Hi I'm Eveleen but everyone calls me Evie 👋 - I take a calm, patient approach to pet care and adapt to each animal’s individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all routine. I’ve got hands-on experience supporting nervous dogs and helping build their confidence gradually, including structured alone-time training and creating consistent, low-stress routines. - I’m particularly good with dogs who need a bit of extra understanding, whether that’s younger pets still learning boundaries or more sensitive dogs who need reassurance and clear structure. I focus on positive reinforcement and reading body language, so pets feel safe and settled in my care. - I’m very reliable and detail-oriented. I stick closely to feeding routines, medication schedules, and any specific instructions, and I’ll always keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. - And on the fun side… I’m absolutely the kind of sitter who will end up talking to your pets like they’re people, celebrating the small wins, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and properly cared for while you’re away.

I focus on providing care in the pet’s own home through house sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, and cat care, so pets can stay in a familiar, low-stress environment. - I always take time to understand each pet’s routine, behaviour, and any specific needs, and I stick closely to their usual schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. Keeping things consistent helps pets feel safe and settled while you are away. - I make sure homes are secure, follow instructions carefully, and use safe, appropriate walking routes. I’m mindful of each pet’s temperament, especially if they’re nervous or sensitive, and I focus on building trust at their pace using a calm, patient approach. - I offer meet-and-greets before any service, and I’m happy to do multiple visits or talk more over the phone or via Google Meet prior to any bookings. This helps pets get comfortable with me and gives you confidence that your furry friends are happy and safe. - For cat care, I respect their independence while still making sure they get the right balance of attention, play, and routine. - I also provide regular updates, messages, and photos so you can feel reassured and know your pets are in safe, caring hands.

Evie looked after our dog Toby at our house for the bank holiday weekend and we felt completely at ease leaving him with her. She was so friendly, knowledgeable about dogs and clearly really cares about them. Toby was really well looked after, and we loved receiving the little updates and photos of him throughout the weekend. We’d definitely use Evie again and would highly recommend her. ❤️🐾
Eveleen was amazing from the meet and greet right the way through to actually leaving. Communication was first rate with lots of regular updates and photos. Her attention to what the dogs were up to was amazing even down to noticing one of them wasn’t quite right. Would recommend in a heartbeat, 5 stars isn’t enough.
Booked Evie twice now to look after our “boys”. Evie is pleasant, friendly and communicates well throughout the process. We were worried that our timid cat wouldn’t make an appearance this early in Evie’s visits but we were delighted when we received pictures of both during our trip away. Would definitely recommend
Evie is great with Woody. She also endured a sit where we had a power cut for most of the day! So grateful she was calm & all was fine.
Evie was brilliant. Woody had a lovely time with her. She’s very switched on to an animals needs. Very happy and very grateful.
Evie was great. We felt comfortable trusting her to look after Shadow (our cat) as soon as we met her. Shadow also took to her straight away which is rare! We got updates and photos every day so didn't have to worry while we were away. This was the first time we had left Shadow with a sitter and we will definitely be trusting Evie again!

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my routine as I work from home, so I’m able to be present and attentive throughout the day. This means pets aren’t left alone for long periods, and I can stick closely to their usual schedule for walks, feeding, playtime, and rest. - I’m used to building my day around the pet in my care, whether that’s morning walks, regular toilet breaks, or quieter time for more relaxed or senior pets. Offering house sitting means I can keep pets comfortable in their own environment and maintain their normal routine as much as possible. - Because I work from home, I can also keep a close eye on behaviour, energy levels, and any changes, and provide regular updates so you feel reassured while you are away.
