“Evie was really great from start to finish. She was really detail oriented and made lots of notes throughout the meet and greet, then sent them over later that day for me to review. I was really anxious about leaving my dog with someone for 6 nights, especially as it was quite short notice and they didn’t really know each other that well. My dog also has a lot of requirements and a very long list of instructions, but Evie coped with it all really well. She followed everything and gave me lots of updates and photos, which really helped put my mind at ease. He was sick on one of the days and she rang me straight away to let me know and ask if I wanted her to take him to the vets. She also managed his quirky ways really well and clearly understands dogs, their behaviour and body language. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dog and isn’t just there to look after them. My dog has separation anxiety so it can be quite difficult leaving him with someone as he can’t be left alone, but she had no issues with this and it meant I could actually enjoy my holiday without worrying about him. I would definitely recommend Evie and would happily have her look after him again!”

I had only ever left Eric for one night before, so I was a little nervous about leaving him for a longer period, especially while I was away on a work trip. From the beginning, Zoe made me feel really comfortable. She kept me regularly updated throughout my trip with photos and videos, which was so lovely and really helped put my mind at ease. She was also very responsive whenever I messaged, and it was clear that she was giving Eric plenty of attention and making sure he was happy and settled. I also really appreciated how respectful she was of my home. Everything was left incredibly tidy, and she had even stripped the bed before leaving, which was such a thoughtful touch and definitely went above and beyond what I expected. Most importantly, Eric was happy, relaxed and completely content when I got home, which was the best possible sign that he'd had a lovely time. It made going away much easier knowing he was being well looked after. I’m really grateful to Zoe and would happily have her look after Eric again!
I can't recommend Rachel enough, we had never used Rover or had a cat sitter before so we were a little nervous hiring someone to take care of our baby, But Rachel was so reassuring, calm and professional! We had a meet and greet before even booking her in so she could meet our cat and us to see if it was all a good fit and it was! When it came to cat sitting, she was very good at keeping us updated and with many pictures and videos and we got home to a very happy calm cat! Rachel is so respectful, professional, kind and genuinely lovely! She had so much experience with cats and dogs and has some veterinary knowledge too which is very handy! As I said at the beginning, I can't recommend her enough!
