About: I had fogs when I lived at home with my parents and when I moved out I lived in a small house so adopted 2 brother cats. We have now moved to a bigger home and our children and us have a cat and a dog who are great friends. I am a stay at home parent so other than fitting around the school run i am free to walk/visit/feed your four legged friend at any time. I have a large garden with a patio, deck and grassy areas. The fences are high and sturdy so your fur baby will be safe and have fun to run around with my best friend Frankie.

“Sam was super friendly, and absolutely amazing with our dog, she did a meet and greet a few days prior and handled Bruno (who is rather energetic) really well Not much notice was given for the booking, which makes everything even better as she saved us a lot of bother Would highly recommend to anyone Thank you Sam, it's greatly appreciated”

About: With extensive experience caring for my sister's dogs, Apollo and Bec, I understand what it takes to be a dedicated pet sitter. From daily walks and playtime to attentive care, I've developed the skills needed to keep pets happy and healthy. I'll bring this same level of devoted attention and enthusiasm to caring for your beloved pet. I'm available most days to provide dedicated attention to your pet, including walks and interactive playtime with their favourite toys. I believe in giving pets my full attention, ensuring they receive plenty of affection and cuddles to keep them happy and content throughout our time together. Your dog will have a wonderful time playing in our fully fenced garden. For added security, the garden gate is always kept locked, and I provide constant supervision during outdoor playtime. While our friendly dog Apollo shares the space, he typically keeps to himself, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for your pet.

About: My education and current studying of a degree in animal science has given me a deep understanding of animal behavior, physiology, and care needs. I can recognize signs of stress, illness, or discomfort in pets, ensuring they stay healthy and happy while in my care.Having both a dog and a cat means I’m experienced in managing the unique needs of different species. I understand their distinct behaviors, dietary requirements, and exercise needs, so I’m well-prepared to care for a variety of pets.Caring for a disabled animal has taught me patience, adaptability, and compassion. I’m skilled in administering medications, assisting with mobility, and providing the extra attention and care that special-needs pets require. If your pet has similar challenges, I’ll ensure they’re comfortable and well looked after. My experience with a disabled pet has made me highly empathetic and responsible. I know how important it is to go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of the animals in my care.I know how important mental stimulation and socialization are for pets. Whether it’s playing with a cat, walking a dog, or providing enrichment activities, I’ll keep your pets engaged and happy. As someone who values animals and has dedicated time to studying their care, you can trust me to treat your pets with the same love and attention I give my own. I’m currently a student so have lots of time and very flexible with dates. Particularly during holiday periods. Weekdays and weekends work fine for me :) I have a fenced garden for security of your pet. Lots of lovely walking paths to have some great walks. I can use a crate if necessary in your homes.

“Gheorghe was so respectful of our home whilst staying over and watching our two dogs. I got regular updates, pictures and it’s clear my dogs were very well cared for. I’ll definitely book with Gheorghe again!”

About: I’m experienced in handling large dogs (any size/breed welcome) and have a deep understanding of the needs and quirks of anxious and reactive dogs and the care and patience they require through my experience with my extremely nervous rescue German Shepherd who was in very bad mental and physical condition when I adopted him. Sadly, he passed at the end of 2024 after many happy years together. Personally, I found it extremely difficult to trust others to walk or care for him during our time together so I’d like to reassure those in a similar position that I can take care of their best friend when they need it and I’ll always be as careful, understanding and vigilant as I was with my own. My garden is secure with full, well-maintained fences and walls and a padlocked gate, I have blinds on all public facing windows which can be closed if dogs are triggered by people walking by. Everyone is welcome to supply any toys, beds or anything that makes your dog feel more comfortable and of course I will stick to their usual walking schedule and dietary requirements. I live directly next to a large park which is not typically very busy and offers numerous trails from the main paths to avoid others when caring for reactive dogs. I will never let anyone’s dog off the lead during a walk (unless I have booked a secure field) and always clip leads to a strong walking belt as extra security, walk in shaded areas on hot days and carry water at all times. I mainly work from home so when boarding and pet sitting your dog will be with me all day with regular opportunities to play, go in the garden and for walks in the morning, lunch time and evening. I’m available for walks morning, lunchtime and evenings during the week and all day Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I only care for dogs from the same household on walks and in my home unless they are friends who have already spent time together. This is for the best possible wellbeing of each dog. I’d rather provide quality and complete confidence than take on as many dogs as possible as I believe in giving them the individual care and attention they deserve with as few stressful triggers as possible. I work from home so dogs will not be left unattended or outside for prolonged periods. I only endorse the use of positive reinforcement / reward-based training and treat all dogs with respect, understanding and care tailored to their specific needs. I’m happy to discuss your requirements, answer any questions and arrange a pre-stay meet and greet if required. I have also completed a certified DBS check through my employer.

About: I’ve had a bunch of dogs over the years, and I’ve had them since I was a kid. I had a German Shepherd, a Beagle, a Border Collie, a Weimaraner, a cockapoo, and most recently, a Cavapoo named Gus. I’ve taken my dogs from the time they were just 8 weeks old, all the way through puppy school and advanced classes, and even dog agility. My cavapoo had health problems and he required a lot of care, medication and treatments, I’ve learned a lot about this side of caring and understand the critical aspects of care that people may often forget. I work from home on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and have the whole weekend free. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I’m in Cambridge, traveling on a Monday night and coming back on Wednesday night. Since I work from home, I’m happy to take care of any pets or walk them during the day, in the evenings, overnight, or on weekends. Just let me know! Unfortunately my home is under construction so unable to provide services where pets come to my house, however this will change in the coming months, however I’m very happy to care for them in your property and will treat it with the highest amount of respect. I also drive so I’m very happy to take them on longer nature walks, and give them the space and freedom to play and enjoy a nice walk. I will ensure the highest levels of safety for your pets in the environments that you have set up yourself, understand needs of each circumstance and ensure you come home to a very happy friend.

“Gemma was the best sitter we could have hoped for! She is a lovely and caring person and was so nice with our dog, he can be awkward but she handled him superbly and managed to walk him better than we can! We would not hesitate to use her again in the future!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was about 9 years old, including three dogs and a cat. I took on the role of main dog walker, making sure our pups were well-exercised, bathed, and fed with love. Three years ago, my dog and I completed a 6-week puppy training course, where I picked up a variety of techniques for handling dogs and encouraging good behavior. I’ve cared for senior dogs who need a bit more time, patience, and attention—whether it’s during a walk or a quick drop-in visit—and I’m just as comfortable with energetic puppies too. Every dog is different, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know their unique personalities. I currently work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility during the day to take your furry friends on walks and pop in for visits whenever needed. Location is set in Middlesbrough but also take bookings in Gateshead just PM me :) Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or visiting theirs, I treat them like part of the family. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In a pet owner’s home, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding times, walks, playtime, or just some quiet company. I’m attentive to their body language, energy levels, and any special needs they may have, especially with older pets or puppies. Cleanliness, safety, and respect for both the pet and the home are always top priorities.

We love to go on regular daily, or twice a day walks. And love a cuddle from fury friends on an evening, as well as playing with their toys. I work from home full time so your furry friends won’t ever be alone, whilst in my care. I am a marketing manager who works from home full time. My little girl is in nursery from 8 - 6 each day. I’ve had cats and dogs since I was 9 years old. I’ve always been the trusted family and friend pet sitter and cared for and walked several dogs via Rover now, with pleasure! About: My love for dogs and animals grew when I got my first dog at the age of 11. From the get go I was the one who groomed her, bathed her and trained her (as well as providing lots of love and play of course!). Therefore, I have plenty of experience in those areas as well as a good knowledge of nutrition and basic knowledge of oral medication. I now have a 1 Yr old working line cocker spaniel whom we've had from 8 weeks, so I have recently experience in puppy training and being responsible for a high-energy dog. I am able to administer oral medication. I am also more than happy to bath your pet and provide basic grooming. I am currently at home most of the time so I can dedicate lots of time for walks with my own dog! I enjoy walking so much that I thought I would create a business out of it. We have access to local woodland walks, countryside paths and the beach is a short drive away. I would usually be available Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays for walking, drop in visits or to house sit. Please do get in touch if you require a different day as I may be able to make it work. When I drop into your home I will care for your dog as per your instructions. Happy to feed, play with, exercise them etc. Please let me know your pet's favourite things to do and games to play! I am also happy to bath and groom your pet.

I make sure to have plenty play time, as well as patience with animals, to give them time to warm up to me :)
