“Liam, Hannah & Beau could not have taken better care of Paul for the 9 days we were away. We had loads of updates, Paul looked happier and more settled than we’d ever seen him! Lovely home, lovely family and Beau is the sweetest dog. We will 100% be bringing Paul back for another stay!”

“We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in greece and we're very nervous about leaving our dogs but leaving them with maxine and her family was the best decision. Maxine was terrific she sent photos and videos everyday making our holiday more enjoyable knowing that our fur babies were getting well taken care of. Maxine looked after Heidi and benji as if they were her own we couldn't of asked for a better sitter we think she is amazing and carnt thank her enough. Maxine took the dogs for a few walks leading up to our holiday which was really good to make them feel settled she showed them love and welcomed them into her family. Thankyou so much we will most definitely be asking her to look after them again and will be recommending her 100 percent to family and friends”

“Jane is a wonderful lady who looked after our dogs as if they were her own. I received pictures and videos of the dogs which was so comforting and reassuring that they were happy and relaxed with Jane and Gary. I've already got my fur babies booked in for our next trip away.”

“Tia Maria was totally cared for by Eva. Tia Maria needs to be kept comfortable and cozy as she is quite an old dog and I could see that Tia Maria had felt at home and happy while being looked after by Eva. I would definitely book Eva again. Ten out of Ten from me and Tia Maria 🤩😁”

“Ella was an absolute lifesaver for us having Douglas while we went to Kynren. 10 stars. Highly recommended Really chilled, lovely home, clearly loves animals and felt confident and reassured we’d left Doug with someone nice while we swanned off to the show. Thanks again for your patience when we were stuck in the traffic getting out of there too. And you managed to take some lovely photos of him something I’ve not managed to get him to sit still for in 6 years! Thanks again.”

“Nicola was so welcoming! She arranged to meet us before we confirmed if we were comfortable booking with her, where she allowed us into her home with our a dog so we could see the space for ourselves. She was so kind and caring for our dog who was only staying away from us for the 2nd time. She sent constant photos of him being happy during his stay and even went out of her way to take him to the river. We couldn't recommend her enough and she will always be an option for us going forward if we are ever in need of a sitter again. Thank you Nicola for making our Arnie feel at home”

“My boy Charlie spent 2 days with Alana while I was away with work. We had a meet and greet beforehand to make sure the dogs got on well together. Then I dropped Charlie off for his stay and I was pleased to receive updates letting me know how he was getting on and photos to show he was enjoying himself! Alana was friendly and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend!”

“Brilliant service! Kobi had the best time with the Yana and their dog. Kobi made best of friends with them. I had updates throughout Kobi’s stay which was reassuring. He is now back with me and a very sleepy boy showing he has been walked well! Which is hard to achieve with a Border Collie. Thank you Yana and to your partner and pup also! I will be returning for future visits with Kobi x”

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is something that comes naturally to me. As well as having dogs of my own, I have professional experience working in animal kennels, where I cared for dogs and cats of all different breeds, sizes, ages and personalities. I currently have a French Bulldog of my own, so I know first-hand that every breed has its own individual needs. I’m particularly familiar with brachycephalic breeds and understand the extra care they can require when it comes to exercise, warmer weather, breathing and knowing when they’ve had enough. My kennel experience has made me confident around all kinds of dogs, from smaller or more nervous dogs that need a little extra patience and reassurance, to large, energetic breeds that love plenty of exercise. I’m very active myself, so I’m more than happy with long walks, energetic dogs and lots of playtime! I also hold an Enhanced DBS check, so owners can have that extra peace of mind when trusting me with not only their much loved pet, but their home too. Most importantly, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in somebody else’s care. I’ll take the time to get to know their personality and routine and make sure they feel safe, happy and loved while you’re away. Your pet won’t just be looked after they’ll be treated like one of my own. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. I’m available around my working hours during the week and have more flexibility at weekends. I’m very active, so walks, playtime and keeping energetic dogs entertained fit naturally into my routine. I’m also happy to work around your pet’s usual routine as much as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always come first. I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine and individual needs, so I’ll always follow the care instructions you provide. My previous kennel experience means I’m confident caring for different breeds, sizes and temperaments. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or taking them out for walks, they’ll be treated with the same care, patience and attention I give my own. I also hold an Enhanced DBS check, so owners can have that extra peace of mind when trusting me with not only their much loved pet, but their home too.
“Wendy was just starting out with her dog sitting business when we originally booked Roscoe for a stay. We took him for a visit and happened to mention about taking pictures to show our children. Wendy suggested another visit so we could bring them along to see where Roscoe would be staying, which is really kind. Whilst on holiday we got daily pupdates and it was great to see him enjoying life!”

“Katherine was fab with our anxious little dog. She was happy to meet before hand to familiarise our dog with the home she would be staying in. Despite our dog being very anxious Katherine took the time to care for her in a safe and warm way.”

“When you leave your dog with someone it is always a worry, however Peter was great and looked after our little girl so well. He gave us updates and photos during her stay too. Would not hesitate to leave Tina with him again.”

“We would definitely recommend this lovely lady. She took care of our dog so well. Giving us regular updates. It was so reassuring to be able to leave him with someone so trustworthy! If we are ever in the area again, this is where we will be our dog will be going. We had a lovely day out, reassured our dog was in safe hands!”

“Carolyn was a great dog sitter for our two Lhasa Apsos when we were away for a week. This was our first time using Rover and we would definitely book again with Carolyn. Our dogs came home happy and healthy and we were kept updated regularly with photos and messages.”

About: I've always loved dogs and rescued my own dog in Spain over 2 years ago. I have first-hand experience of building trust, patience and creating a safe, loving environment. As a primary school teacher, a nurturing approach to little personalities comes naturally to me. 🐾 Your dog's safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. I'll care for your dog as if they were my own and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages, so you can relax knowing they're in safe and loving hands. 🫶🏽🐾 📅I have availability for dog walking in the evenings and at weekends. I will always do my best to align my availability to your schedule.🐾 🏡 I can offer drop-ins tailored to you to check in on your fur baby while you are away, making sure they are safe and happy. 🕐30 minute walks can be on 1:1 basis, or if you prefer your dog to have some socialisation and play time, my own friendly dog can join us. 🐕🦺 These walks can take place in your local area, nearby woodlands or nearby parks. 🕐For 60-minute walks, and with your permission, your dog will join me on suitable fun-filled adventures further afield🚗. Please note that my own friendly, well-socialised dog will always accompany 60 minute walks, so this option is best suited to dogs who enjoy the company of other dogs. 🐕🦺🦮 🏡Your dog can board in my home at weekends. They will be treated as part of the family. My own dog is friendly and very energetic/playful. He is willing to share his home with other loving dogs. When dogs stay with me, you can count on an adventure - hiking, forest walks, trips to the beach etc.🌳🌊 I also have a fenced, medium-sized garden, so the dogs will get plenty of opportunities for toilet breaks and outdoor play throughout the day. Your dog's safety and wellbeing will always come first. I have an enhanced DBS check through my role in education, so you can feel confident welcoming me into your home. I'll follow your instructions carefully, respect your home, and stick to your dog's usual routine.
“Georgia looked after our cockapoo puppy, Milo, for two days and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! It was the first time we'd ever left him, and she couldn't have made us feel more at ease. She kept us updated throughout with pictures, which was so reassuring, and it was clear Milo had the best time with Otis and Barney – it was like a little holiday for him! Georgia is so kind and caring, and we'll definitely be booking with her again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!”

“Delphi loves her stays with Bill and his household. Always updates us and takes such good care of her. She's treated very much like one of the family. Thank you once again Bill. We'll be booking again.”

“This was our first time using a dog sitter, and I was a little nervous, but Brianna was fantastic. She took great care of our dog Betsy, kept me updated with messages and photos, and made the whole experience stress-free. My dog was happy and well looked after. I would definitely recommend her and would happily book with her again. Thank you!”

“I’m very happy that I chose Jamie to look after my cat, with twice daily check-ins. He let me know when he started and ended each visit, kept me updated with loads of photos/messages. I would absolutely recommend Jamie, he seems a real animal lover and the experience meant a weight off my mind that my cat was being cared for without all the stress associated with leaving him in a cattery. Thanks so much Jamie!”

About: I have taken care of multiple cats for 5 years. I am a long term trusted cat sitter. I regularly cared for them in their own home making sure they were fed and watered and had lots of love and affection. I enjoy spending time with cats making sure they feel safe relaxed and well cared for.

About: Cats have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, our family always had cats, so understanding their personalities, routines and individual quirks comes naturally to me. I know that every cat is different, some will greet you at the door for fuss and cuddles, while others prefer their own space and simply appreciate a calm, familiar presence. Over the past few months, I’ve also had the pleasure of caring for cats through my business while their owners have been away. From feeding and refreshing water to cleaning litter trays, administering plenty of playtime and providing regular updates, I aim to keep each cat’s routine as normal and stress free as possible. I’ve cared for both indoor and outdoor cats and always follow owners’ instructions carefully to ensure they’re safe and happy. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic kittens to older cats who simply enjoy a quiet companion while their family is away. Whether your cat loves chasing feather toys, curling up for a cuddle or prefers a gentle check-in with minimal fuss, I’m happy to tailor each visit to suit their needs. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust the person looking after your pets. That’s why I provide photo and video updates after every visit, so you can relax knowing your cat is safe, comfortable and well cared for.

About: I've been around animals for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for a wide variety of pets, from dogs and cats to many other small and larger animals. Growing up surrounded by animals has given me the confidence to understand their individual personalities and needs. I currently have a dog, Rory, and two cats, Amber and Alfie, who are much-loved members of my family. When I was younger, I worked as a dog grooming assistant, where I gained valuable hands-on experience handling dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. This helped me develop patience, confidence, and an understanding of how to keep pets calm and comfortable. I also regularly look after friends' and family's dogs, whether it's for walks, day care, or overnight stays. I'm naturally caring, reliable, and flexible, and I always treat every pet as if they were my own. My priority is making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away, giving you complete peace of mind.

“This was our first and hopefully not the last visit from Lucy, and I have to say I was very impressed. Lucy came across as professional, friendly, and very approachable. She did exactly what I asked of her. Things that are very important to me, which Lucy sent to me, are daily pictures/updates.”

About: My name is Olivia and I’m a university student at Northumbria University. I have had cats for the majority of my life so I’m well experienced in taking care of cats. I also have over a year’s experience of looking after other people’s cats on cat in a flat with my Dad. I currently have 2 cats called Gary and Charlie.

“We had a great first experience with Rover thanks to Rachael's drop in visits with our cat, Penny. It was nice to have peace of mind and appreciate coming home to a happy pet and tidy home. Thanks Rachael! 😊”

About: I have previous professional experience working in animal kennels, where I regularly cared for cats as well as dogs. This included feeding, cleaning, playtime and giving each cat the individual attention and care they needed. I understand that cats all have very different personalities some want plenty of fuss and company, while others are happiest having their own space! I’m confident reading their behaviour and letting them come to me at their own pace. Whether your cat is confident and cuddly or a little more nervous, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’ll treat them just as lovingly as I would my own pets. I also hold an Enhanced DBS check, so owners can have that extra peace of mind when trusting me with not only their much loved pet, but their home too.

About: A bit about me 🫶🏼 Hi! I’m Sophie, but you can call me Soph. I’m a dedicated and trustworthy cat sitter with a genuine love for our feline friends. I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life, but I have a special soft spot for cats and truly understand their unique personalities, boundaries, and quirks. I know how important it is to find someone patient and reliable to care for your cat while you’re away and that’s exactly what I offer 🐾 I provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where your cat can feel relaxed and secure in their own space. Whether your cat is playful and affectionate or more independent and reserved, I always take the time to let them come to me at their own pace. Their comfort and routine are my top priority, and I’ll care for them as if they were my own with plenty of gentle attention, affection (when invited!), and respect for their space. I work from home, which means I’m flexible and able to adapt to your cat’s routine. I can stay in your home so your cat remains in a familiar environment something I know is especially important for cats, who thrive on consistency. This helps reduce stress and keeps them happy while you’re away. As I work remotely, access to reliable WiFi is essential during house sits. I have experience caring for cats of all ages—from tiny kittens full of energy to older cats who need a quieter, more gentle approach. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, litter care, playtime, and giving medication where needed. I understand the importance of observing subtle changes in behaviour and always ensure your cat is happy, healthy, and well looked after. Whether it’s interactive play, keeping feeding schedules consistent, refreshing litter trays, or simply providing calm companionship, I tailor my care to suit each cat’s individual personality and needs. Meet & Greets 🐾 Meet and greets are an important first step for you, your cat, and me to make sure we’re the perfect fit. Our initial meet will last around 15–20 minutes, giving us time to go through your cat’s routine, preferences, and any special requirements. It’s also a great chance for me to get to know your cat, their personality, favourite spots, and little quirks while allowing them to approach me in their own time. Whether that means a curious sniff or immediate head bumps, I always follow their lead to build trust naturally. You are your cat’s favourite human, and I promise to be a very close second 🐾

About: I’ve always had dogs when growing up, 4 and 5 at a time, working and none working dogs which I loved to walk and train. I enjoy the outdoors and spend most of my free time walking and enjoying nature. My availability will mostly be weekends and school holidays as I work term time. However, I live a few minutes away from my place of work, and provided pet is not anxious or happy to be left for periods of time (no more than 3 hours), I am happy to consider during the week care to help owners if needed. All dogs will receive a minimum of three good walks a day and anything else that is needed. I live in an area which has access to lots of walks, long and short. As well as plenty of walks including beaches and trails just a car journey away if pet is ok to travel. I have a fenced garden, safe for dogs of all sizes. Your pet will be treated like a family member, lots of walks, kisses and cuddles, a place on the sofa and a bed to sleep in.

“Yana has provided doggie day care for Henry for two days recently. She provided lots of photos and info about her care for him, walks, meals etc. When I collected him on the first day he was contented and happy and it was clear he was excited to go back again the following day. I can highly recommend Yana. Making arrangements for the care was easy and she provided excellent care for Henry.”

“As this was willows first time away from myself I was quite nervous on how she would be however Ella-Marie was fantastic, kept me updated throughout and willow was a really happy pooch 10/10 and will definitely be using Ella’s services again!”

About: I’ve always loved dogs and have had them in my life since I was around 13. Over the years I’ve been around larger breeds including German Shepherds, Dobermans and Rottweilers, so I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes and personalities. My own dog, Caesar, is a rescue I adopted in Sri Lanka when he was about 4 months old. I miss him a lot, and honestly one of the reasons I wanted to make this profile is because I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and caring for them. I currently work remotely, so I’m home most of the day and can give dogs attention, company and regular walks. I have a small fenced garden and there’s a walking path and open ground area only a couple of minutes from my house, which is great for walks and outdoor time. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust, so I’ll always do my best to make them feel comfortable, safe and cared for like they’re part of the family. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that’s walks, feeding schedules, playtime or just lots of cuddles and attention. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I currently work remotely and spend most of my time at home. I also enjoy going to the gym and staying active, so daily walks and spending time outdoors with dogs fits naturally into my lifestyle. This allows me to give pets regular attention, walks, playtime and company throughout the day. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable and relaxed while in my care. I have a small fenced garden and a walking path and open area nearby for regular walks and exercise. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding routines, walking schedules and any special care needed. I understand every pet has a different personality, so I try to make them feel at home and give them lots of attention, patience and care.
About: 🐾 A Home Away From Home for Your Best Friend! 🐾 Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of every age, breed, and personality. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, so I understand that every pup is unique and deserves plenty of love, patience, and individual attention. From energetic puppies learning the ropes to gentle senior dogs needing a little extra care, I'm experienced with it all. I've helped with puppy training, supported older dogs with arthritis and mobility issues, and cared for every stage in between. Whether your dog is full of zoomies or prefers a slower pace, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy during their stay. I've looked after dogs of all shapes and sizes—from tiny Jack Russells right up to gentle giants like Dogues de Bordeaux—so no matter how big or small your four-legged family member is, they'll be welcomed with open arms. Your dog will have plenty of room to make themselves at home in our spacious house, with lots of cosy spots to relax, nap, or simply potter about. Outside, we have a large, secure garden where they can stretch their legs, play, sniff, and soak up the fresh air. We're also surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it the perfect place for exciting adventures, leisurely strolls, and plenty of sniff-filled walkies. Sharing our home is our lovely spayed female Golden Retriever, who absolutely adores other dogs. She's friendly, gentle, and always happy to make new friends—whether that's a game of chase in the garden or simply lounging together after a long walk. I know how important it is to leave your dog with someone you trust, and I'll care for them as if they were one of my own. Whether they're staying for a day, a weekend, or a longer holiday, you can relax knowing they'll receive lots of love, attention, playtime, cuddles (if they enjoy them!), and updates so you can see what they've been getting up to. I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! I work from home full-time, so caring for dogs fits naturally into my daily routine. My schedule already revolves around my own Golden Retriever, meaning your dog will always have company, attention, and plenty of opportunities for exercise and relaxation throughout the day. Our mornings start with breakfast (our Goldie would never let us forget it!), followed by a long walk through the beautiful nearby woods and countryside. If anyone comes home a little muddy after their adventure, they're more than welcome to enjoy a quick rinse before settling in. While I work, the dogs can relax wherever they're most comfortable, with free access to our spacious, secure garden whenever they fancy a sniff or a potter outside. I take regular breaks throughout the day for playtime, cuddles, toilet breaks, and, of course, the occasional well-earned treat! In the afternoon, we head out for another walk before winding down for the evening. Whether your dog loves exploring, playing, snoozing, or simply being close to people, they'll enjoy a relaxed, home-from-home environment with lots of love, attention, and companionship. Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. We have a large, fully secure garden with high fencing, giving dogs plenty of space to run, play, explore, or simply relax in the fresh air whenever they like. I also make sure that any plants within their reach are dog-safe, so you can have complete peace of mind. Sharing our home is our friendly, spayed Golden Retriever, who absolutely loves the company of other dogs. Whether it's a game of zoomies around the garden, exploring together on walks, or curling up for a well-earned nap, she's always delighted to welcome a new furry friend. Inside, our home is spacious, calm, and relaxed, and dogs can settle in wherever they feel most comfortable. Whether your dog is playful and energetic or prefers a peaceful snooze after a walk, they'll have plenty of space to feel safe, loved, and right at home.
“Ava has been fantastic with our Charlie, making him feel at home and settled very quickly. He came home happy which is a sign he enjoyed himself and we hope to use Ava long term! Thank you Ava!”

“Elizabeth was lovely, worked well with the instructions I passed on and kept me up to date with videos and photos. Really lovely care of Poppy who clearly had a lovely time playing with Bailey.”

“Another fabulous stay with Lynn and her family. The second time Bonnie has been looked after by Lynn and she always has a fabulous time and was very excited to return! Thanks again, Lynn!”

About: Boarding Kennels are a small purpose built, family run dog boarding facility based on our family farm 10 miles west of Durham city. The kennels are run by Ellie, who has both owned and had a passion for dogs their entire lives. Ellie now has a small team of Cocker Spaniels who are gundog trained and love being out working during the shooting season. Being small scale and a dog owner myself, I can offer a bespoke boarding service to your dog, where they will be treated as one of my own. I welcome dogs of all sizes, ages and special requirements. Including puppies, elderly dogs, working dogs, entire males and unspayed females. I work from home, and have a flexible routine meaning we have availability to look after dogs and cats 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. I have spent a long time planning my kennels to make them somewhere I would be happy to leave my own dogs. Therefore each kennel has a private heated and insulated sleeping area, as well as a covered individual run with lots of natural light. Dogs will have plenty of opportunity to explore our private farmland and woods while exercising. As standard I supply bedding, towels, leads, bowls and toys. However you are more than welcome to supply your own, as well as many other possessions you feel your dog will need while staying.

Our experience We are non smoking, polite couple who take care of the things around us. We love to clean and have things looking tidy and smelling nice. We have been trusted to use previous house sitters cars so I feel we are very responsible and trustworthy. Qualifications with Distinction: * Animal Healing and Technique * Dog Medication * Animal Care Level 3 * Dog Grooming * Canine Behaviour Course Level 4 * Feline Behaviour and Psychology Diploma * Exotic Animal Care * Pet First Aid and CPR Level 3 The daily routine we offer for your animals will be the same as what it receives from the owner. If there is anything specific the animal or owner requires we are happy to accommodate this. We try to keep the animals weekly routine similar to what the owner would do. We are flexible in our day so would spend most of it with the animals. Pet care is full time for us so we have no other commitments. When in the owners home we try to replicate the same routine for the dogs as the owner would. Dogs are not left for more than 4 hours.
“Superb! ? Faith took excellent care of our poodle Åtto, on very short notice. Faith comes across as very friendly and caring, and I felt reassured and confident that our dog would be in good and safe hands during his stay. Communication was very smooth and Faith sent us both pictures and a review of how our dog had been doing while with her. I can absolutely recommend Faith to anyone looking for a top notch dogsitter! ?”
“First time using a dog sitter and my 4yr old Cockapoo was absolutely fine. It was great knowing he was with an experienced dog sitter and with other dogs for company. Will definitely be using again.”

“Jamie looked after Flash for three days in the summer and is currently walking him regularly for us while I recover from surgery. He’s reliable, friendly and Flash loves him. Flash is a dog reactive dog and it’s a big deal for us to know that with Jamie he behaves himself.”

About: I am a dog owner, so I am very experienced when it comes to the care of dogs. I also have long term experience of being a cat sitter. I am comfortable with the different personalities and routines of all your furry friends. And can’t wait to make all your animals feel comfortable and settled while you are away! I am currently a student at Newcastle university home for the summer, so I have plenty of free time to care for your furry friends. So I can alter my routine at any time to fit your pets schedule to make them feel as comfortable and safe as possible while you are away. I have great experience caring for both cats and dogs. I have great love for all creatures so will always endeavour to treat your pets with the same love and respect you do.

“Fantastic dog walker! Our reactive dog can be difficult to manage, but Jane is calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to understand his needs and made us feel confident he was being well cared for. Jane was very flexible with time, for instance, she came earlier to walk our dog because it would have been too hot for him to be walked on the agreed time. We highly recommend her services.”

About: Hi, I’m Danielle, the owner of Paws & Claws Adventures. Animals have always been a huge part of my life and turning that passion into my own pet care business has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I know that leaving your pet with someone else is a big decision. Whether you’re at work, away on holiday or simply need an extra helping hand, my aim is always the same—to care for your pets as if they were my own. I provide reliable, loving and personalised care, taking the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality and preferences. Every booking has helped me gain experience with different temperaments, routines and owner expectations, and I genuinely love getting to know every pet I care for. Pet care is built around my daily routine, allowing me to dedicate my time to each booking rather than rushing from one appointment to the next. I carefully plan my diary so every visit has plenty of time for walks, feeding, playtime, enrichment and, of course, lots of cuddles if your pet enjoys them. I also believe communication is incredibly important, so you’ll receive regular updates and photos throughout your booking, giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away. Dog Walking Every walk is tailored to your dog’s age, ability and personality. Whether they love long sniffy walks through the woods, exploring new places or simply enjoying a gentle stroll, I’ll make sure they have an enjoyable experience. Where appropriate, I also offer Adventure Walks for dogs who enjoy exploring somewhere new. Dog Sitting & Drop-in Visits Whether you’re at work or away on holiday, I can provide drop-in visits that include: 🐾 Feeding 🐾 Fresh water 🐾 Toilet breaks 🐾 Walks (where appropriate) 🐾 Playtime 🐾 Lots of fuss and companionship 🐾 Photo updates after every visit Cat Sitting Cats are happiest staying in their own home and sticking to their normal routine. “Maxine and her family took great care of my little Princess Poppy while I was at work. Went exploring with their dogs the map I left them of the local walks and even popped into the dog friendly pub too. Great communication and photos will definitely be using again and would 100% recommend. Thank you !”

I recently completed my MSc in Dietetics and am currently taking some time before starting my long-term career. This means I have a very flexible schedule with no regular commitments, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether your pet needs regular walks, company throughout the day, overnight care, or a little extra attention, I can easily fit their routine around my day. As a pet owner myself to my dog, Rory, and my two cats, Amber and Alfie, I'm used to planning my day around feeding, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. I understand how important it is to maintain a pet's usual routine, and I'll always make sure they receive the care, attention, and love they deserve while you're away. I genuinely enjoy caring for pets in their own homes, as I know this is where they feel the safest, happiest, and most comfortable. Staying in their familiar environment helps keep their routine as normal as possible and can reduce any stress while you're away. I will always treat your home with the same respect and care that I would expect someone to show my own. I'll keep everything clean, tidy, and secure, and I'll follow any instructions you leave carefully. Whether your pet is crate trained, has a specific feeding schedule, needs medication, enjoys long walks, or has particular routines and preferences, I'll make sure these are followed consistently. My goal is to provide your pet with lots of love, attention, and companionship while giving you complete peace of mind that both your pet and your home are in safe hands.
About: With 21 years of hands-on pet care experience, I offer calm, home-style boarding and sitting. I’m experienced with energetic dogs, anxious pets and seniors, and I stick closely to your instructions and routine. Safety comes first: secure doors/gates, lead rules, and careful supervision. I can support basic training habits (sit, stay, lead manners) and I’m happy to send frequent updates so you feel confident while you’re away. I work remotely, so I’m at home most of the day and can give pets plenty of attention, comfort and supervision. This means I can stick closely to your pet’s routine for feeding, toilet breaks, play and rest. I’m flexible with drop-off and pick-up times (with notice), and I’m available for weekday and weekend bookings depending on dates. Because I work from home, pets are not left alone for long periods and are supervised throughout the day. I keep a calm, safe home environment and follow your instructions closely (feeding routine, walking preferences, medication, and house rules). I’m careful with doors and safety checks, and I’m happy to send regular updates and photos so you feel reassured while you’re away.
About: I have years of experience in large-scale kennels and dog daycare centres. I am qualified in canine first aid and have training in canine behaviour and welfare. Fridays, Saturday and Sundays I am available for dog walks and drop ins! On these days I can be flexible on times: morning, afternoon or evenings. I always follow any instructions left by the owner. When walking dogs, I have an SUV with a large crash tested crate to transport dogs to and from walking fields if desired. “Would highly recommend Ella-Marie. She was always on time and left feedback after every walk. Photos and updates always gave us peace of mind whilst we were away that Harley was looked after on his walks.”

“Where do I even begin! Oksana is honestly a natural with dogs! She took the time to get to know my little Bella and took her on such a fantastic walk. She did this at short notice as well as I wasn't well this morning. She is kind, caring, gracious and very loving towards animals. I would trust Oksana with my my little girl any day. Bella fell in love with her the moment she met her. Thank you for looking after my princess so well! You have a friend for life in Bella!”

About: Have had pets my entire life and helped friends and family with walking and dog sitting when they had other commitments so happy to help. Free almost everyday and can move things around if needed on short notice. I am happy to drive a little to complete a visit too. I have a pet myself and she is very special to me so I would treat your pets as my own as I understand how much it can mean to trust someone else with them.

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I've grown up with dogs and understand how important it is to provide them with love, patience, and a safe, happy environment. I currently have a friendly Fox Red Labrador, so I'm very familiar with the daily care, exercise, and attention dogs need to thrive. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with company, I'll make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and treated like part of the family. I know how much your pet means to you, and I'll care for them as if they were my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind while ensuring your dog has a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience. I am available for evening and over night care. I do work in the day but I need extra work and this fits perfectly, I can work weekends. I can also book in holidays for longer stays. I have a fenced garden and a big house, I live with my little sister and mum who are both friendly and kind. I would always be with the pet always giving them attention or not too much if that’s what they like! I love to see dogs happy and it helps me also get out the house. I would make sure they are eating food and report back if not.

About: I’ve been around dogs as long as I can remember. since recently moving out, I’ve really miss having them around, and rover is a great way for me to do something I genuinely enjoy. I’m confident with dogs of all sizes and understand patience, routine, exercise, and giving each dog the attention they need. I work full time and live alone, so owning a dog isn’t the right choice for me right now, but that makes me even more excited to help care for other peoples pets. I’ll treat your dog with the same care and affection I’ve always given the dogs in my own family. I work 3 days on and 3 days off. So i’m available full days on my days off. This means walks, play times, and check in’s. And since I don’t own any pets myself at the moment, your dog gets my full attention. I have grown up with dogs and regularly cared for my parents dogs for weeks at a time, making sure they are safe, happy, and sticking to their routines. My home has a safe and secure garden and is directly behind a large football field, woodland area and open fields. And as a police employee with a background check, owner can feel confident their pets are with someone responsible.

“When you leave your dog with someone it is always a worry, however Peter was great and looked after our little girl so well. He gave us updates and photos during her stay too. Would not hesitate to leave Tina with him again.”

Thank you!”

“Lovely and helpful, took Travis on at short notice. He’s been returned absolutely shattered and plenty of updates during the weekend. Would definitely use again, thank you.”

About: We've each had our own dogs separately for most of our lives. We've grown up looking after friends or neighbours dogs frequently, we now have our own spaniel together and he loves a play date. I work full time from home as a software developer so I have plenty time and opportunity to play with dogs and let them outside. We have a fenced back garden and a spaniel of our own for your pet to play with, we have plenty room in the office and living rooms for them to relax and play.
“Once again Charlie, our Yorkshire Terrier, had a wonderful holiday with Emma and Pete. He went on lovely days out with the whole family, including Sirius their gorgeous Dalmatian. He even managed to gain priority space on their bed every night. I received regular updates and photos of Charlie, Charlie once again showing his mischievous side so I knew he was relaxed in his surroundings. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you for taking great care of him. Carole ❤️ 💙”

“We are so grateful for the wonderful care you give our Barney whenever we are away. It gives us complete peace of mind knowing he is in such loving hands. Thank you Beth xxx”

“If I could give Gabbi 10 stars I would!! She was absolutely amazing with my Bruno and looked after him like he was her own. She kept me updated with lots of pictures and videos which really reassured me as this was my first time leaving Bruno with someone who wasn’t family. Bruno also got along really well with Gabbi’s lovely dog Sully and they became the best of friends!! I would 1000% recommend Gabbi to anyone and would definitely rebook with her! xx”

“Massive thanks to Katie and her family for looking after Trevor and Harry on a last minute request. The dogs looked like they had a great time and we were provided lots of updates which was nice. Would definitely have them sit our dogs again!”

“Jennifer is lovely! Highly recommend! I booked the wrong night & she responded immediately upon me realising my mistake (right before I was about to drop him off!) saying not to worry & she’d be able to have my dog Teddy on the day/ night I needed. She sent lots of pics & updates, and I collected a very happy pup! Thank you!”

“Another wonderful stay with Anthony for Jack. A daily update with photo or video was lovely to receive, and something we looked forward to each evening! Anthony was really patient with Jack - he's a very sensitive nervous dog, which can present its challenges, but Anthony did a great job with him. They had a lovely 9 mile walk together, which was great to hear. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anthony, he's a superstar!”
