About: Previous dog owner of my lovely girl for 18 years. I have provided regular day and overnight care for two family dogs for the last 9 years (from puppy onwards) We relocated to the North East in July 25. We have previously been registered on Rover, when living down south. We all enjoyed the experience and built an excellent rating, with many repeat visitors. I am at home 7 days a week. Living in a mutigeneration family (Mother, sister and 2 teenagers - all dog lovers) so full time care and attention is always available. We love dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes. The beach is only a safe 7 minute walk away, so access to lots of exciting walks, smells and stimulation is on our doorstep. I have a good sized family home, with a secure fenced garden. A large family/ kitchen area with plenty of space for our doggy visitors to relax. We also have a cosy living room for some personal space and quiet time. We will give your fur baby a home away from home experience. With plenty of walks, play and cuddles during any stay.

“I was let down and about to go away for a month so this booking was very last minute. I was very anxious. However Chloe appeared calm, poised, asked very pertinent questions and even had a notebook with her. I was very impressed. Rusty was very happy to be stroked by Chloe but reluctant to go with her in the car. Chloe and her partner managed the situation perfectly. After a few days I was getting news of Rusty via Whatsapp including little videos . He'd clearly settled in well and was enjoying his time. I had total confidence in them both that Rusty was happy and well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chloe to any other dog owner needing such accommodation for their dog.”

About: I have been around dogs ever since I was a baby and I grew up with Rottweilers and mixed breeds. I also have an 11 year old miniature poodle back home in Portugal (living with my mom), and a friendly 6 month-old cockapoo living with me and my partner. I’m comfortable with different breeds and routines, as long as you provide me with this information beforehand so I can provide a warm, relaxed home where your pets will be treated like family. I work from home full-time, so pets are part of my daily routine with regular walks, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I live right next to a green area for quick and frequent outings, and on weekends I enjoy longer walks to parks or the beach for extra exercise and enrichment. I am available for weekday meet-and-greets and onboarding either before 8am or after 5pm. Pets staying in my home will be cared for in a calm, safe, and relaxed environment. My friendly 6-month-old cockapoo puppy is also at home and can provide company and gentle social interaction, helping visiting dogs feel comfortable and settled. “Having been let down by another sitter we found Andrew what impressed me was the personal write up on his profile, due to the fact we have 2 rescue dogs we thought Andrew’s previous experience would be perfect and this turned out to be correct Dexter & Holly have just returned after a one night trial and all has gone well, before booking this we went through with the dogs to see if we could introduce them and see how it went Due to Andrew’s perfect calm nature the dogs settled to our amazement really well and Holly fell in love with Andrew The overnight stay has gone well even though the dogs seemed more anxious when dropping off Dexter who we thought may be an issue settled straight away but through patients and staying away Holly settled after 2 hours I would highly recommend Andrew but reluctant as I don’t want him to become too busy so we can’t get back booked in 😂 It has been a pleasure dealing with Andrew and his lovely partner Sian we feel blessed to have found such a lovely caring perfect dog sitter and now booking up for our dogs when we go on Holiday Regards Colin & Nicky”

Over the three nights we were away Chloe cared extremely well for my two diva Siameses. She was able to use the cat litter robot and litter box plus two cat feeding systems. Plus after the bank holiday did an emergency cover day as I realised we would be back later than anticipated. Excellent five stars as Chloe was booked short notice and did extended cover. About: I’m experienced in handling large dogs (any size/breed welcome) and have a deep understanding of the needs and quirks of anxious and reactive dogs and the care and patience they require through my experience with my extremely nervous rescue German Shepherd who was in very bad mental and physical condition when I adopted him. Sadly, he passed at the end of 2024 after many happy years together. Personally, I found it extremely difficult to trust others to walk or care for him during our time together so I’d like to reassure those in a similar position that I can take care of their best friend when they need it and I’ll always be as careful, understanding and vigilant as I was with my own. My garden is secure with full, well-maintained fences and walls and a padlocked gate, I have blinds on all public facing windows which can be closed if dogs are triggered by people walking by. Everyone is welcome to supply any toys, beds or anything that makes your dog feel more comfortable and of course I will stick to their usual walking schedule and dietary requirements. I live directly next to a large park which is not typically very busy and offers numerous trails from the main paths to avoid others when caring for reactive dogs. I will never let anyone’s dog off the lead during a walk (unless I have booked a secure field) and always clip leads to a strong walking belt as extra security, walk in shaded areas on hot days and carry water at all times. I mainly work from home so when boarding and pet sitting your dog will be with me all day with regular opportunities to play, go in the garden and for walks in the morning, lunch time and evening. I’m available for walks morning, lunchtime and evenings during the week and all day Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I only care for dogs from the same household on walks and in my home unless they are friends who have already spent time together. This is for the best possible wellbeing of each dog. I’d rather provide quality and complete confidence than take on as many dogs as possible as I believe in giving them the individual care and attention they deserve with as few stressful triggers as possible. I work from home so dogs will not be left unattended or outside for prolonged periods. I only endorse the use of positive reinforcement / reward-based training and treat all dogs with respect, understanding and care tailored to their specific needs. I’m happy to discuss your requirements, answer any questions and arrange a pre-stay meet and greet if required. I have also completed a certified DBS check through my employer. Water bowls are placed in every room so they will have plenty of access to water at all times and will never be left more than 3 hours at a time if boarding overnight. At weekends our dogs are our passion so all days out are worked around dog friendly walks and cafes/pubs if needed. Your baby will also be able to enjoy weekend adventures if you would be happy for us to take them along.

I care for our extended family and friends dogs in my home while they go away on holiday. I lost my gorgeous dog four years ago and miss him terribly. I follow the instructions of how you want your pet cared for and follow that. I wouldn’t do anything that I wouldn’t do to my own pet.

About: I’m experienced in handling large dogs (any size/breed welcome) and have a deep understanding of the needs and quirks of anxious and reactive dogs and the care and patience they require through my experience with my extremely nervous rescue German Shepherd who was in very bad mental and physical condition when I adopted him. Sadly, he passed at the end of 2024 after many happy years together. Personally, I found it extremely difficult to trust others to walk or care for him during our time together so I’d like to reassure those in a similar position that I can take care of their best friend when they need it and I’ll always be as careful, understanding and vigilant as I was with my own. My garden is secure with full, well-maintained fences and walls and a padlocked gate, I have blinds on all public facing windows which can be closed if dogs are triggered by people walking by. Everyone is welcome to supply any toys, beds or anything that makes your dog feel more comfortable and of course I will stick to their usual walking schedule and dietary requirements. I live directly next to a large park which is not typically very busy and offers numerous trails from the main paths to avoid others when caring for reactive dogs. I will never let anyone’s dog off the lead during a walk (unless I have booked a secure field) and always clip leads to a strong walking belt as extra security, walk in shaded areas on hot days and carry water at all times. I mainly work from home so when boarding and pet sitting your dog will be with me all day with regular opportunities to play, go in the garden and for walks in the morning, lunch time and evening. I’m available for walks morning, lunchtime and evenings during the week and all day Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I only care for dogs from the same household on walks and in my home unless they are friends who have already spent time together. This is for the best possible wellbeing of each dog. I’d rather provide quality and complete confidence than take on as many dogs as possible as I believe in giving them the individual care and attention they deserve with as few stressful triggers as possible. I work from home so dogs will not be left unattended or outside for prolonged periods. I only endorse the use of positive reinforcement / reward-based training and treat all dogs with respect, understanding and care tailored to their specific needs. I’m happy to discuss your requirements, answer any questions and arrange a pre-stay meet and greet if required. I have also completed a certified DBS check through my employer. We do not have any children or pets of our own in our home.

I provide attentive, reliable care whether pets are in my home or in their owner’s home. In my home, I create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment where pets can settle in comfortably, sticking closely to their usual routines for feeding, play, and rest. I make sure they get plenty of attention, stimulation, and affection so they feel relaxed and at home. When caring for pets in their owner’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to maintain the pet’s normal routine. I ensure feeding schedules, walks, litter or garden care, and any specific needs are met consistently. I also keep owners updated for peace of mind, so they know their pets are happy and well looked after while they’re away.

“I was let down and about to go away for a month so this booking was very last minute. I was very anxious. However Chloe appeared calm, poised, asked very pertinent questions and even had a notebook with her. I was very impressed. Rusty was very happy to be stroked by Chloe but reluctant to go with her in the car. Chloe and her partner managed the situation perfectly. About: I have been around dogs ever since I was a baby and I grew up with Rottweilers and mixed breeds. I also have an 11 year old miniature poodle back home in Portugal (living with my mom), and a friendly 6 month-old cockapoo living with me and my partner. I’m comfortable with different breeds and routines, as long as you provide me with this information beforehand so I can provide a warm, relaxed home where your pets will be treated like family. I work from home full-time, so pets are part of my daily routine with regular walks, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I live right next to a green area for quick and frequent outings, and on weekends I enjoy longer walks to parks or the beach for extra exercise and enrichment. I am available for weekday meet-and-greets and onboarding either before 8am or after 5pm. Pets staying in my home will be cared for in a calm, safe, and relaxed environment. I have a secure fenced garden for supervised outdoor time and toilet breaks. My friendly 6-month-old cockapoo puppy is also at home and can provide company and gentle social interaction, helping visiting dogs feel comfortable and settled. If required, I can also keep pets in separate rooms to ensure everyone has their own space to relax and feel at ease. I always aim to follow each pet's routine and individual needs as closely as possible.

“Having been let down by another sitter we found Andrew what impressed me was the personal write up on his profile, due to the fact we have 2 rescue dogs we thought Andrew’s previous experience would be perfect and this turned out to be correct Dexter & Holly have just returned after a one night trial and all has gone well, before booking this we went through with the dogs to see if we could introduce them and see how it went Due to Andrew’s perfect calm nature the dogs settled to our amazement really well and Holly fell in love with Andrew The overnight stay has gone well even though the dogs seemed more anxious when dropping off Dexter who we thought may be an issue settled straight away but through patients and staying away Holly settled after 2 hours I would highly recommend Andrew but reluctant as I don’t want him to become too busy so we can’t get back booked in 😂 It has been a pleasure dealing with Andrew and his lovely partner Sian we feel blessed to have found such a lovely caring perfect dog sitter and now booking up for our dogs when we go on Holiday Regards Colin & Nicky”
