About: From my childhood surrounded by dogs - from German Shepherds to Spaniels -to raising my own gentle Labrador, caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I truly believe life wouldn’t be the same without our four-legged companions, and I treat every guest dog as part of my family. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs -from energetic youngsters to gentle seniors and anxious rescues. I only take a small number of dogs at a time, which allows me to give them calm, individual attention and a truly homely atmosphere. I live just outside York, in a peaceful countryside setting with a large secure garden, private fields, and quiet woodland paths - perfect for relaxed walks and safe playtime. The property has a large enclosed garden, private fields, and quiet woodland areas -perfect for relaxed play and exploration. Depending on your dog’s personality and needs, I’ll make sure they feel completely at ease. Sociable dogs are welcome to share a room with my own gentle Labrador for company, while those who prefer more space or quiet have a comfortable area of their own. Crates are available if your dog is used to them or feels safer that way; everything is adapted to what makes them happiest and most secure.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a young child. I’ve dealt with dogs with medical issues, mobility issues and senior dogs. I love taking them for walks and bonding with them. I work from home so my schedule is flexible for your pet needs whether it be taking them on a walk or drop in visits. I work from home so I can take dogs out at anytime of the day; I can take dogs out for multiple walks a day I have a yard with 1 dog friendly dog who loves other animals to interact with; comfortable home environment to make dogs feel safe away from home

About: I’ve cared for family pets for many years and have attended an animal management course for animal welfare and behaviour, which included details of training animals and properly caring for a variety of different animals and pets. I have also volunteered at a dog kennels looking after dogs in kennels whilst their owners were away and I currently work at a dog groomers. I have learned to care for a variety of animals so can provide care for different pets. I am currently at college and have a job so I can fit pet care into anytime on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays. I can also provide pet care during bank holidays and any other time off I have. I can cater to different pets’ needs and follow specific instructions pet owners have for their pets to make sure they have the best care. About: I got my dog, Ruby, when I was 8. She has been my rock. I absolutely love taking care, feeding and walking her as well as giving all the affection and fuss a dog needs! I am relied on by family, friends and neighbours to do these tasks for their dogs in the past, but I am glad to and enjoy it as I have such a soft spot for all dogs! I am currently a university student, who is only in university 2 days a week. Due to this I have a lot of time free to look after your pup. I live 2.5hrs away from home and my dog Ruby, I miss her and the comfort a dog brings. In my spare time I love being active especially love walks around the river trent… so why not bring a furry friend with me! As I am currently in student housing, I would prefer to look after a dog within the owners home but as we do have a gated garden and a clean safe home, I am more than happy to accommodate at my home if needed.

About: I have grown up fostering dogs and since moving out of my parents I have rehomed a cocker spaniel that was in bad shape. I have brought her to the amazing, well mannered, highly trained girl she is now. She gets on with all dogs, though can be nervous. I believe that pets are part of the family and think they deserve to at least use our furniture, we are their whole world after all. I have extensive experience in training puppies and dogs alike and also pick up on any signs, body language and behavioural issues and can address these promptly to ensure a happy time for your pets. My mum is a dog groomer too so I have grown up knowing the ins and outs of many different breeds and temperaments in dogs. Pet care fits into my daily routine perfectly, being self employed allows me to take control of my own schedule. I love going for walks and hikes so what’s better than being able to also take pooches for long walks and adventures, as well as nice chilled time on the sofa. I have a large fenced garden and a cocker spaniel girl of my own to keep your furbaby company. We can crate our dog or your dog if needed. My mum is a dog groomer so I have picked up dog first aid from her, as well as tips and tricks to bathing tricky dogs too! I am in a large house so theres room for indoor play and cosy relaxation alike.

About: Ever since a young age, i have taken care of all animals due to family and friends pets. My Grandmother, who had 7 dogs and 3 cats, taught me how to care for animals both stray and tamed from the age of a puppy to an elderly dog. This taught me many skills on how to care for animals, fulfilling not only their physical needs but emotional too. I am currently on the summer break with no jobs and no upcoming holidays trying to save for university and will therefore be free daily for anyone who needs any pet sitters or dog walkers. About: I have been around animals all my life, having cats, rabbits and a horse as pets in my childhood. About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a child. I have had a Cane Corso and a French Bulldog. I am extremely responsible and treat all dogs I sit as my own. In the past year I took full time care of a French bulldog whilst his owner was at work. This included looking after him 7am - 5pm involving everything from feeding, walkies, playtime to bathing, brushing and sleepovers. My schedule is flexible as I work from home most of the week. I can also sit during the weekends, overnight or do stays when you go on a holiday. I always ensure maximum safety for my dogs. Depending on their personality, I remove objects they might chew / eat. I have them on the lead unless it is safe for them to be off and you give me prior permission. I ensure they have access to water at all times. I do not leave them alone at any time to ensure they are safe and are well taken care of.

About: I have experience looking after dogs of all sizes and ages, cats, guinea pigs & hamsters over the past 15 years and have loved them since I was young. I enjoy being with animals and the company that they bring and welcome any type of dog or age! I have a 2 year old Miniature Dachshund, she is calm, has been brought up around children and gets on well with all dogs she meets on her walks or through other family members/friends that have dogs. We have recently returned from 3 months travelling Europe with our dog, we fell in love and cared for many stray dogs and cats whilst we were away. Now we have returned, this means we have lots of time to dedicate to your animals. My maximum number of dogs at once would be 3. Please note I am not trained in giving your pet any medication. I have an enclosed yard for animals to play in and live very close to a field with a long walk too where dogs can be let off the lead and run around exploring new places and faces! Please let me know if there is anything I need to know about your dog eg if your dog doesn't like being around other dogs or has special requirements and then I can plan for it! We’re free to play, walk, and cuddle with them every Monday after 2pm, most weekends, and throughout the school holidays. About: I have been a petsiitter, walker, companion for many years. I love all fur babies, recently looked after chickens too. I am First Aid trained and can administer medicines. I have a car, i cover the Ryedale and surrounding areas. Will consider further afield but a minimum of one continous week. Always recommend a meetup before a booking for a cuppa and maybe a biscuit 😉 Recently retired. As i am an animal lover and experienced pet sitter for cats, dogs, chickens i can't think of a better way to spend my time. I cannot look after pets in my own home sadly. I can only offer pet sitting, Vet visits, Pop-ins for all fur babies, chickens, feeding, comforting, walking. Sadly I cannot look after reactive dogs because of past experience.

About: I have lots of experience caring for pets as my degree has allowed me to work in both kennels and catteries, getting to know different animals and how to care for them. I have always had pets in the house and have a great love for all animals. My degree is quite full on, however midweek and weekends I would be able fit you and your pet in. Being around animals is very important to me and I often drop anything for the opportunity to cuddle a cute pup I am not able to have pets in my home at the moment but would be more than happy looking after your pet in your home, or taking your dogs for walks. I would be more confident walking dogs on leads as I would be worried if they do not have strong recall skills, however I would always ensure they have enough excercise.

I’m a 31 year old looking to pet sit alongside my full time job. I would love a little pup of my own, but due to my current housing situation, that isn’t possible (yet)! I do a lot of long walks, so would love the company. I’m happy to look after your pets in your home or take them out for a run, whatever the weather! I love dogs of all different sizes, ages, training and energy levels.
