities and needs. I currently have a dog, Rory, and two cats, Amber and Alfie, who are much-loved members of my family. When I was younger, I worked as a dog grooming assistant, where I gained valuable hands-on experience handling dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. This helped me develop patience, confidence, and an understanding of how to keep pets calm and comfortable. I also regularly look after friends' and family's dogs, whether it's for walks, day care, or overnight stays. I'm naturally caring, reliable, and flexible, and I always treat every pet as if they were my own. My priority is making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away, giving you complete peace of mind. I recently completed my MSc in Dietetics and am currently taking some time before starting my long-term career. This means I have a very flexible schedule with no regular commitments, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether your pet needs regular walks, company throughout the day, overnight care, or a little extra attention, I can easily fit their routine around my day. As a pet owner myself to my dog, Rory, and my two cats, Amber and Alfie, I'm used to planning my day around feeding, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. I understand how important it is to maintain a pet's usual routine, and I'll always make sure they receive the care, attention, and love they deserve while you're away. I genuinely enjoy caring for pets in their own homes, as I know this is where they feel the safest, happiest, and most comfortable. Staying in their familiar environment helps keep their routine as normal as possible and can reduce any stress while you're away. I will always treat your home with the same respect and care that I would expect someone to show my own. I'll keep everything clean, tidy, and secure, and I'll follow any instructions you leave carefully. Whether your pet is crate trained, has a specific feeding schedule, needs medication, enjoys long walks, or has particular routines and preferences, I'll make sure these are followed consistently. My goal is to provide your pet with lots of love, attention, and companionship while giving you complete peace of mind that both your pet and your home are in safe hands.
“Rebecca was an amazing dog sitter looked after my girls they are still pups and are hyper and very energetic which was understood and they loved being looked after, Rebecca is lovely and reliable . Deffo would recommend”

“Lucy was absolutely brilliant! She took such good care of Monty, took the time to meet him and learn about his routine beforehand, and followed my instructions to a tee. Lucy kept me updated throughout with photos and videos, and I felt relieved going away knowing that Monty had been left in such good hands! I would absolutely recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter! Thank you :)”

About: Animals are massive part of my life and who I am. I have owned a in every stage of their life, from helping my dog with her birth and puppies, their crazy teenage years, taking care of them while they are poorly, to finally sitting next to them as they take their last breath. All I want for them is to be well cared for, safe and to feel loved. Experience in rescue dogs and dogs of all sizes from our chihuahua to our st Bernard’s. I’m currently working part time so I have loads of time to take care of your animals. I take care of my animals and the farm early morning before I go to the gym and then in the afternoon. So I have the hours 8am till 10pm available for day time care. I currently have 2 of my own fur babies that I can bring round on request to keep yours company. Since I have my own, I know the level of trust and and care needed of others. My top priority for my pets is that they are fed and watered, safe and happy.
About: We are a young couple who both currently work in the veterinary industry. I am currently a veterinary care assistant & receptionist for the last 4 years in Middlesbrough. I have always grown up around dogs and cats and currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own. Alex is a qualified veterinary surgeon also working in the Middlesbrough area. He works with dogs, cats and exotic pets. He has also grown up with dogs, cats and reptiles but currently has 2 pet snakes. We are both very experienced with all types of pets, including large breeds, small breeds, young pets, geriatric pets, anxious pets as well as giving all medication types such as oral, topical and injectable medications. We are both busy professionals that typically work during the week days. But we both have Thursdays weekends and most evenings free to look after your pets. With enough notice we are able to move our schedule around to fit around your pets needs. We both care for animals for a living, so we are both extremely knowledgable about pet care and welfare. Animal and human safety and welfare is our top priority. We recognise that each pet has individual needs and requirements and we will always do our best to achieve this. This may include strict exercise routines, feeding specific diets and administering medications. Unfortunately we are not currently able to provide pet sitting at our home.
“JP took such wonderful care of our two dogs they both settled with her so quickly and enjoyed some beautiful walks during our stay in Durham. It was such a relief for us to know that they were being so well cared for whilst we went out during the day exploring and spending time away from them during our weekend away. We are planning to come back again in a few months and will definitely be rebooking if we bring the dogs back with us again. Thank you so much xx”

“First time using Rover, we will defo be using again. Rachael and Aaron put us at ease and kept us updated on a regular basis. Our cat is very fussy about which humans she likes, and seemed to accept them quite quickly.”

Being a registered veterinary nurse, I have worked with dogs of all life stages and can provide the essential care they need tailored to them. I work weekdays, but can provide late night check ins for short walks or feeding. I am also available for weekend visits at all times to provide any and all daily requirements I always ensure pets are kept safe, making sure they are kept in a fenced area away from other dogs and people. When on walks they stay close to my side and away from any roads

About: I’ve been around dogs as long as I can remember. since recently moving out, I’ve really miss having them around, and rover is a great way for me to do something I genuinely enjoy. I’m confident with dogs of all sizes and understand patience, routine, exercise, and giving each dog the attention they need. I work full time and live alone, so owning a dog isn’t the right choice for me right now, but that makes me even more excited to help care for other peoples pets. I’ll treat your dog with the same care and affection I’ve always given the dogs in my own family. I work 3 days on and 3 days off. So i’m available full days on my days off. This means walks, play times, and check in’s. And since I don’t own any pets myself at the moment, your dog gets my full attention. I have grown up with dogs and regularly cared for my parents dogs for weeks at a time, making sure they are safe, happy, and sticking to their routines. My home has a safe and secure garden and is directly behind a large football field, woodland area and open fields. And as a police employee with a background check, owner can feel confident their pets are with someone responsible.
“Thanks to Elise I was able to leave the house without any fuss from OB & Alice. This was the first time I’ve left them with a pet sitter and I was delighted to see that they had such a good time in my absence. We look forward to leaving them in the care of Elise again soon”
“Huge thank you for treating my Bella like your own! Slightly jealous how much she loved you lol but in all seriousness, the messages, the videos and the professionalism made me the most relaxed I’ve ever been away from her. Will definitely be rebooking! So easy, ultimate care and understanding, of both of us. Lovely!”

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I've grown up with dogs and understand how important it is to provide them with love, patience, and a safe, happy environment. I currently have a friendly Fox Red Labrador, so I'm very familiar with the daily care, exercise, and attention dogs need to thrive. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with company, I'll make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and treated like part of the family. I know how much your pet means to you, and I'll care for them as if they were my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind while ensuring your dog has a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience. I am available for evening and over night care. I do work in the day but I need extra work and this fits perfectly, I can work weekends. I can also book in holidays for longer stays. I have a fenced garden and a big house, I live with my little sister and mum who are both friendly and kind. I would always be with the pet always giving them attention or not too much if that’s what they like! I love to see dogs happy and it helps me also get out the house. I would make sure they are eating food and report back if not.
“Had a trial night with Craig house sitting at our home overnight with our cocker spaniel before he does a longer stay later this year while we go abroad to get married! It has put me at so much ease knowing my boy will be left in good hands without any change to his regular routine. Thank you for helping take that stress away x”

About: I’ve always loved dogs and have had them in my life since I was around 13. Over the years I’ve been around larger breeds including German Shepherds, Dobermans and Rottweilers, so I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes and personalities. My own dog, Caesar, is a rescue I adopted in Sri Lanka when he was about 4 months old. I miss him a lot, and honestly one of the reasons I wanted to make this profile is because I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and caring for them. I currently work remotely, so I’m home most of the day and can give dogs attention, company and regular walks. I have a small fenced garden and there’s a walking path and open ground area only a couple of minutes from my house, which is great for walks and outdoor time. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust, so I’ll always do my best to make them feel comfortable, safe and cared for like they’re part of the family. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that’s walks, feeding schedules, playtime or just lots of cuddles and attention. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I currently work remotely and spend most of my time at home. I also enjoy going to the gym and staying active, so daily walks and spending time outdoors with dogs fits naturally into my lifestyle. This allows me to give pets regular attention, walks, playtime and company throughout the day. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable and relaxed while in my care. I have a small fenced garden and a walking path and open area nearby for regular walks and exercise. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding routines, walking schedules and any special care needed. I understand every pet has a different personality, so I try to make them feel at home and give them lots of attention, patience and care.
About: We have both always had dogs, growing up I lived on lots of land and always had 4 dogs which I loved to train and walk. We live in an area with immediate access to lots of walks and woodland (short and long) and love to go on long walks in our spare time. We have lots of dogs who visit us part time and are treat like family. We do lots of walking in our spare time, we have lots of different dogs who come to visit and are used to many breeds both big and small. All dogs get a minimum of three good walks a day but often we do more. We have a fenced front and back yard that backs onto fields within less than a minute, there are a number of short and long walks locally that range from ten minutes onwards.

Jane looked after my little dog for 8 nights in my home. She sent me regular updates and photos. My dog seemed happy and relaxed when I got home and Jane was very affectionate towards her. As well as doing a great job with my dog, my house was immaculate when I returned. I would definitely recommend Jane (and Lee 😊) and feel very fortunate to have found someone reliable and trustworthy to cover any future needs. Thank you for taking such good care of Molly for me ❤️xxx
