About: I've been around dogs for over 30 years and love them. A wonderful friend suggested dog sitting and i think it's a fab idea. I know dogs are not humans and need gentle and loving car . . . Actually a bit like humans! But without the explaining, i guess I work, but generally between 09:00 - 14:30 max. With 30 minutes travel time. The work day would start and end with a walk. Food afterwards. I feel it better to eat after exercise. I like to share, sofas, beds and little treats from my meals _ if ok I have a fully fenced rear garden, with lawn & hedge. Open lawned front garden. North facing, rear kitchen diner with patio doors _ so nice and cool and quiet (but with plenty of birds and an occasional cat to add interest). Doggie height front room window to say 'hello' as the neighbourhood passes by. Wooden floors and sofas downstairs and a my bed to sleep on upstairs _ unless suggested otherwise. Dog walking field a few minutes one way and duck pond ten minutes the other. Wonderful beaches at seaton canoe 20 mins away.

“Having been let down by another sitter we found Andrew what impressed me was the personal write up on his profile, due to the fact we have 2 rescue dogs we thought Andrew’s previous experience would be perfect and this turned out to be correct Dexter & Holly have just returned after a one night trial and all has gone well, before booking this we went through with the dogs to see if we could introduce them and see how it went Due to Andrew’s perfect calm nature the dogs settled to our amazement really well and Holly fell in love with Andrew The overnight stay has gone well even though the dogs seemed more anxious when dropping off Dexter who we thought may be an issue settled straight away but through patients and staying away Holly settled after 2 hours I would highly recommend Andrew but reluctant as I don’t want him to become too busy so we can’t get back booked in 😂 It has been a pleasure dealing with Andrew and his lovely partner Sian we feel blessed to have found such a lovely caring perfect dog sitter and now booking up for our dogs when we go on Holiday Regards Colin & Nicky”

Even though Albert is still a puppy and not fully trained yet, she was very patient and welcoming. Her dog Jasper is lovely as well, and the two dogs got along perfectly. About: My experience with dogs started when I was born. The family dog was one year old so I have grown up with dogs which installed a deep and meaningful bond with dogs. I have fostered many rescues from the UK and Romania, as well as adopting. I love all dogs and care for them as if they were my own and have owned and have experience with puppies, reactive dogs and seniors so have experience with a wide variety of different breeds and ages. I currently work part time from home, so will have plenty of time to play with your dogs, walk them and look after any of their needs from brushing to tear stains and feeding and/or medication. I will still be able to take your dog all day as I can work around their needs. I have a 6ft fenced garden and 3 friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company if they want. Dogs have free roam of the house and garden and are welcome to sit on the sofas or beds, but am also able to provide crates/beds if needed for your pet. I am a short drive away from Marske beach and a wonderful wood so your dog will get a nice variety of walks twice a day depending on time spent at my home. Water bowls are placed in every room so they will have plenty of access to water at all times and will never be left more than 3 hours at a time if boarding overnight. At weekends our dogs are our passion so all days out are worked around dog friendly walks and cafes/pubs if needed. Your baby will also be able to enjoy weekend adventures if you would be happy for us to take them along.

Outside, we have a large, secure garden where they can stretch their legs, play, sniff, and soak up the fresh air. We're also surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it the perfect place for exciting adventures, leisurely strolls, and plenty of sniff-filled walkies. Sharing our home is our lovely spayed female Golden Retriever, who absolutely adores other dogs. She's friendly, gentle, and always happy to make new friends—whether that's a game of chase in the garden or simply lounging together after a long walk. I know how important it is to leave your dog with someone you trust, and I'll care for them as if they were one of my own. Whether they're staying for a day, a weekend, or a longer holiday, you can relax knowing they'll receive lots of love, attention, playtime, cuddles (if they enjoy them!), and updates so you can see what they've been getting up to. I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! I work from home full-time, so caring for dogs fits naturally into my daily routine. My schedule already revolves around my own Golden Retriever, meaning your dog will always have company, attention, and plenty of opportunities for exercise and relaxation throughout the day. Our mornings start with breakfast (our Goldie would never let us forget it!), followed by a long walk through the beautiful nearby woods and countryside. If anyone comes home a little muddy after their adventure, they're more than welcome to enjoy a quick rinse before settling in. While I work, the dogs can relax wherever they're most comfortable, with free access to our spacious, secure garden whenever they fancy a sniff or a potter outside. I take regular breaks throughout the day for playtime, cuddles, toilet breaks, and, of course, the occasional well-earned treat! In the afternoon, we head out for another walk before winding down for the evening. Whether your dog loves exploring, playing, snoozing, or simply being close to people, they'll enjoy a relaxed, home-from-home environment with lots of love, attention, and companionship. Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. We have a large, fully secure garden with high fencing, giving dogs plenty of space to run, play, explore, or simply relax in the fresh air whenever they like. I also make sure that any plants within their reach are dog-safe, so you can have complete peace of mind. Sharing our home is our friendly, spayed Golden Retriever, who absolutely loves the company of other dogs. Whether it's a game of zoomies around the garden, exploring together on walks, or curling up for a well-earned nap, she's always delighted to welcome a new furry friend. Inside, our home is spacious, calm, and relaxed, and dogs can settle in wherever they feel most comfortable. About: I grew up with pets and own 2 golden retrievers who I adore! they’re the most friendly dogs I have ever met in my life, I wfh and have the flexibility for play time, toilet breaks, multiple walks a day and have lots of love to give. I’m an easy going person and very honest. I understand the struggles of not being able to go on holiday or not trust someone to have my pet, or kennels not accepting not neutered/unspayed/in season pets as as such I am here to make a difference, regardless. I have a very good sense and closeness with animals that can ensure that your pet is well cared for and looked after. I am currently a student finishing up the end of his year, meaning I have plenty of spare time to care for all your pets in need while you're away! I'm available almost anytime throughout the week and I'm spontaneous with taking care of them, and I can take care of them overnight on weekdays for when needed! I'm a very gentle pet handler, I'll make sure that their happiness and wellbeing is held to just as high a standard as their safety is, with that being top of the line. About: I’m experienced in handling large dogs (any size/breed welcome) and have a deep understanding of the needs and quirks of anxious and reactive dogs and the care and patience they require through my experience with my extremely nervous rescue German Shepherd who was in very bad mental and physical condition when I adopted him. Sadly, he passed at the end of 2024 after many happy years together. Personally, I found it extremely difficult to trust others to walk or care for him during our time together so I’d like to reassure those in a similar position that I can take care of their best friend when they need it and I’ll always be as careful, understanding and vigilant as I was with my own. My garden is secure with full, well-maintained fences and walls and a padlocked gate, I have blinds on all public facing windows which can be closed if dogs are triggered by people walking by. Everyone is welcome to supply any toys, beds or anything that makes your dog feel more comfortable and of course I will stick to their usual walking schedule and dietary requirements. I live directly next to a large park which is not typically very busy and offers numerous trails from the main paths to avoid others when caring for reactive dogs. I will never let anyone’s dog off the lead during a walk (unless I have booked a secure field) and always clip leads to a strong walking belt as extra security, walk in shaded areas on hot days and carry water at all times. I mainly work from home so when boarding and pet sitting your dog will be with me all day with regular opportunities to play, go in the garden and for walks in the morning, lunch time and evening. I’m available for walks morning, lunchtime and evenings during the week and all day Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I only care for dogs from the same household on walks and in my home unless they are friends who have already spent time together. This is for the best possible wellbeing of each dog. I’d rather provide quality and complete confidence than take on as many dogs as possible as I believe in giving them the individual care and attention they deserve with as few stressful triggers as possible. I work from home so dogs will not be left unattended or outside for prolonged periods. I only endorse the use of positive reinforcement / reward-based training and treat all dogs with respect, understanding and care tailored to their specific needs. I’m happy to discuss your requirements, answer any questions and arrange a pre-stay meet and greet if required. I have also completed a certified DBS check through my employer. We do not have any children or pets of our own in our home.

About: I have had many pets over the years. From a donkey, goats, chickens and of course dogs! I stumbled across offering care for other people's dogs by accident really, but it works really well. I care for our extended family and friends dogs in my home while they go away on holiday. I lost my gorgeous dog four years ago and miss him terribly. “Having been let down by another sitter we found Andrew what impressed me was the personal write up on his profile, due to the fact we have 2 rescue dogs we thought Andrew’s previous experience would be perfect and this turned out to be correct Dexter & Holly have just returned after a one night trial and all has gone well, before booking this we went through with the dogs to see if we could introduce them and see how it went Due to Andrew’s perfect calm nature the dogs settled to our amazement really well and Holly fell in love with Andrew The overnight stay has gone well even though the dogs seemed more anxious when dropping off Dexter who we thought may be an issue settled straight away but through patients and staying away Holly settled after 2 hours I would highly recommend Andrew but reluctant as I don’t want him to become too busy so we can’t get back booked in 😂 It has been a pleasure dealing with Andrew and his lovely partner Sian we feel blessed to have found such a lovely caring perfect dog sitter and now booking up for our dogs when we go on Holiday Regards Colin & Nicky”
