About: I've been around dogs for over 30 years and love them. A wonderful friend suggested dog sitting and i think it's a fab idea. I know dogs are not humans and need gentle and loving car . . . Actually a bit like humans! But without the explaining, i guess I work, but generally between 09:00 - 14:30 max. With 30 minutes travel time. The work day would start and end with a walk. Food afterwards. I feel it better to eat after exercise. I like to share, sofas, beds and little treats from my meals _ if ok I have a fully fenced rear garden, with lawn & hedge. Open lawned front garden. North facing, rear kitchen diner with patio doors _ so nice and cool and quiet (but with plenty of birds and an occasional cat to add interest). Doggie height front room window to say 'hello' as the neighbourhood passes by. Wooden floors and sofas downstairs and a my bed to sleep on upstairs _ unless suggested otherwise. Dog walking field a few minutes one way and duck pond ten minutes the other. Wonderful beaches at seaton canoe 20 mins away.
About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and have also dog sit my grandparents elderly west highland terriers before. My parents were cat breeders so I’m very comfortable with cats and dogs. I grew up with a border collie. Other family pets included ducks, chickens, rats, birds, turtles, hamsters. Other experience includes childcare, I am a British gymnastics qualified coach who completed background checks, I’ve worked at a leisure Center and volunteered at a down syndrome sports club. I work full time in an office but am remote Mondays and Fridays, which makes thoose ideals for pet sitting! I work in my office and occasionally have meetings but this would integer minimally with my attention and I am easily accessible for the pets and keeping them within dar and eye shot ! I have a large flat which I can allow the pet to free roam with plenty of ventilation. I also leave all the doors open so the pegs can come find me st my workstation and I can keep an ear out for them! Including frequent breaks to check on their needs, water and just some attention if they wish!
About: I have had dogs in the family since I was 11 years old. I have experience of caring for old dogs and have had our current dog since he was 12 weeks old. My own dog is very friendly and would welcome another dog into the home. I work full time however both remote and in the office. Our weekends are spent dog walking mostly in the local area particularly on the beach. We have a fenced and gated medium sized garden. We have one male dog who is 5 years old and is neutered. About: I’m experienced in handling large dogs (any size/breed welcome) and have a deep understanding of the needs and quirks of anxious and reactive dogs and the care and patience they require through my experience with my extremely nervous rescue German Shepherd who was in very bad mental and physical condition when I adopted him. Sadly, he passed at the end of 2024 after many happy years together. Personally, I found it extremely difficult to trust others to walk or care for him during our time together so I’d like to reassure those in a similar position that I can take care of their best friend when they need it and I’ll always be as careful, understanding and vigilant as I was with my own. My garden is secure with full, well-maintained fences and walls and a padlocked gate, I have blinds on all public facing windows which can be closed if dogs are triggered by people walking by. Everyone is welcome to supply any toys, beds or anything that makes your dog feel more comfortable and of course I will stick to their usual walking schedule and dietary requirements. I live directly next to a large park which is not typically very busy and offers numerous trails from the main paths to avoid others when caring for reactive dogs. I will never let anyone’s dog off the lead during a walk (unless I have booked a secure field) and always clip leads to a strong walking belt as extra security, walk in shaded areas on hot days and carry water at all times. I mainly work from home so when boarding and pet sitting your dog will be with me all day with regular opportunities to play, go in the garden and for walks in the morning, lunch time and evening. I’m available for walks morning, lunchtime and evenings during the week and all day Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I only care for dogs from the same household on walks and in my home unless they are friends who have already spent time together. This is for the best possible wellbeing of each dog. I’d rather provide quality and complete confidence than take on as many dogs as possible as I believe in giving them the individual care and attention they deserve with as few stressful triggers as possible. About: Hi I’m India! I’ve owned dogs my whole life from chihuahuas to alsatians and everything in between. At my family home we have an assortment of pets from horses to cats and dogs. Over the summer months I will be back home with lots of free time so I’d love to play care and love your pets when you’re at work or going away. We have lots of space including, enclosed fields, fenced gardens and dog runs as well as rooms inside to keep your pet separate from other dogs if that’s what you would prefer! Im a kind, patient person and I’m capable of handling dogs that may need a slightly stricter approach, my husky for example pulls on her lead very badly (I’m trying to train her out of this though!) About: I've had pets ever since I was a little kid, I've had dozens of connections with cats of my own and I love them, the same going for dogs too! I have a very good sense and closeness with animals that can ensure that your pet is well cared for and looked after. About: I’m experienced in handling large dogs (any size/breed welcome) and have a deep understanding of the needs and quirks of anxious and reactive dogs and the care and patience they require through my experience with my extremely nervous rescue German Shepherd who was in very bad mental and physical condition when I adopted him. Sadly, he passed at the end of 2024 after many happy years together. Personally, I found it extremely difficult to trust others to walk or care for him during our time together so I’d like to reassure those in a similar position that I can take care of their best friend when they need it and I’ll always be as careful, understanding and vigilant as I was with my own. My garden is secure with full, well-maintained fences and walls and a padlocked gate, I have blinds on all public facing windows which can be closed if dogs are triggered by people walking by. Everyone is welcome to supply any toys, beds or anything that makes your dog feel more comfortable and of course I will stick to their usual walking schedule and dietary requirements. I live directly next to a large park which is not typically very busy and offers numerous trails from the main paths to avoid others when caring for reactive dogs. I will never let anyone’s dog off the lead during a walk (unless I have booked a secure field) and always clip leads to a strong walking belt as extra security, walk in shaded areas on hot days and carry water at all times. I mainly work from home so when boarding and pet sitting your dog will be with me all day with regular opportunities to play, go in the garden and for walks in the morning, lunch time and evening. I’m available for walks morning, lunchtime and evenings during the week and all day Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I only care for dogs from the same household on walks and in my home unless they are friends who have already spent time together. This is for the best possible wellbeing of each dog. I’d rather provide quality and complete confidence than take on as many dogs as possible as I believe in giving them the individual care and attention they deserve with as few stressful triggers as possible. I work from home so dogs will not be left unattended or outside for prolonged periods. I only endorse the use of positive reinforcement / reward-based training and treat all dogs with respect, understanding and care tailored to their specific needs. About: I’ve started caring for animals since I was 10, starting with small rodents like hamsters and rabbits, even having fishies multiple times. Since 13 I’ve looked after my two Jack Russel Terrier mixes who are inseparable. They have PTSD and have come out of their shell amazingly and are now older dogs but still loving all the same. I also now have a Cockapoo who has major separation anxiety when away from my mom and I keep her so happy and entertained. I’ve cared for manny animals for others in the last 4 years, from a French bulldog with dietary requirements, special walking needs and anxiety to a bigger golden retriever who is caring all round. I’ve fostered a handful of kittens and cats before finding them a loving and caring forever home, I’ve looked after manny dogs and even smaller pets like reptiles and rodents. I am currently in University however it doesn’t take up every day of my week, this means most days of the week I will always be free. As for weekends, I can move things around to suit your best needs! When it comes to your home, I will be with the animal all hours of my time there, minus my own toilet breaks of course ahaha, and will be walking them as needed or letting them out into the back garden to go toilet. I will make it my too priority if your fur baby has any special requirements they are met on time and at the best quality I can give.

About: Hi I’m India! I’ve owned dogs my whole life from chihuahuas to alsatians and everything in between. At my family home we have an assortment of pets from horses to cats and dogs. About: I’m a young, enthusiastic animal lover. Working with animals since I was only 15. I’ve done everything from dog walking, to a kennel and Cattery worker, to working in a groomers, a hydrotherapy and doing a 2 year animal management course at Askham Bryan College. I have taken an animal first aid course and I have experience dealing with dogs/cats who have a medical condition and need medication. About: I have owned dogs all my life. I have a whippet cross currently and my parents have a patterdale that I look after regularly. I have an understanding with all kinds of dogs especially reactive! I mainly work evening/night shifts so have a lot of time through the day for walking/spending time with my dog. About: I have had dogs in the family since I was 11 years old. I have experience of caring for old dogs and have had our current dog since he was 12 weeks old. My own dog is very friendly and would welcome another dog into the home. I work full time however both remote and in the office. Our weekends are spent dog walking mostly in the local area particularly on the beach. We have a fenced and gated medium sized garden. We have one male dog who is 5 years old and is neutered. “Having been let down by another sitter we found Andrew what impressed me was the personal write up on his profile, due to the fact we have 2 rescue dogs we thought Andrew’s previous experience would be perfect and this turned out to be correct Dexter & Holly have just returned after a one night trial and all has gone well, before booking this we went through with the dogs to see if we could introduce them and see how it went Due to Andrew’s perfect calm nature the dogs settled to our amazement really well and Holly fell in love with Andrew The overnight stay has gone well even though the dogs seemed more anxious when dropping off Dexter who we thought may be an issue settled straight away but through patients and staying away Holly settled after 2 hours I would highly recommend Andrew but reluctant as I don’t want him to become too busy so we can’t get back booked in 😂 It has been a pleasure dealing with Andrew and his lovely partner Sian we feel blessed to have found such a lovely caring perfect dog sitter and now booking up for our dogs when we go on Holiday Regards Colin & Nicky”
